All the staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. I’d name them all if I could. The girl’s name that starts with an S went above and beyond to help me get my QR code’s figured out. I’ve been coming here for several years and have never had a bad experience. I’ll continue to use their business.
The man in this store is very friendly. His daughter works there as well and she is very helpful. Don’t read the negative reviews. These are very kind people that have always treated me great when I come in.
Talal and his employees were very kind to me and helped me pack my boxes right before close. This enabled me to get my shipments out. I am very thankful for the kindness and help that they delivered to me! No pun intended... This UPS store has gone above and beyond compared to most. If you are in Edmond or around this metro area I recommend using this UPS store for you packaging and shipment needs!
I was shipping a lot of packages, and the staff was not only understanding in me having came in late, but managed to scan all of them in less than a few seconds per package. In an out with maybe 17 packages within 5 minutes. Outstanding performance by the staff.

I go into this UPS frequently and I cant NEVER remember having a Bad experience. All staff members have been very friendly and we always share a laugh or find some humor in my silly personality. I went today with some off the wall odd printing job and immediately as usual The owner Mr T always has the perfect solution as he did today. I appreciate him and the ladie staff members. One thing is great, when your not ready I just love how they work in the next customer so the line will continue to move. I have never had to wait very long in all the Years I have been going to his store.
Customer service is friendly some days and rude others. On a couple occasions they have shamed or pressured people—either myself or others I’ve seen/heard in line in front of me—for not spending enough or any money in-store, having elected to pay online and come in to drop off. I understand they need to make money as a franchise, but part of being a UPS location is accepting UPS packages, no matter the point of sale. Speaking of spending money in-store, expect to pay about double what the online shipping price is on the ups website. I’m willing to pay a few bucks more to support the local business, but 40 bucks for a package I paid 24 bucks for immediately after on the website is a bit much.

Went in today after a customer had been very rude to the very kind staff. They were so patient with us when we were trying to figure out our return. We had a good laugh while we were there and they made our shipping experience very easy. I really appreciate the kindness they showed.

I just had the best experience of my day at the local UPS store at 1050 E 2nd in Edmond. The owner was very friendly and sent a fax for me. It was a pleasure doing business there. Greeted with a smile 😃!! I wish all my business dealings were this friendly!

Worst customer service. Initially they will treat you well but they will not have explanations for late delivery. Paid for Next day Air delivery with return package. Package was late ONE DAY both destination ( 3 days late for return). When called customer service, was adviced to call store. When I called store, guy put me on hold for 10 minutes( before putting me on hold said oh gosh). I will not trust post shipment customer service here.

This is my go to UPS store. The one on 33rd and Eastern has some of the worst customer service Ive experienced, but this place goes out of their way to help you. Ignore the bad reviews listed here...this place is great.Updated Review: As of April 2021, the customer service at this place has taken a major dip. The owner is always nice, but other newer employees Ive dealt with here are pretty rude. For example, the lady I dealt with yesterday couldnt be bothered to politely ask me to hold my QR code on my phone up to their plastic barriers. She just motioned really hard with her scanner gun until I figured out what she wanted, and used the most put-out tone of voice to say turn your phone brightness up when it wasnt working. She then proceeded to take a phone call while telling me that I was wrong for thinking that Amazon only gave me one QR code to scan for a multiple item return (...I wasnt wrong. Its all Amazon gave me and it worked perfectly in the end). Honestly, every time I have to deal with her Im convinced its either the worst day of her life or she really hates her job, and also that the word please is not a part of her vocabulary.Ive actually started having a better experience at the 33rd and Eastern location and will be going there with my Amazon packages moving forward. Really a shame.
Amazing customer service, it was quick and simple. I had to mail out 3 packages and the manger took such great care of them in a timely manner. I also needed some shredding done and things for moving and they had all of it! One stop shop. I will definitely be coming back here for all my packing and shipping needs!

