I know Mr.Mehul since 20+ years and he is knowledgeable, lot of patience advise you if it is worth to repair your vehicle or not. He is not a person of misguide you to make money from you. Compared to other auto garage,his fee is less. I trust him and his team.They did good job for my Mercedes, BMW X3 and Honda accord and CRV. This is my personal experience and I dont know others.

Is good but little slow employees good

My first visit was in Oct 2020 - oil change for 2017 Q7. Bakul worked on my car and let me tell you, he knows what he is doing. I had a couple of other issues to be taken care and was very accommodating.In the last 6 months i got a hitch mount, intake and turbo inlet pipe installed along with changing the waterpump on my 2015 VW Golf R. Very recently (this week) got another oil change, tire rotaion and front brakes done on my Q7.I would definitely recommend this place.

My go to place once my car crossed 70k mileage. Very reasonable service from price point prospective. While waiting for the service, I interacted with a lot of customer who have been coming to this place for 20+ years. Customer loyalty speaks about the quality of work and price point.

This place is very reasonable in price. Excellent work. I had my Dodge Caravan front strut assembly replaced on both sides and wheel alignment done. Yes, they are busy and need time to repair. Be there early and ask them how long it will take to do the job. Estimates are given ahead of time and the job well done.

My overall experience is very good at this place. I took my car for spark plugs, air and cabin filter, battery and windshield wipers replace. They did very good job on my car. I feel Mehul is very honest person. Only one confusion between us was on price.My suggestion to all is completely understand costs for service and parts separately to avoid confusion at the time of billing.I consider this place in future.😊

I am amazed at some of the negative reviews. This place is hands down the best auto shop in the area. Mehul, a qualified engineer, loves cars and his team is competent. But what really sets him apart that he is honest. Most auto shops in the area are thrives. This has been my experience over the last 10 years. Mehul had grown from a smaller operation to a big one but he has not learned to delegate. The main problem is always the long waiting line of customers. They have to do something about it. Quick service is as important as good service.

This auto shop charges very reasonable rates and honest. If he cannot repair something, he upfront says that he cannot do it and suggests that it should be done by delership. We regularly give our two cars for maintenance. We got rotors and break pads got changed for our cars. The charges are 65% less than the dealership charges. Also we changed front lower arms for one of cars. I recommend this shop.

Mehul is an honest mechanic who wont try to rip you off. My wifes car wouldnt pass inspection because of a brake issue the caliper had seized.He quoted 300 to replace it with a new one, when they went to replace it it freed up so he lubed it and adjusted it and charged me 80.

Last I have been there was to get my bumper fixed after a crash. Fantastic job done and Ill go there again. Excellent knowledge and good work. It takes to get things fixed. Nobody is a magician. Yes long waits are frustrating but with them its probably worth it.

I came here to repair my cars CV boot. The job costed around $200 and took a couple of hours. However, I doubled checked to see if it was actually fixed, and it turned out that the boot slipped from the adhesive substance that they put. So I had to go back and they fixed it for free-of-charge. My gf also came here recently for a check engine light; they diagnosed the problem quickly, turns out it was a faulty gas cap.

Worst service. Very insensitive and treat customers badly in front of others. And commenting in other languages unknown to the customer. This place has lost its charm. If you still go there please beware retain your estimate copy. Or else he will say I dont have it show me yours.find other auto shops.

VERY VERY VERY PoorI went to Mehul Auto. He was nice to talk to but they use USED parts and charge for NEW. He charged me for things he did not do. I had to take my car to the dealership to get it repaired AFTER Mehul Auto messed it up.I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from Mehul Auto. Unfortunately there is no quality below Poor otherwise Id be choosing that.

I want to recommand few things:1. Please do not leave your car there.2. Try to be in front of Car, they may change the part as well.3. if you have minor things like oil change, you can go here ...I had very bad exp: 1. these guys will take lot of time.2. My Car was really in good shape, but after changing the parts from these guys, my Car was not working properly... I followed with these guys but did not get any satisfactory answer. i went to another Auto service center, who took around 500 buck to make my car in original condition... please be aware... not to leave car...

