I have been using Northstar for both business and personal vehicles for many years. Vic and Bob are honest and very knowledgeable.

North Star took the time to fully assess and resolve a problem in a way that 4 other shops didnt. They took time to explain what was happening and provided great customer service.

It’s hard to find an honest mechanic but that’s how I would describe North Star. Went out of his way to help to help not to make a buck. Highly recommend

Has no phone etiquette, no professionalism, poor customer service and no type of substance... sad
