Gave me wrong information, the girl was rude as if i was taking up too much of her time. I had called, no answer. Decided to stop by, called while i was in the store, the phone rang no one picked up because one was with a customer and the other was on the computer. Im good, Id rather drive all the way to Calexico... where i got the best deal shout out to Jorge and Allen at Calexico by Wal Mart.

Switched carriers trading in phones to this T-Mobile claiming we would get money for those phones to discount off our new phones but the clerks there mixed up everything the plan, the prices. Seems they need more training or understanding of their system and what they’re selling customers and the customers are the ones who are paying for the mistakes they did.

Location believes they supersede corporate policies. When confronted, by phone, that temp authorizations are allowed virtually to enable out-of-state purchase of phones to be then added to the account, the supervisor shut me down and directed my family to the door even though I presented her with the verbiage corporate presented me. Essentially, corporate is working with me now, around this location, for the improper practice. This is a common action for primary account holders that have lines out-of-state.

Highly recommend this T-Mobile store. I went in to inquire about a new phone and was instantly greeted upon entry. Irene was very knowledgable and very helpful. She helped me make the best decision based on my business needs and suggested I go with the phone and plan that best fit those needs. The store was very organized and clean, by far the best experience Ive ever had at any wireless carrier location.

Horrible customer service. I went 4 times to this location and I still wasn’t helped with the upgrade of my phone. I went in the morning around 10 for a phone upgrade and was told they couldn’t access my account because it was sprint and their manager wasn’t there. I came 2 hours later and I was told I couldn’t do my upgrade since I wasn’t authorized in the account so to just bring the account holders ID, so I came the 3rd time that day and I was told by the assistant manager the account holder had to be there or too get authorized. I arrived the next day at noon for the 4th time and was told with very bad attitude by the assistant manager that my account could not be accessed because their system was failing. Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars to this location but it was not an option.

I should not be standing around for half an hour waiting only for them to turn around and help people who got there after i did. Was ready to buy a phone but Ill go to a different location. On the 14th of July we came into the t-mobile store to get more information on all the plans and options we had already looked at online. We felt we were completely ignored on our wants and needs by an employee named Alex. Instead he made us a list of things we kept repeating we didn’t really need and kept pushing it. As a result of feeling unheard we went to the t-mobile in Costco the next day because we thought we could be assisted better. Only to find out that they offer separate things so we had to come back to the branch.Please listen to your customers, we originally wanted the essentials or magenta plan. And were given only the prices of the magenta plus plan which we didn’t need or want. Thankfully the next day we had another employee Scion help us who explained all plans in clear detail and even offered us the iPhone 11 promotions which were not offered to begin with and much more!

Workers were very slow and seemed like they did not want to be there. Went in to purchase a new phone and a case, and we were not approached by anyone to help us despite there being only 2-3 other customers in the store. Employees were on their phones, not paying attention to the customers, and overall did not have a pleasant attitude towards the customers in the store. The only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because Carlos was one of the only employees in the store who helped us and had somewhat pleasant customer service. Very disappointed in this location overall. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This store is very unprofessional with the way they handle customer service. They are often deceiving to you in order to make a sale for themselves. They were misleading three times in a row, leading to believe you own a phone when it was just a lease and then screwing you over when you go for help. Their manager was not helpful at all having you leave the store unhappy and unsatisfied. To quote this manager he word for word said he was unable to help solve a major screw up on their end. This store has discouraged my overall respect for T-Mobile as a company and I rate it as one of the worst Cell phone services this country has to offer. Do not go here. You will have a better experience in any other store. 1/5 Terrible!

I went to change my phones to this company and they gave me information about a Magenta Max plan that was in promotion. I asked all my questions about the plan and paid for my activation. A few days later, the monthly payment was exaggerated and nothing they told me was true. The manager along with her employee were liars and charlatans. I decided to change company (according to a free contract) after two weeks and it turned out that they sent me to collection. I went to ask what was happening and the former employee did not know how to solve the problem. A very friendly employee had to come to give me the information I needed. Now, I must hire a lawyer and take my case to BB, AAA, District Attorney, Fairshake, FCC and send daily emails to the CEO of the company.I will not let these big company charlatans steal more money from people.I went to change my phones to this company and they gave me information about a Magenta Max plan that was in a promotion. Terrible service!!! My dad went for his cell phone that they had told him that they were going to deliver it to him in 3 business days and it took almost 2 weeks and many turns and nothing and my father complained and magically the cell phone appeared after the arrogant treatment of the one who attended him that neither He even wanted to look it up in the system, but if they were taking pictures, my dad is sick, too bad you have that terrible customer service.
