The absolute worst customer service ever. I asked for a shed and was told to find one . Not where to find one just to go and search for it. I asked, do you have a shed here that is 8 by 10 ? The person said, duno, maybe over there. Sadly I probably will have to go back but only because Lowes is about as bad these days.

Went in and bought a brushless 20v Dewalt weed Wacker for 199.99. I loved the fact that they only charged me a 25 extra charge for and additional 2 year replacement protection plan. Only thing is that I thought Dewalt had a lifetime warranty on ALL their products, but I was wrong. The box says 3 year warranty for Dewalt. Im a bit disappointed in Dewalt but satisfied with home depot for having the customers back.

Terrible service asked for assistant twice and no one came to help my mom. Employees need better training on assisting customers 🤷

This company has the worst delivery service Ive ever gone through. They constantly and randomly reschedule my deliveries without even contacting me!! How am I supposed to know when my items will be delivered if they do not inform me about the rescheduling?!?! I requested a delivery service at a specific date and time because thats when I will be at home and will be able to receive my items, but Home Depot dont care about that, they rescheduled without asking me if I will be at home on that particular day. Very, very unprofessional. I have started to buy from Best Buy and Lowes instead and my deliveries have been pretty smooth. I will not buy at Home Depot anymore.

The girl I found that finally helped us was very polite but it seemed like a couple of people didnt really want to be bothered by us and scurried off. Its close to my house so its my place to go for needs so its not like Im going to stop shopping there but when possible I will go across town.

Some employees are great but when looking for something not in stock some stare at you like you are asking for something that does not exist. Is kind of limited in woods and or wood display and return policy for plants is akward they want back the bucket/can and label of the dead three when was purchased a month or less time.

My favorite place for tools and home DIY projects..I have.to confess I have a problem cant never leave.Home Depot without buying a tool or two or 3 just in case a project come s up..Lol...

Yuma home depot was good had what i needed and was referred there by el centro store

They tried to sell me a used generator as new. I purchased a generator online for in store pickup. When i got there the generator did not have the box or the included tools. It also had dried up gas crust in the tank. They tried to tell me that the generators come like that.

Helpful knowledgeable staff with everything to help build, or maintain your home.

I wished I could have gotten better service for being a disabled person i think I should have not had to walked back and forth because of some personal not knowing how to go about my request for an item. I wanted to oder. The wait and having to explain my issue of item needed was long and exhausting Other than that I would give it 5 stars. Most personal at least try to be helpful.

Great store lots of variety but sometimes the employees either dont know about the dept they are working or take long to address a customer questions and worse sometimes both. But those that do know, KNOW their stuff.

Customer service is hard to find and hit or miss on certain days. The Item I wanted was sold from display used and broken. I asked for them to mark it down, they did, to the employee empowered 25%. I asked for more of a discount; as the Utility in the item was not brand new and very noticably so.Manager disapproved of a further discount.Not impressed! I asked if I could get an item priced for the price online and they told me to buy it online; while im standing in front of a register, and then I could pick it up at the counter.Go to Lowes! They may not have the best prices on everything in town, but it is my favorite place to shop. I am always asked if I need help, and I have been given stuff practically at the checkout because they were taking too long to find a price.

A store manager named Rodolfo with the Philadelphia Eagles logo on his apron threatened me saying Ill remember you, come back to the store and see what happens. He then proceeds to walk to a security guard and point at me and say Remember him every time he walks into the store. He then went outside and watched me go into my car. The corporate office didnt do anything and I wasnt called back by anyone to discuss this matter by anyone at all, it has now been over 3 weeks. So here it is documented on Google Reviews if anyone has any similar interactions feel free to use this review as reference. Needless to say this will be my last stop at Home Depot.

Plenty of product selections at very reasonable prices. But customer service could be better.

Usually has everything one would need for any project or repair, but they also have some great holiday decorations for Halloween and Christmas (and fall in general). Garden department has a wide variety of plants and flowers, including cacti and citrus trees. They also carry laundry detergent (Tide is listed at just over $18 as of my most recent visit on 10/13/19). Staff can be a bit difficult to track down sometimes, and it is even more difficult to find staff able to help you (I often get the excuse its my first day or Im new, so Im not quite sure where anything is yet or better yet, the I dont work in that department, let me call an employee from that dept, who then shows up much later, if at all).

I picked up an online order and did some quick shopping... Great service and self - checkout.

They have good and fair prices on tools.

Looking for water heater online it said there was 3 in stock ready for pickup. Went to pay there was none on stock even though on their inventory it showed 1. They said inventory would be updated in 15mins. So I could place the order online I left inventory now says 2 in stock... Never had problems ordering in the store, wheres Hilda? Btw Hilda has great customer service, one of the best workers there.

I love going to Home Depot but Its seriously a guy thing. But this time I had the strangest shopping experience. I bought an axe and it cracked in half with the first swing. I returned it and they gave me a new one. The strange came into play because I noticed that there are more Female employees than Male. Whats up with this turn of events. The great part of this is that the Ladies actually know where everything is and they actually ask you if you need help. Gone are the days when you could actually get help without sending up a distress signal. A special shout out to Lilia Munoz Customer Order Specialist who helped me so much I was dizzy with dis belief. If anyone from Home Depot Management is reading this post go out and find more like her. She was great and very very helpful. Also Pete Casteau in the Return Department actually claim me down with his great Customer Service techniques. A Frenchman in Imperial Valley......REALLY!!!!!! My advise to Home Depot: Have more Customer Service personnel roaming the isles helping us out. Even if it doesnt look like you need them, you do. Trust me on this one.

Not a fan of Home Despot since I bought a hot water heater from them, and had them install it. The install went wrong and they ce up with 10,000 reasons why they werent to blame. NONE VALID

Love the store I know the employees for the most part on a first-name basis their customer service unlike the Lowes in town is excellent sometimes or slower because of just so many customers and stuff but even then its a lot better Ive seen an experience that Ive gotten at Lowes I dont have to go chase someone in order to get help from them I can ask someone and they will help me its just a lot better products are good they dont have in stock theyll order it yeah its very simple I like it returns are great I know the store manager and hes very good at customer service very good store highly recommended employees and the electrical department or quite knowledgeable plumbing department as well those are the two departments where I asked the most questions so I cant say personally very much for the others just cuz I havent asked but I am sure that they would be like those departments where they would have knowledge of it
