Came in here on September 8, 2021 around 5:10pm looking for some Olpalex & saw about 5 workers all at the cash register in a circle talking and being loud. I continued to look around & not a single one greeted me or checked on me once and i was in there for a good 15-20 minutes. I was debating on buying some products but decided to leave due to the horrible service. I am not one to be extremely picky as i also work retail, but the fact that were so many of them & not a single one said a word to me as a customer was completely unprofessional. The crew definitely needs to be talked to about this as I’m sure i wasn’t the only one who had this same experience.

I usually order my products online but I needed to stop at Penneys so I stopped by Sephora to get my moisturizer. Love this Sephora! It’s my favorite location and pretty much the only one I’ll go to. The staff are great! Very friendly and professional.

We went here for my wifes birthday gift redemption. She said its a smaller selection of the usual Sephora, but the workers are helpful and its nice having one in the El Cajon Mall. If your looking for something super specific I would suggest going an actual brick and mortar.

I was going to switch from MAC to Sephora but when i needed help the girl just pointed to the make up and didnt offer assistannce. MAC caters to your every make up need so i guess im going back

Cassidy was soooo helpful and very charismatic. The other young lady there (I think lead or sup) was very friendly and helpful as well. Great ladies, both very attentive.

The service is good. No complaints. Due to Covid, all the samples are taken away. I understand I cant try the samples but not even able to see the actual sample is a little upsetting.

Although they only occupy a small space inside of JC Penneys they seem to have a pretty large variety of options to choose.

The girls’ here are always helpful, always a good experience at this location.

4 days ago I saw a jacket that I wanted. It was a reversible jacket. I had to wait for my check to come in. This morning I went to JCPenney to purchase it. When I found it, the price was 83.00. Same thing, couldnt believe it. Needless to say, I didnt buy it.

I had unpleasant service with one of the Sephora associates yesterday. I dont know her name but i remember her associates number is 0620. Never going to this store again. EVER!

JCPenney was great the jewelry has so many discounts, which is so good, can always find gifts and watches at a low price.

I gave it 4 stars because I went in on Sunday at about 5 min to closing time and they said their registers were already closed. So I had to return the following day to grab my free birthday gift.

Got my make up done next door at the MAC inside Macy’s and they did a horrible job with my eyebrows. Walked into Sephora and Esme helped me fix them and I felt 100% better. She seriously saved the day for my babyshower makeup look. Thank you ! ✨💕

Ive been to several Sephora stores and this was the only one where I was helped immediately and by knowledgeable employees.

I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaay overdue for this review! I came to this Sephora a few weeks ago and was absolutely satisfied with Cristo!!! She is super hilarious, honest and just amazing! I went in for a color match for Rihannas Fenty Beauty foundation. And let me tellll youuuuuuu....Cristo was extremely helpful and found the right color for my face. Ill definitely be back to this location and go straight to Cristo because she knows exactly what shes talking about! Thanks girrrrrrrrl!

They have very bad staff the lady there didn’t transfer my points to my card she put another card and I call Sephora main office and they give me back the points belong to my reset but I m still feel bad because she didn’t have the right to take any person points when see him busy please be careful when you deal with this staff they are the worst workers i love Sephora but I will never go to this branch again .
