They only want commison they dont care if u can save 40 dlls on new accounts switching from another carrier .. the manager in not always there thats why i could not leave a bad review of her employeez ..very rude.. custumer is always first . Plus they charged me for glass protector that not even fits my phone 🤬 but hey they love charging u $$$$$$$ not going to do business anymore with this place

They sold my mom a phone with a faulty battery and REFUSED to exhange it because they said it was water damaged even though she just had it brand new from store and barely used it
