I had to wait a week for an appointment. They found the problem with my dishwasher washer quickly. I had to order my own part so there was no mark up on the price. Waited a week for another appointment at 7:30 in the morning, the technician arrived at 7:20 and left before I arrived at 7:30 . No phone call or note left on door to tell me he had been there and left. Another two days for another appointment. Dishwasher works great.

As I am writing this review on the performance and professionalism displayed by this company and technician. It has been 51 days since GE Appliance Repair dispatched this company to my home to repair my washer. Firstly the Tech. looked at the washer and said he would be back in a few days. I then received a call stating the part would be on back order. Approximately 37 day into the service request the Tech returned to my home disassembled the unit and told me he he will be back in two days. I called the office and want to schedule he come back on the 23rd April. I had to contact GE directly. The GE Rep. requested the Model and serial number of the unit and during that process I discovered he had broken/destroyed internal components and did even notify me of that. Furthermore, when the repair technician left my residence my living space smelled like a cigarette and this odor lasted for hours. I have requested GE provide me with a different service provider. I strongly discourage using this company.

They repaired my brand new dishwasher easily after I waited for the mfg to ship me parts that didn’t work. I should’ve call IV appliance first! Diagnosed quickly, parts needed to be ordered, and once parts were here, they came back to repair without my need to bother them. This was all during covid so parts were and still are scarce, so I was very thankful for their service. They handled everything the repair took minutes, and machine is working great a month or so post repair.

I would use them again in a heartbeat. Both times they ca e to my house they arrived promptly on time. It seems he always seems to know exactly where the problem is with my machine just by hearing the noise it makes. This time a baby sock got could inside some of the tubing. He took that machine apart and had it fixed in minutes. Would I call them again- YES!!!

On 9-25-20, I V Appliance was hired to trouble shoot issues I was having with my washer machine. After examining the machine, the owner claimed the shifter (actuator) wasnt working. He claimed he would have to local the part and would be back in contact with me.On 9-26-20, after not hear back from the owner, I contacted I V Appliance asking for a call back from them updating me on the situation.On 9-29-20, I finally heard back for I V Appliance claiming they had located the part for my washer machine. I told them I hired another company because they didnt return my call updating me on part.Later that day, I had my washer machine examined by another company. The current company determined the shifter(actuator) was actually damaged by the previous company. It was explained to me that it takes significant force to break the arm of the shifter/actuator. The current repair company further explained the washer machine only need an adjustment if the shifter/actuator arm hadnt been broken!I V Appliance cost me over $115 which wasntwarrented if the machine was properly examined. Obviously, I will never use this company ever again!

They dont call you when the needed part arrives for repair (twice had to call for status and to find out part was already at their shop). Guy answering phones is very sarcastic and condescending. Were very limited in IV so they take advantage of that. Repairman even broke a part on dryer trying to fix another issue..smh

My rental washing machine broke. I have American Home Shoeld so they are contracted with them. They took a week to get there and now it now going on three weeks for them ro jave gotten the part. The tenant called them and they wanted them to call AHS and said whwn they get confirmation qe can have it done today. Really. I calling someone elseThese guys are a joke. MY daughter had the same problem with them. Dont use them.Ed

Horrible, they made me wait for 3 weeks for parts that they had ordered. When I called them they said that the parts were supposed to get there the following day. I asked how much they had ended up being and when they came back to the phone, I was informed that they made a mistake and had not ordered my parts. They offered me the parts manufacturers number so I could order them myself. Horrible company. Will not use them again.

Worst business ever! When a business schedules an appointment with you and denies making the appointment with you the day of the appointment, is absolutely horrible! They denied ever speaking to me even though I had their call logged on my phone. Very apologetic, but still didnt fix his mistake. Businesses like this are absolutely worthless to me. Im going to use Sears from now on.

First experience was horrible. New appliance under warranty breaks, so I am reffered to IV Appliance to get it fixed and first off they dont have an appointment for about 3 weeks. Then a guy shows up who is super unprofessional and quickly looks at my appliance and takes super messy unorganized notes on a piece of paper which he obviously lost because a month later I find out that the parts where never ordered. So of course at this point I am super unhappy and contact the manufacturer, I explain the problem and they insure me that they will contact IV appliance and resolve the issue. Turns out the parts where never ordered but somehow they magically find some and arrive at my home (at this point roughly two months later) with parts. I was out of town at the time and my wife took the man at his word that the appliance was fixed. When I get home I see that it is not only still broken, but an old broken part is simply hidden with a new part over the top of it. Please please please ask for a different provider when dealing with warranty issues.
