Keve Strickland is an amazing employee! He is patient and helpful! I was having troubles with my phone, and he gave me every best option and recommendation to try! He helped me out, and got all of my questions answered! Great customer service, and he really cares about each of his customers and their experiences! Went this morning to purchase a phone, the sales rep Rebeca helped me out a lot. She was very friendly and gave me many affordable options. Many of my friends and family told me to go and ask for her when entering the store, and I am glad I did.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Lindsey ladies at Cricket in Eldorado, AR. I came in on Saturday the 26th needing to get a phone at the last minute for a birthday gift. From the initial call earlier that day with Samia who took out the time to answer all of my questions regarding the phones that were in stock to when I actually came into the location later that day because I couldnt wait on the phone to ship and spoke with Anissia and Catherine, my experience was nothing short of amazing. These ladies took out the time to help me and were very courteous, helpful and understanding. If I could I would give a thousand stars! I just want to thank you ladies once again and please keep up the good work! You ladies are awesome!!

CThe employee here at the El dorado store ignored me as I stood in line and waited . Then didn’t even make eye contact when he mumbled to me that I needed a mask. I got the phone. But I will never come here again!

I have been to this store twice in three months to purchase a new phone...this is the rudest most unprofessional store I have ever been in. The female that was in there this past Thursday acted like I was killing her for asking for prices of the phones. I just left and bought an att phone.

Customer service is very slow, takes forever to get anything done. Dont waste your time going in if you have insurance on your phone, they will not print out forms, copy ID or fax forms. I was informed its no there job. When I first went in only 1 person working, she informed me printer was out of leak and the other worker had gone to get the ink and take her lunch (4 pm in the afternoon) and she wouldnt be back til 5. So I can back still on ink for printer. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I really like my service with cricket, I would rather go to a different store. The store manager is always on her personal phone or the store phone. She has no consern for the customers.....

Very friendly but unfriendly at the sane time. I dont like it when the sales representatives ask about your personal life just for their amusement. Also if you get the insurance on your phone you are wasting your 7 dollars a month.

Sales associate was too busy talking and laughing with a friend to pay attention to a customer wanting to purchase a phone and plan. It appeared I was a bother when I did try to get some inform. Needless to say I went elsewhere to make my purchase.
