Johnny Brown was kind from the moment he saw me waiting to talk to someone. I returned my lease and wanted to get into another lease. He was patient while I weighed my options between styles and colors and I ended up with a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Its gorgeous!! Bikram aka Bic was amazing. I was unsatisfied at the other dealerships I went to but Bic helped me out as I walked in. He said right off the bat that me liking the car was the most important thing. He worked with me to reach a deal and I have no regrets almost 3 weeks later. I wish every salesman was like Bic. One of the few people who prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale.
Service is good here for your maintenance of your car always nice . The only thing I would recommend being a large dealership keep mask for your customers if they forgot to bring one . They don’t cost a lot but will keep one customer happy and grateful. Asked at the counter in the show room got a brisk I do not response . Would be nice if tried to help if another department had it .

The one star is too generous. Today I experienced the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. Hurricane Ida caused my sunroof to leak and flooded my interior. I brought the car in to have the sunroof fixed, and possible electrical damage assessed. The service rep attempted to FIGHT my father after he questioned the reps suggestions for service I didn’t ask for or need. The rep had to be “held back” by other reps. My electrical damage was never assessed. I was told I needed an oil change even though they changed my oil 7/3. (I’m NO WHERE NEAR DUE FOR ANOTHER OIL CHANGE). They refused to rotate my tires after they forgot to do so on my 7/3 visit, because all my tires are “good”. But then explained the tires in the front are the best tires. Had they did the service I requested back on 7/3 my tires would’ve been evenly worn. The service reps are a liability to Edison Nissan. And the owner should be embarrassed.
I searched and searched to find the right vehicle, and I finally found it at Nissan Edison. I love my new car!! My salesman was great, Johnny Brown. He was the best. I told him everything I was looking for, and he was able to get it done, at a great price! Very pleased with my service.
This is the second car I have leased from Edison Nissan and I received the same amount of care and attention as I did the first time. My salesperson Florida Guevara was extremely friendly and helpful. She was not pushy at all and always seemed focused to do what was best for me. The sales manager Nato worked with me on my budget and in the end was able to get me a great deal. I am definitely coming back to Edison Nissan when my lease it up.

I went there to lease Nissan Sentra, I was waiting at front desk for 5 minuets and no one came to help me, I stepped outside and came back after few minuets. This time sales person David Thomas who already busy with another customer asked me if I need any help and he was so courteous and humble that he gave me time and then he helped me. He explained me various options that fits my budget and I finally got my car just because of David professionalism. He later explained to me all new features in the car. If I could leave negative stars, I would. They couldn’t pay me to do business with them ever again. Since my 2016 purchase at Edison Nissan, I had taken my SUV back to them for the annual oil change. This promise by the dealership for FREE oil change for life was one of the main reasons why I invested in buying my car from them. Every year, it’s been a nightmare - but I put up with it because 1. It’s free, 2. I just have to deal with them once a year. Every time my vehicle goes in, they mess with wires they have no business messing with, triggering a check engine light a day or two after service. The first time this happened, I was charged over $300 for a diagnosis for a problem THEY caused. And it was just a plug that needed to be snapped back in. Subsequently, I have learned their games and plug it back myself. That’s just the beginning of my grievance. Anyway, every time I’m there, there’s long waits to just be seen because the reps are all talking about what’s for lunch or other nonsense. When you are seen, you’re treated with disrespectful, condescending, and unwelcoming tones - no matter who you get. Again, “Just deal with it once a year, it saves you $100 on your oil change,” I tell myself. They used to wash your car, standing by “Always get your car cleaner than how you brought it in.” That stopped. But not the worst. The worst is, I made an appointment for an oil change and I was refused the free oil change because “they aren’t honoring that anymore.” What?? I don’t care if you stop offering it to new purchases, but the customers you made that contractual promise to should remain under that term. I contacted the number to speak with the president of the company - I tried a few times, left messages, no response. I ended up going to my preferred shop for the oil change because I rather give my money to them vs. Edison Nissan. The way they do business is just sickening. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

I am very disappointed with the recent visit(10/23/2021). I went to get second key for my Nissan Altima car. On phone they said one price and they said they will discount as well, so took appointment and went to the place. But at the store, the price which was said on phone is not the correct price and they just said if you need it, do it. thats it... i tried explaining them but they didnt listened and they didnt gave me time to re-think as well. So finally i paid 200$ extra.. REALLY disappointed...
Definitely a shady place. Bait and switch and full of lies. Dealt with Jarrell and Nato. Went in to look at a like new used car, test drove it. The car is still under Factory warranty from the manufacturer, noticed it had almost new Michelin tires. After test drive, while negotiating for the price couldnt agree on the deal that night. Came back 1 day later after checking it was still in stock, went there to buy it at the asking price the guy goes ahead and adds $4000 to the asking price in the name of some certification. I asked it wasnt there a day ago. He comes up with a story that a buyer came in the day before and was asking for it to be certified but did not have the money to buy. So we went ahead and put new tires (the car already had new tires) and new brakes and changed oil and filter (carfax shows oil was changed 1k miles ago) and certified it. All for a fictitious buyer who MIGHT come up with the money in a couple of days and asked for them to do this work yesterday AND they immediately did ALL that work. Yeah, right. Now there might be unsuspecting customers who would believe their outrageous lies and fall for them, but I doubt there are too many dumb people out there. Stay away from these liars.

