I bought my 3500 extended length cargo van in July 2020. It has bee a year and I still love this Van. The Sprinter manager Mike V in El Cajon convinced me to buy this monster. They werent pushy. I didnt feel like I was being sold. I feel I got a fair price and I feel like they both treated me well. I havent always had that experience at car dealerships. Ceaser is the man to go to as your financial advisor. The guy pretty much is all for his customers and will guide you the right direction. My experience with him thus far has been absolutely perfect. I will continue to come back. The prices are expensive as it is a Mercedes dealership. But he has found different and all avenues to give you the best deals. I recommend you request Cesar 👌

I Have been to Mercedes Benz of El Cajon few time now, and I have been very pleased with all my service visits, a loaner car provided to me if I make an appointment. Staff is helpful and respectful and never tried to push me to purchase a service or other things. I have extended warranty on my vehicle, and every time I take my care to be looked at for some repair, it has been always covered by the warranty, and they never tried to pass it as “wear and tear” as I have experienced before in another manufacture dealer, and they always do a complimentary multi-point inspection. Overall good experience

I just bought a returned lease 2021 GLC 300! The buying process with Cesar was easy and professional. He followed through on the promise to certify my new car. Michael my service manager explained the process and communicated clearly throughout. What a great group of people to buy a Mercedes from!

I took my Sprinter motorhome to Mercedez of El Cajon for an update recall on the emission system. This work was performed and they also found a recall on the rear speed sensor, which they also replaced. Their service was done in a timely manner.

My experience started in Kearney mesa Mercedes which was an experience I hope no one ever has to experience. My car had some spark plug issues and I just had brand new spark plugs put in my car 3 months prior. And my car is still under warranty. The service manager Benny Kearny Mesa said it was not covered which I thought was ridiculous since those were brand new spark plugs put in my Mercedes three months prior. This guy Benny should not be a service manager he kept trying to find ways to BS me and tell me my warranty did not cover it which I knew he was wrong. They told me if they were to fix my car the total amount on the bill was over $5000 I had to take a deep breath before I lost my mind. I contacted Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon and spoke to Cesar and he immediately towed my car from the Kearny Mesa dealership to Mercedes Benz of El Cajon. Turns out it was a blown spark plug and just needed to be replaced even though it was brand new. As a service advisor he He showed great judgment and execution by doing what was right and taking care of the customer. I always thought Mercedes-Benz was one company when it came to service but during this experience I can tell that they are not. During the whole time at Kearny Mesa Benny would give me the cowardly response oh I don’t agree with it not being covered it should be covered and if I could take care of it I would. B/S Because a service advisor did what a “service manager” chose not to do. Based on that experience I would say Benny is a liar in as someone who cannot be trusted. Cesar is an excellent service visor and hopefully is on a path to become a service manager and maybe take Benny’s jobs one of these days

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my car for service and the guy left without giving me a call leaving the car there. went to the dealership to get my car and check on the status after multiple calls with no answer they said they couldn’t help me in any way. Who services a car and leaves work without giving the owner any updates. Cesar, the guy working on my car said it would take two hours.. again left work without updating me which caused me to leave my car there overnight for something that was supposed to be two hours max. Horrible service overall. Save your time and go somewhere else.

We were traveling across the Country in our Thor Siesta Sprinter and the engine Light came on and then the DEF light came on and then we went to count down mode and by the time we were in San Diego and spoke to Garrett Martin we had 4 starts left and Garrett told us to bring in the following day when they opened and they would get us taken care of. I want to give Garrett Martin a shout out for his help and professionalism as his team got the RV taken care of within 8 hours and gave us a loaner car and pointed us to sites to visit in San Diego while the RV was being serviced and I have given Mercedes Benz a 5 Star for how Garrett took care of us in a desperate time and as other dealerships told us we would have to leave our RV for 3 days as which we were living in.Thank You Garrett and Mercedes of El Cajon for taking care of myself and my wife through this stressful situation.Rick & Julie Garcia

I purchased my vehicle and was happy with it, asked questions w the paperwork but was given all the wrong answers and my paperwork is screwed up in addition to them selling me on a service package and didn’t explain the stipulations (don’t buy it— better off saving yourself a few grand)BASICALLY, I’ll probably sell my car and purchase a different vehicle elsewhere because Mercedes will f you over for a pretty penny.

The Mercedes of el cajon very disappointed I gave them to 2 stars when that really deserve only one my car was taken into have some mechanic work done to it now as far as the mechanics I dont know how good it is yet cuz I just got my vehicle out today so far so good but the professionalism and the mechanics of the work that they done week very weak they dont seem to care about the persons car whatsoever against the paint cuz I have scratches all over it from where they work at thats a very unprofessional when I went to go pick it pick my vehicle up didnt even wash it I think probably they didnt wash it because they wanted to hide scratches well thats what I have to say I didnt like it like it or not one bit the way they took care of my car look wise mechanic wise I pray that everythings okay cost me enough

Cesar was outstanding, when no other sales rep approached us, he saw us from across the lot and headed our way. Cesar treated us with respect and gave my mom his full attention and explained patiently, my mom asked me to please write this review and I did so gracefully because of the way Cesar conducted himself towards her and myself. (Updated) Terrible experience today (05/07/21) After a back and forth calls with their rep Garrett, I was told to bring my van in for the alignment at 7:30 AM. Got there at 7:20. Met with the dude who took my info and my keys. Sat in waiting room for 2 hours and I finally asked what the status was of my van since it just sat there. It was never checked in. After some commotion and finger pointing a service rep finally got it going.Update as of 05/13/21, I received a call from their Service Manager regarding my experience and bad review. He wanted to know exactly what took place so that they can ensure it does not happen again.I changed my review from 1 star to 5. You got to give it to a business who takes the time and listen to its customers. They are pretty hard to find.

