Brian and Chris are outstanding at their craft. Both provide you with the necessary guidance and advice to help you arrive at the right decision regarding tires, repairs, and normal maintenance for your vehicle.

Friendly; on time; and competitive pricing. I am especially appreciative that they care enough about their customers to require masks and social distancing. When I went in to get a bid, and when I went back to get my tires installed, I did not see any employees who were not wearing masks.

They were able to get me in same day even though I was told they had no appointments. Even better, the turnaround time for a tire replacement was a couple of hours. Would recommend.

To my great surprise they were able to obtain for me the Goodyear Endurance tires for my RV. The pandemic made trailer tires unavailable, but Jerrys Tires located a set of 4 for me and the tires date code was just 4 weeks old. Goodbye to those CCP bombs and hello American made Goodyear Endurance. 55 years Ive been very happy doing business with Jerrys Tires Sales and I am today very happy to still be doing business with Jerrys Tires Sales, Edwardsville, Il. We had an unscheduled appointment to replace all four tires on our van. They were able to order and install new tires. The ride home was so much better.🙂

I came in unexpectedly without an appointment and they were able to help me get in and out within an hour for a great price! My only complaint is that they either didn’t balance my wheel at all before putting it on or not very well because now it’s a little shaky on the highway.

As of today I shall not return to Jerrys. We have been bringing our vehicles there for many years and today when I go in to schedule a oil change they would not be able to do it till January. But I also said I was thinking about new tires and for some reason they could do that. Heres how I feel about that. If you could do the tires then you sure could do a oil change. Who schedules a oil change 5 weeks in advance. I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck Jerry.

I have been going here for over 4 years now after living in other places and using other shops for my car needs. This place is by far the best. They always seem to have the customers needs as their primary concern. They will not recommend that you pay for unnecessary parts or services. They also seem to sell quality components. If anything goes wrong they go out of there way to make it right. They are always very friendly and reasonable. It has been a great find for me.

Had a tire go flat and they had me fixed and out and the door very quickly. Prices are as good as or better than any where else in the area. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Ill definitely be returning here for any other vehicle service I need

Yesterday started off with a tire catastrophe and I was in desperate need of new tires. After price checking a few places I called Jerrys tire sales and was happy with the prices and options I was given. They also told me they could get me in at 9 or 10 am that same day and I called at 8 am when they opened. I took the 9am appointment and they were done by 9:45am. I was impressed with their professionalism and the quick turnaround it took them to get my vehicle in and fixed.

Ive been a customer for more than 20 years. Quality of work is consistently excellent and the staff is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Ive never witnessed an employee be anything less than professional and courteous with customers. If I could make one recommendation as a customer of more than 20 years, it would be for more comfortable seating in the waiting area. The chairs have been there at least 20 years.

These guys are always friendly and very professional. As a bonus, their tire prices can be competitive with Tire Racks (with delivery included for a fair comparison). You can tell they care about their customers, and I will go out of my way to support people like that, especially at the local level.

I have purchased several sets of tires and have had routine maintenance completed at Jerrys . This time was no different than any other visit. After my wife had 2 flats due to nails, I decided to pull the trigger on a new set of tires. The service at Jerrys is superior to anything else in town.
