New to area but I think the Workers are friendly and helpful makes new people feel welcomed

I would give 0 stars if I could after this last experience. THE ONLY GOOD PEOPLE THEY HAVE AT THIS STORE THAT KEEP IT OPEN IS RICH AND EMILY!!!! If you do have to go here they would be the only ones I would deal with otherwise you will get screwed by the so called managers. Bo was the first manager we dealt with and he was friendly and helpful but he would make a deal with you then not tell the system or promise one thing and write up another. He left and they brought in Joe....instead of promoting Emily or rich.....joe was good at first too, then he too told my fiancé one thing and then when I went to make payment the amount was way wrong and come to find out it’s because joe didn’t hold up his end of the deal. You shouldn’t make promises and deals if your not going to honor them. AGAIN EMILY AND RICH ARE AWESOME!!!!

Haley is the worst manager ever! She doesnt know how to do her job and keep track of where things are and where theyre going! Rent a center bought out rent 1st who I bought my washer from.... My washer broke down so rent a center said they would have the warranty covered! They picked it up and said I would have it back in a couple weeks! It took 2 months! Then they bring me someone elses washer and said it was mine! Another 2-3 months go by and they called me back and said I had the wrong washer and that they need to come pick it up! I said ok and scheduled a time for pick up and they were late, so I left cause I had stuff to do! Well I moved to Texas and took the washer with me and Haley called me, with an attitude, demanding a pick up time! I informed her that I had moved to Texas and the washer was with me! She said I stole it from her! When actually she brought it too me! Its her F*** up and if she pins it on me I will sue! Its not my fault she cant keep track of stuff!

I havent had problems with them but Ive been told some bad stuff