Awesome truck way nicer and safer than my 2011 Ford transit connect which I traded in,... If it wasn’t for Shukri who is a great guy and awesome making things happen I wouldn’t have bought anything there. So wouldn’t recommend it but to each is own.Update a month later and the trade in has yet to be payed off. Bad business all around. Worst Mercedes dealership I have ever worked with as a family.

The service department promptly checked me in and offered refreshments while my service advisor finished with the customer he was helping. My service advisor Daniel was knowledgeable and courteous. My minor service needs were addressed in a timely manner.The difference between Kearney Mesa MB and El Cajon is night and day. I highly recommend the El Cajon Service Department, even if you have to drive farther to get there.
First impressions are as important as the last. I applied for financing as was approved by Capitol One finance. The salesman Kambiz Naderi informed me that I was approved and provided the terms and stated he and the finance manager (lady I forgot her name) will overnight the paperwork. I was told by Kambiz to fax my drivers license and proof of insurance (which was done in 15 minutes) I left a vm with him that I was ready to pay my down payment also. 4HRS later he calls back and states the car was sold to a cash buyer by another salesperson. I dont believe it!The car should have been tagged SOLD once I was approved and ready to close the deal! To add insult to injury I happen to call Capitol One while waiting for Kambiz to call back and the lender stated the terms that Kambiz provided was different from what was approved!! Humm??? The down payment he provided as well as the approval price of the car was different. Also I was approved from another dealership that contacted me after Kambiz informed me I was approved and confirmed my appointment to finalize the deal with them. I told them I had a better deal and they sold the car afterwards so I missed out on buying from another dealer because of the SHADY practices of this dealership. I will contact NADA and the FTC and report this to the local CBS, NBC and FOX news affiliate the 1st chance to expose the experience I encountered. You may have satisfied many customers but its always the unhappy customer that cost you more in the long run if this way of business continues.
El cajon Mercedes-Benz is the best in San Diego. The service personnel is excellent; Bryan and Franco are top-notch. Be sure to look for deals at other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in San Diego and this service department will match them. Great Job Bryan!!!!

This is the second time of bad experience in this place. First one was year ago. Was waiting with scheduled appointment 45 minutes just to drop off my car which took 5 minutes with service advisor. Picked up was the same the man was walking around to bring my car for 30 minutes after I paid and take care of all paperwork.2 days ago I call and ask if they have availability for appointment for our van, the guy on the phone said yes bring it today at 12 15 . We was there about 12 05 this but service advisor was on lunch. So someone else take care of us, it was not that long like last time. On the and of the day I text and ask how’s my car doing. He said the don’t have time for my car so maybe tomorrow. Okay . I call on the end of the next day and guess what. He said there pretty busy of there so maybe next week? What? I had appointment, I need car for work and he told MAYBE next week. I was really upset. Service advisor name is Bryan . Today we came to pick up our van to take different dealership . We came there no one on the front desk, there is one service advisor on place busy with people that was 11 pp o’clock. Hopefully Brenda come out and help us, she was really nice . Also she went to bring our van because there is no worker over there. I really appreciate her help. Very nice person with nice attitude. She know how to work with people. Thanks Brenda

On 09/16/2020 I had my car serviced at Mercedes Benz of El Cajon. 5 star service from start to finish. Starting with my service advisor Daniel Mikhael. Originally I went in for an airbag recall on the Takata airbag. Ended up getting a 70,000 mile service on top of that. Daniel Mikhael went above and beyond his scope of duty to get me taken care of. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable but his customer service was impeccable. I had never been to this dealership before but because of this experience, they gained a customer for life. As a result, I was reconnected with Ernie, the Service Manager, who sent out Kris to install my battery at a fraction of the time and labor - one of the great benefits of Mercedes Towing. Kris was kind, efficient and amazingly quick. Mr. Collins even followed up with another phone call/email as did Ernie. The car is still starting after two weeks since the battery, without incident. On Saturday March 26 th my wife & I decided to go the dealer Of El Cajon. We met with KC the Sales person. He was very professional nice. He asked how can he help us . I told him what I was interested in on what car I wanted. He was able to give us options. And he gave us the space to look around.. We like that . This is our 6th Mercedes. To make story short. He was very professional & knowledgeable had a great experience once again. Very happy to by a new car. Also talk to his manager Shukri. Great guy. We highly recommend going there .