I have done business with them for several years and am ALWAYS satisfied. They are very knowledgeable and good to try to find the best way to send my packages. I buy my stamps there as well instead of standing in line at the post office. Would highly recommend this UPS store.
I, for one, have had great experiences at this store. They have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Yes, at Christmas time it is hectic there, but I have to wait either here or wait at the post office. This year, I chose to wait here as they do an excellent job with my packages and they are way faster than the post office, plus they care about my business. You also have to remember they are a UPS store and NOT the post office; you pay extra for having the personal service. I think a couple of those reviewers who wrote are just out to be vicious and hurt someone - Shame on you. It is hard serving the public and pleasing everyone. This family-run business has been nothing but great to me every time I come in. I will be back to this store in the future.
I came in yesterday and today, I walked out the first day because the line was so long and the lady with red hair working was taking a personal call, talking very loudly and not helping any customers, while the other women was taking care of the customers herself, which I think she was going pretty fast for having a huge line, coming in the second day again the red hair lady was on the phone again ignoring the line of customers and when she finally decided to help me she ignored my questions while on the phone with a personal call, I could hear her talking about non-work related topics and still not helping the other women working, I asked her name I believe she said Capree, she did an amazing job, not only helping me And answering all my questions, if it wasn’t for this women I would not be returning to the store.Horribly unprofessional to take personal calls while there is a HUGE LINE. Thank you Capree for the wonderful assistance!
Went in to drop off a free amazon return but their system was down. They had a work around but it cost $1.41. Bad customer service if you know how to fix a problem and then charge your customers extra for your problem.In response to the owner: Your QR code system being down was infact the problem. It was no fault of mine. Your business then had me cancel my return so I could email you a copy of the return label. You then charged me $1.41 to print the same label the QR code system should of done for free.

Ive been using this UPS store for my companies mail and package deliveries for the last 5 years. Ive had nothing but good experiences from the owner and his family. They help me with everything I need. I have and would recommend this store to anyone needing to ship something or just needing a place to receive their mail.
Went in to send pack a package. Girl working this morning 7-30-19 at 10am was VERY rude! She sat and played on her phone as I talked to her. Didn’t even look up when she talked to me!
Always have an awful experience here and avoid going if I can. Staff always rude, unfriendly, condescending, and always make you buy something before you leave. Makes shipping off a package an arduous task. Fedex all the way if possible.

The guy is a moron. He cant find boxes with the name obviously on them. Hed rather question its existence and suggest you might have the wrong store. His brain has has obvious atrophy. He had a long-winded explanation of why his store didnt have stamps. I wouldnt trust this store with your packages.
Im watching from the Del Taco drive thru this guy throwing these packages into the back of his truck with wild abandon. Next time I need to do a package Ill definitely remember this store is a big ol nope.

Wayyyy over priced. I shipped an item and was billed $91 dollars for something I was later informed should have cost no more than $30 to ship. Ive shipped 3 items here and didnt know what the norm was. Now that I know that those prices are outrageous I feel like an idiot and feel like I was ripped off.
If you like being overcharged and slow shipment, take your packages here. I dropped off a package there on 12/23/14, and it was just delivered at 4:27 p.m. today. If I had mailed that package via USPS, it would have arrived at its destination this last Monday for a cheaper price. I had thought about UPSing another package. The UPS store employee told me itd cost me over $10 to ship a padded envelope containing two t-shirts to Los Angeles via USPS or over $12 via UPS. I declined. I then drove the 3 blocks to the USPS and mailed that package via priority mail for $6 and change. I dont appreciate being lied to about USPS prices and their incredibly slow delivery of my package. UPS SUCKS!
I had exactly the same BAD experience today that other reviewers reported here, this place has very poor customer service, the clerk is very rude and unfriendly, he was not happy that I was bringing five packages to ship, he treated me very badly, I felt myself I am at a third world country business and not at UPS, I was so offended that I took my packages and used another UPS store in the area. The other UPS store manager advised me to report this to UPS store
Dont go here! This guy is a complete rip off! He charged me $107.00 to ship what by all calculations should have been $40.00 - $60.00. I was running short on time so I decided to let this guy pack the item for me. This was a big mistake. He charged me $26.00 for a cardboard box and styrofoam filler. Then when I see my package it is in a ridiculously oversized box. He blatantly overcharged me! I will be reporting this creep!

Ive used this store repeatedly over the last 2-3 years, and never had any problem with slowness or rudeness. The owner/manager appears to be Arabic, and I suspect some people have written negative reviews for that reason.
