Be careful about the use of zyprexa. It makes you fat. People can exercise for hours on it and loose a pound.

Came in when pharmacy opened only to be left standing here while the employees caught up on their weekend experiences. Asked a cashier when the pharmacy opened and was told theyre open already. She then pointed at a gentleman walking by and said see, theres the pharmacist. Keep in mind that i took off work to come here. Finally, when the pharmacy did open at 10:10 i was told were not doing vaccines today, its Memorial Day. I suggested they should update the system and was told we dont deal with that here.??????????? Seriously? ANYONE can suggest an edit on the website. I do not wish to be contacted by any rite aid associates.nor will i ever come back in this. Store.

Great customer service, I had My COVID-19 vaccine today 👍🏻

I ordered a prescription online and got a confirmation. The next day, I called to check on my refill because it was past time and I never recieved a notification... the pharmacist hung up on me. I called again, someone rudely to me to hold. After waiting 10 minutes, they told me the meds were not ready and they would be ready the next day.I called 2 days after because I still hadnt received a notification that they were ready. The pharmacist told me they still werent ready and they had to order more.I told them to cancel and I would order somewhere else. What a waste of time.Either theyre completely incompetent or theyre the worst front for a criminal organization ever.

Updated:The pharmacists dont seem to have the ability to make informed decisions on their own and completely rely on the pharmacy managers approval for everything. I was strung along all morning until she came into work about whether or not I could pick up a 90 day supply of a controlled substance. Apparently, my doctors have been writing 90 day supplies for *everything* I get and Rite Aid hasnt been filing them that way. Or telling me about it. So I was allowed my 90 day supplies except for two drugs: the controlled substance and my heartburn medicine (why not with the GERD pills?). But I was MOSTLY upset by how the manager told me to use an app to calm myself (not everyone takes this controlled med for anxiety) and that I could call her if I needed to talk. I dont need to talk, I need my medication. I pay a therapist when I want to talk to a person who isnt a personal friend. Not having this med is actually a life or death thing because if I run out (and the current issues with quarantines and imports could have that happen), Ill have a seizure and could die if I suddenly have to stop taking it. I dont think she saw how much I take and *definitely* assumed why I took it. So I felt mocked and extremely invalidated.I sent someone else to pick up my Rxs today. I dont want to face that staff. The Rite Aid in Ocean Beach agreed to fill the 90 days of the controlled substance but then didnt tell me they were backlogged on that order for a week after it was due to be filled. Theyd said that, if supplies became an issue, theyd call me. They did not call and I had to scramble to track down that medication within a 24 hour period because I blindly trusted that any Rite Aid cared.Avoid Rite Aid altogether. Just all of them. I was screamed at for being a drug addict when I tried to fill a prescription at one out of state while on vacation. I had done it in that state the year before with no issue but the laws had changed so I guess crying equals being an addict to them. Again: off label uses of medications are a thing. If a pharmacy is going to judge you at more than one location in more than one state then its not a good pharmacy to work with. Ever.Mollison Pharmacy is 1/8 of a mile further away and does a fantastic job.

Last time I use this pharmacy! Waited an hour for her to input my insurance information.

If you are former customer of asmar pharmacy . Don’t deal with this people try to find a different pharmacy . I called to let them know there was less pills from what it says on the bottle label . Instead of apologizing and offer to fix the issue she demand to drive again and speak with pharmacist .

Decent prices and they are open all hours of the night. Drug quality is superb. Could have a better environment tho considering I have to go behind the buidling and stand next to a dumpster while yelling hooty-hoo until little steve walks out with my drugs. 10/10 would reccomend

Bought a Pepsi Max, was flat & out of date. Went back to change it & half their drinks were out of date.

Rudest employees. Including the managers. One snatched something right out of my sons hand.