Used car manager is useless and buying a used car from here is not a good idea, however If Johnny relocated to another dealership hed most definitely get my business again.

I will never buy another car or have service done on a car I bought there. NOT professional ran credit reports, sales man eating potato chips in front of me.. after I left inquiring about a car, got service there and they removed all 4 caps from tires never replaced them and did not change back tires or patch tires said. No need. Meanwhile. I go to Acme Nissan and low and behold they found the problems with my car tires. Replaced them and patched up holes in my other tires. Do not go or shop at this place.

Juan was an amazing salesman, caterered to my every need! His manager annoyed me a bit with the pressure of wanting his $2,000 which he added on to makeup for for the loss during COVID. If it wasn’t for Juan he almost lost a customer. For the sake of Juan I would refer people there because he really works with you. Not so much the manager.

I drove close to 2 hours for a vehicle to be purchased in cash once I got there test drove the vehicle and was ready to purchase. The vehicle went from 17,995 to 26600 which is completely ridiculous. 1000 because we’ve never purchased there before, 2k to get a 14k mile car ready for inspection, and 3k for them to transfer the car warranty. Aside from that they keep walking around asking for the car that your trying to purchase to get you to make a decision quickly.

I’m a current customer for about 6 years with Edison Nissan and I’m not pleased with the sales representative Stephen. I called in to return my lease and I wanted to compare in going into a new lease vs buying out my lease. He stated after I submitted my application via website to buy out my payments will be $389 a month and leasing will me $411. I decide to buy it out and I came in to the dealership and of course it took forever. But in regards to this review I felt I was taken advantage of due to they didn’t put a warranty on my vehicle and also no GAP insurance in which God forbid I total my car then I will be left with 30,000 to pay with no car. Also my payments are still outrageously high. Thanks for nothing and I hope your dealership shuts down!!! I would never choose them again and I really am the type of person who doesn’t do reviews. Bit had to put this up for those to see how women can be taken advantage of. Thanks for wanting to take my money for a car that isn’t working anymore with no transmission. I felt as though they knew this car was going to go that’s why they sold it back to me as is.

My wife and I did not have a pleasant experience at this dealership. The sales staff were very rude. They were having loud conversations that consisted of a lot of cursing. They insinuated that we were not there to actually buy a car but to just get our credit score. The reason we are giving 2 stars is simply because the manager was very nice and attempted to fix the situation.

Worst Nissan dealer I have ever experienced. This is my 7th Nissan, first and lady from his dealership. 5 trips to the service department to have a scratch that cane on the car repaired and they still can’t get it fixed. They don’t answer the phone when they know it’s me, leave me on hold for more than a half hour, disconnect the call, never return a phone call. The service is atrocious. Buyer beware DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, it’s not worth it

We went to buy a used car today. We check the price online. We called asking for a better price. We drove 1 1/2 to go to the dealer. The sales Pearson Diana, was so kind, but the manager was disrespectful that he was not even able to say hello. We had cash to pay the car, and he said that another customer will buy it, that he doesn’t care that we have the money.We felt discriminated, maybe for him, Latin money doesn’t mean nothing.If he had been friendly, maybe he would have bought the carDON’T GO TO THIS DEALER

I get the car inspected from here and they gave me the complete details about the car and additional they gave me the advice not to buy this car. I had came to this dealership with high hopes of buying my first certified car . The sales staff and team were welcoming and helped me find the perfect car for me . However when it came to negotiations with the manager, it was outrageous and extremely unprofessional . The car I wanted had a sticker price of 13.5, they offered me 20.5 after fees and taxes . They also raised the sticker price by $500. This is not normal at all, they were asking a almost 50% fee on taxes and fees with the car ! The manager was also extremely condescending and made me and my family feel like we were belittled by him . I would not recommend doing business here due to the extreme unprofessional Actions of management .
What a pathetic experience. The sales guy named Stephen Leonardis was terrible. 0 salesman skills, arrogant, no knowledge of his job what so ever. Right from the moment go he was arrogant and rude. I had to ask for a different sales person to work with. Theres another senior guy named Steven who was helpful and polite and explained everything.
Great experience, as always. Customer service is great, specially Tonya Hardy. Always provides fast services, explains issues in details if any, and most importantly not try to trap customers for additional services which most other dealers and auto garages do as part of their normal practices. Was interested in a 2018 Elantra. Drove an hour to get there. Confirmed ahead of time the car was there. Showed up and car wasn’t there. Waited 1.5 hours for them to find the car, apparently it was at a different lot. Then was told the battery was dead and they had to jump it so they can drive it over. Car never showed and we left. SALE LOST! Don’t waste your time here, like us!
Came here with a high recommendation from my sister who bought a car from them. I sat with Jerrell who has to be the most patient and genuine person. Above all he will tell you how it is. I couldn’t have gotten this car without him. The sales/finance managers definitely take their time to sit with you and make sure you’re happy with your deal.
