I have had an excellent relationship with the storage facility for the past several years. Helen, the storage manager, has been enormously helpful throughout this time. When I recently moved from a large unit to a smaller one, she provided repeated assistance as I considered several units. She takes superb care of the facility and knows all!

Helen, Property Manager is very friendly and quite helpful. Only rented for 5 months but was pleased with the cleanliness, bright lighting, and easy access. Unfortunately the exit door is currently broken on the west side which as it turns out was fine with us as our car had difficulty in managing the exit ramp. It would be preferable to me for them to have a more gradual slope as there is quite a big drop. Hopefully all will be fixed soon.

Helen gave me excellent service, over the phone and in person, in late August/early September of this year when I was moving to a different home and needed a small storage space. She was extremely informative and clear, and stayed past closing time on one day, and offered to do so on another day so long as I asked her in advance. Her calmness was especially welcome as I was quite stressed at that time.

What a wonderful 3+ years here at the Edina facility! Every time I left a message, I always received a prompt return call with the information I needed. When I connect via the phone, each person was patient & thorough. Especially helpful had been Helen. She explains things in a caring manner & provides have not liked that the monthly storage has increased by $60+ over these 41 months. It doesn’t appear that the amenities have changed.

I have no complaints about the facility, but the constantly increasing prices are a scam. I started renting a unit around 3 years ago for $57/month now it has climbed to $113/month. And to rent the same unit as a new customer is considerably less. They pull you in with good prices and slowly ratchet them up because they know moving you stuff is a pain. Read the other reviews here as well, notice how they always mention the staffs names. They have clearly been farmed from customers and are not legit. Stay away.

The place was clean and staff friendly but 2 years in a row, the fire sprinkler system burst a pipe and flooded all the units on the second floor. They drag everything into the hall so they can dry out the units, then call you to come get anything wet before they throw it out. Insurance only covered a fraction of the loss and they didnt even offer a free months rent or anything. I wont be back.

Extremely efficient. Was shopping for a place to store a large amount of estate items. Shirley listened to my description of potential space requirements, showed me two larger units, both indoor access, climate controlled, 10x30 and 10x20, Very competitive rates, and the most conveniently located storage units. I rented one, with an option to rent the other upon move in.Fast, easy online lease, very friendly. 5 stars all the way.

I recently rented a storage unit at this location. I have worked with both Helen and Zoe as I went through the process of purchasing packing materials and choosing which size storage unit to rent. Both women couldnt have been more helpful! Both women helped me carry heavy supplies to my car and Zoe helped to show me to my unit, showed me how the lock works, made sure that the lock as well as my key code worked, etc. before leaving me to move boxes in. The location itself has a lot of nice features, too, such as climate controlled units, motion sensing lights that come on automatically as you walk down the hallways, and carts that you can use to move your things to your unit. Im really glad that I found such a nice storage facility with such wonderful staff!

Ive been the UPS delivery driver for Public Storage since day one when they opened. Shirley and Ruth have been very accommodating when it comes to helping me get rid of packages that tenants have shipped to their units. They are always available and they make it very easy for me to do my job. They are always a friendly face and one of my favorite stops.Ruth and Shirley were not always at this location. They have done a great job stepping up the level of service that Im able to give to their customers.

My storage unit was clean and easily accessible, but even more impressive was the customer service. The store manager went above and beyond my expectations of treating the customer right. My moving team was late in arriving on a Friday and the store manager stayed past her leave time to make sure my team had access and she did so without making me feel guilty, it made my move a lot less stressful. Highly recommend this place.

I have used this storage location several different times over the past decade. It has been consistently well managed. I hit a snag recently when I had rented a temporary unit for one of my adult children (not to store them, just their stuff). As scheduled, they removed their belongings, cleaned the unit, forgot to give the 7 day notice, and left the lock on the empty unit. (They assumed it was the storage companys lock. Bad assumption). I realized I had been auto charged for two months since I understood the unit had been vacated. I was not charmed. Shirley turned a negative situation into a positive helping me to evaluate options. In the meantime, I located the back up key and was able to enter the unit with Shirley (which was vacant & clean). Shirley was gracious about my misdirected frustration . Im betting she has first hand experience with adult children. Bravo to the management responsible for hiring on-site staff. Ive dealt with various on site personnel here and they have always been customer oriented.

I began renting my storage unit in January 2016. I worked with both Shirley and Ruth. They were both knowledgeable and informative. They worked with me sizing the unit I needed and the paperwork went flawlessly. They have great supplies for moving at a great price. The area is clean and all the gates work. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Shirley was most helpful! She showed me 2 different units and made certain that I was comfortable with all of details. I was pleased that the units are temperature controlled and that there are carts available to assist when loading your unit. I feel confident that this is a great solution to storing my items. We have been using this facility for 4 months now and have been pleased by the consistency and professionalism of the service. Shirley has been so helpful to us. We started using a small unit because we were prepping our house for the market. We just moved to a larger unit because we are putting our belongings in storage while we take an extended road trip. Each time we go there, she greets us and makes us feel as if we are very important customers. The place is very clean . . . in all ways it has far exceeded our expectations of what a storage experience would be.

The space I initially reserved online turned out on visual inspection not to be suitable since I needed a more level space. Shirley was very helpful in identifying another space that might become vacant shortly and wait listing me for that space, then notifying me immediately when it opened up so I could come in and lease it. Kudos to the management and staff of this property. Janice and Shirley are extraordinary people when it comes to satisfying my needs. We had a cross country move and Shirley made sure we had all the right boxes and adhesives. She thought of everything. Janice went the extra mile to give a credit for a defective wardrobe box. In spite of a cold and mild fever, but she pressed on and made sure I got my $16.38 credit when I could not find my receipt. She tracked me down on her system and voila! These are special people and very good at their jobs. That ladies for making our move easier and more effective. Will miss you all.

Ironically, it was the exact same unit I had many years ago when I first started renting at this location. Its nice to store your items in a safe, climate controlled location. Moved my stuff in yesterday, 08 Mar 18. I dealt with Shirley, who was fabulous! She went over every possible detail concerning the facility and she could not have been more helpful. The majority of the units are in a climate controlled building with an elevator and enough carts to facilitate your move. My unit is on the 2nd floor and it was a breeze accessing it. We had the rental truck emptied and my stuff stored within 3 hours. The building is exceptionally well lit and clean as can be. Security is top notch. This place is not to be confused with an outdoor storage facility; you drive into a heated building, park by the elevator and unload your stuff. For Minnesota, this is truly the way to go! Thanks again to Shirley for making the last step of my move really easy.

Shirley was just awesome!!! When I arrived, the sign on the door indicated she would be back in about 10-15 minutes and she had just locked the door. She was very accommodating when she seen me and let me in. She explained what she was doing and allowed me to walk with her; and along the way showed me the storage unit that I would be renting. She explained everything in great detail. The site was very, VERY clean and neat. This gave me a better feel for leaving my belongings at this location.
