The technicians and service coordinators are professionals. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and know exactly what needs to be done in order for your vehicle to run as smoothly as it possibly can. the receptionists work seamlessly together, they have patient with the customers, and offer legendary services to the customers. The individuals at Ray Catena Infiniti make the customers feel comfortable and the jobs that they perform on the vehicles are exceptional and outstanding. Kudos to them and keep up the excellent work.

Nick is an awesome man. He is so nice to me every time I have a concern. He accommodates me accordingly. I appreciate him. He knows I freak out over something small but assures me it’s going to be fixed and okay. I highly recommend Nick as the #1 service guy! I think I’ll go elsewhere if he leaves- I’m serious. I’m hard to deal with- he manages to keep me smiling.

Called to get information on a lease, they connected me to a salesman who didn’t even want to help me if I was not buying the same week. I explained that I was looking for a color and what I wanted; he told me they only had a brown and there was no point in even talking if they didn’t have what I wanted. Usually id agree, however he didn’t try to even look around for the color and car I wanted. He was all about the sale RIGHT NOW. I explained that I could wait until covid was over and they were back in the dealership to work with him ... once again if I didn’t want to make the sale that very moment he didn’t even want to help me. I will be taking my business to a different dealership.
Ray catena really stands by the cars that they service.. 6 months ago I brought my engine in for an engine repair and they replaced the engine Under the warrantee even though the car was about 2 months outside of the warranty.. My Service representative Chad helped to make that happen...and then there was an additional problem With a service soon engine light turning up on the car..just last week and I was blessed to have Nick my service representative take the matter into his own hands and saw the service repair through and The problem was resolved. Even following up with a call, To check how the car was doing after I had taken it home... He even arranged a loaner car, while the car was in the shop being serviced... I am very impressed with the professionalism at Ray Catena and will always bring my car there to be repaired...Michael Affrunti

My G37x wouldnt start on Tuesday morning, thinking it was an issue with the Intelligent Key System I had the car towed to the closest Infiniti Dealership for service. Im no longer under warranty so any work that was done would be paid out of pocket.Well Ray Catena had my car for 48 hours and to no avail, I still dont have a resolution to the issue. Come to find out that they have only spent an hour looking at the car, and Im told that theyre going to need at least another 2 hours diagnosing what the issue is. $495 to even know what the issue is?I get it that people are busy and my issue not more important than the next person, but set proper expectations. How has it been 48 hours before you even LOOK at the car?What a joke!

I recently leased a vehicle from Ray Catena Infiniti and the experience was so pleasant, I can’t imagine myself ever working with another dealership or driving another make. Grigory Rozenfeld delivered white glove service from start to finish - even following up several times to ensure that I was perfectly happy with my vehicle and did not have any questions. Grigory and team made me feel as though I was *the* most important customer Infiniti would be serving that day - I plan to send everyone I know to him when they’re in the market for a new vehicle.
Whenever I return to this particular dealership, I always request Nicholas Aberin as my service advisor. He has a great personality and listens to whatever issue that Im there to resolve. Also he will keep you informed on the progress and return of your vehicle. Very good Ray Catena..hes a asset to your dealership.
Great Service! Staff is Amazing and very welcoming. For a dealership the prices are VERY reasonable for the quality service that they offer. They dont try to over sell you on services you dont actually need, but they will let you know if there is something that needs to be done. The service advisers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Loaners are available, but waiting is comfortable. They have 6 computer terminals, WIFI, big screens, food and drinks, as well as things to do for kids. Every service comes with a free car wash so your leaving the dealership shining with a goody bag (usually granola, hand sanitizer, tissues, water, and mints) to boot. Service specials are always available, usually on a monthly basis. If you need service, ask for Steve!

Steve Sprayberry (service consultant), Melean & Jackie (service reception/cashiers) and even Anna (the person who maintains the appearance of the showroom)consistently greet me with a smile and by name.
