Fulfillment is amazingly fast

Ive never had a problem going in there. Its pretty simple. There is a doorbell so you would have the rain 1st to be let in the building. The women are very nice and helpful and will give you a booklet to see the flavors and this applies and their numbers so you can properly order. Then they will tell you what which toward to go to to go pick it up. The parking is ample so youll definitely find them there is one customer parking spot right and find the building but if thats taken youll have to go to towards the back. Depending on how many people are in front of you you can be standing at most half an hour there.

By far the best ice cream, & yogurt shop supplier on the planet. The quality of their ice cream mixes is unsurpassed. They are extremely reliable, honest, and efficient. I have been doing business with them for almost 30 years and I can not even think of one bad or negative experience. From the ordering department to the delivery drivers, the salesstaff and everybody behind the scenes, this company does an excellent job. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

Run like the wind. I have tried to do business with these guys off and on for a few years now. I have finally had enough. I had a credit for an order that in never used totally damaged from 6 months ago. No refund offered only a credit so I had to use it up. $55 to ship 2 boxes of Dole Whip plus a $6.39 fuel charge.(Really). Fooderservice direct charged less than half for shipping and $12 per case less. I am done done done!!!!!!!

I use their product on my ice cream truck and theirs nothing better. A little pricey but worth it. Brings customers back. People literally crave my ice cream. Ladies in the office are extremely nice. Would never go to anyone else
