At least 10 customer facing employees didnt have a mask on or were wearing it as a chin guard. Very disappointed. Otherwise service was great.
The service is the Best, Thomas Grzybek is a great guy, my wife has a F Pace, loves the car and we had service once and a flat tire. Thomas Grzybek took care of us in a day, his crew was also very friendly and nice. Great place Ray Catena.

My airbag light has been on for four days, read on Jaguar site to take in as soon as possible in case of defect in airbags. Showed up Saturday with no appointment and they accommodated me. But service guy Tony Bedessie told me if light had just turned off they couldn’t help me. I asked if they can pull the code history in the module and he said yes, but made me feel bad about not having an appointment, even though none are available. Should I just hope it’s not a safety issue and keep driving around like this! Never dealt with Tony before, but he has an attitude and did not make me feel welcome. My last service guy was great! Tony needs training on soft skills!