I had my car fixed here approx 3 months ago, it was a horrible experience. I was a regular customer.for years, but little that I knew he was ripping me off all the time. He would charge me less than the estimate, not by much by a hundred or so on a bill that was 2k. 3 months ago when I picked up my car I was there for body work. He gave me estimate for oem parts but all the parts were from junk yard. He replaces parts on how old the car is. But he will charge you full price. He is a FRAUD!!! Buyer beware. He tell u he fixed the car, but he just tweaks it and it is a temp fix. I took the car to the dealer and he told me I got ripped off by this guy. He charged me over 6000 for fixing the car using junk yard parts rather than oem. Also had to make several trips as he forgot to do something or the other. Very nasty person. He thinks hknows everything. Just a big fraud. Do not go here.two, by the way he will also give your car out to his customers as a loner for the day. So be aware and check your milage when u drop it off.

I thought I have to write a review about Mehul, I saw lot of negative reviews about him, my personnel experience is today August 30 2016 and this is the third time Im in Mr. Mehuls work shop. Honestly let me tell to all of you, Ive never met a truthful mechanic in USA than Mehul. since 1999 Im in this country and many many experiences with auto shops. He is very straight to the point and very knowledgable and the gift of diagnosing the problem. He is like a doctor for cars!the most important thing is he is not a greedy person for money.last time I told him my cars cruise control is not working and he said bring it to him and he opened the hood and did something with a player and after one minute he said good to go! I asked him how much? he said dont worry! I drove the car and the cruise control works perfectly! Imagine Im in pep boys or in toyota dealership? first they will charge me for the diagnosing the problem and will tell me you have to replace all the system and think how much it will cost? May Jesus my Lord reward him.today I went there and said my car is flooded with water inside and he told me its because of the AC, he checked it and drain all the water and cleaned and gave the car back and I asked how much? he said dont worry and you are good to go! tell me how many auto shops are there this kind?most of the auto shops are sitting and thinking how can I cheat a customer today?Again my prayer is for Mehul and He will flourish because of his truthful.

One of the most genuine and honest person I have met in automobile care. Would like to quote two scenarios which I feel are sufficient enough to derive the conclusions:1. One side HID headlight of my 2003 Acura TL 3.2 stopped working in low beam mode; would not name the dealer but in NJ; the guy estimated $350 mentioning that the ballast for the light has failed. Went to Mehul telling him the suspected problem with ballast, he quoted $200 something. Saving 150 I went ahead to get it fixed at Mehul. He gave me the date when the ballast will be in. On the scheduled date, when I went to him, the new ballast ordered was ready to be replaced. This was a genuine one ordered from Acura dealer spare shop only. Once the assembly was open, he checked the old ballast again which was working fine and he told me that only bulb needs to be replaced. Would it had been any other shop, they would have changed the ballast. The change of bulb cost me around $70 only :-)2. Though Im a careful driver, while backing up the car from garage previous weekend, I didnt noticed that the rear door was open. Bumped into the garage door which caused the misaligned door. Though the door was closing but a pretty wide gap on on the top to allow rain water to cause flooding inside :-( ; the local body shop in Oak Tree, Edison gave me an estimate of $180 to open the door and align the frame (no repairing of the dent on the top window frame i.e. only fixing the door gap)... today morning only, went to Mehul; he saw the gap and straightened up the door by hands standing there only :-oWith some of the comments, I agree that he is super busy and you have to wait but I believe that is the small cost you need to pay for good services. Also, he is always busy as he personally supervise the work his team does all of the times even if you are there for the smallest job. Someone has mentioned in his/her comments that he is unprofessional; agree that he does not talks in a very polished way but I have rarely seen honest people to be very polished.Overall: Go to him if you want an honest service; but forget if you are looking forward for well dressed managers treating you as in a top rated hotel with a luxurious waiting room with all the freebies of coffee and snacks...
