5 stars for Cuco, he was very helpful with my daughter and very knowledgeable! 1 star for it saying its open til 7pm on Sundays when it closes at 6pm. Need to change this so everyone knows.

I was desperate when I walked in the store, lost my cellphone 2 nights prior and my car broke down and passing by the city from El Centro, CA and Im from Yuma, AZ. Mr. Cuco was super professional, friendly, and very polite. I passed my credit application and was able to get the phone of my dreams, discounts and I walked out of there super happy and satisfied.

My mom and I were this close to switching over to Verizon after a maddening couple hours on the phone with AT&T (being put on hold and not really being helped) that is until we went into the store and were given the best customer service imaginable from Isabel. She fixed our problem by switching us to autopay and she gave us the best advice concerning our phone plans and insurance and altered those for us too. My mom has been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and if it weren’t for Isabel, she really was going to switch us over to Verizon. Thank you Isabel for reminding us how awesome AT&T really is!

I have been trying to call the store for the past hour Ive been calling nonstop trying to see if I can get someone to help me and no one is answering the phone I have called at least 30 times thinking maybe someones going to answer I ended up having to call the AT&T store in San Diego who answered the phone immediately and helped me out but we do live in the valley so .....

I recently ordered 5 phones from their office. After two weeks of waiting patiently I finally went to cancel the order. The store was not really much of a help and I was even informed that I would have to pay for all the phones that I didnt even have or that they wouldnt even replace or reordered. I was just told to wait even longer for them to figure out what to do. Customer Service transfered me 7 times and took 1:39:43 to finally cancel everything and that was only after I started reading them their own contract. I have not received my refund for the taxes paid for the phone which thats a whole different process.

Good prompt service, reasonably knowledgeable staff, aware of the newer products and AT&T offerings. Not a wide variety of accessories. As with most AT&T stores prices are on the expensive side.

Horrible customer service, they are lazy and incompetent. I waited in line in like the rest and they told me they did not have time to open a new line for me because it was near closing time and they closed their registers 5 minutes before closing time 7 pm.

I only gave this one star because I had to rate at least one star to leave a review.. .. the customer service was HORRIBLE the woman and man working on Dec. 29 were so rude and arrogant and treated my husband and myself like trash. The man actually used gang signs to try and intimidate us. I have never felt so disrespected. GO VERIZON

Slow, very slow service. Bought 2 Samsung S8, 4 charge cords, 2 boxes was not for the S8 and one box was empty. They gave me a hard time about it.

Cant talk to anyone on the phone because of the stupid questions that I didnt care enough to remember due ro having a cancelled account, they charge you for wifi when you havent received service since two months prior to the bill cycle listed nor lived at the location since a month before now they send threats of collections in the mail.use any other company these guys are idiots.

Very horrible and slow customer service similar to a lot of business in the Imperial Valley. Due to a lack of workers, I was forced to wait over an hour for a 15 minute resolution. Canceling my contract and going to a provider that deserves my money
