Aaron was very rude and inconsiderate. She keep looking at her smartwatch the whole time while setting up my new device. And it was not work related because when I brought it to her attention, she did not look at her smartwatch anymore. She was also sliding my new accessory on the counter which can scratch the back of the watch. She argued with me when I showed her what she was doing. Aaron needs more customer service training and training on how to care and handle products.

Needed help transferring from my old phone to new one he switched my Sims card and basically told me i was on my own

Obviously my rep was new...was placed on hold twice, this has been on hold for 12:02 minutes... she never returned!!! All I wanted to to purchase more data until my ‘pay date’. Before placing me on hold I was informed I’m on the wrong plan. Was told I would have to come in and bring my drivers license. I could not leave home at this time. This is not acceptable. I have customer for about 7 years

For the last 3 weeks I have been having troubles from this store. I returned a phone before the 14 days were up and it seems they didn’t do it right and I am still paying for a phone that I don’t have, they just deactivated the phone and not a return on my account. Now I am still paying for a $1299.99 for it. I feel someone there took the phone for their self. They acted like I was the one that did something wrong, the manager was rude and would not talk to me and I made the drive to work it out with her. I am not happy about this. I should not be paying for a phone I returned and all I can say to other customers be very careful at this store, because it looks like to me the owner of this store has some people working there that doesn’t know their job and has someone working for them that steals from others and the owner. It seems this isn’t ever going to be resolved.

Ok. I’m officially changing my review after yesterday’s visit. The old employees were the worst!!My screen protector saved my phone but needed replacement. Didn’t want to drive to Monroe or Little Rock so we went to Eldorado to find new employees on June 24 2021 that new what they were doing and wanted to help and were super expeditious in getting their job done and done right.Highly recommend.

I went into AT&T feeling defeated. With help from Rashad, all of my doubts and fears were melted away. He gave me the reassurance I needed and that meant alot. He was so caring and considerate of my needs. I am so thankful he was there to assist me.

Customer service by La Tica was Awesome. Took a straight talk phone and converted to my AT& T account with no problem.

Needs to improve on personal skills when dealing with Senior Citizens and explain how your new phone works and try to get you the best services possible instead of waiting hours.

This store is horrible I now do everything online to avoid dealing with them, or deal with another AT&T store out of town. They will add features to your account without you asking for them. And lie to you about the price of a tablet, they will say its 99 cents a month knowing its $9.99 a month. Only care about selling and meeting a monthly quota. Its no wonder they have such a high turnover rate.

Employees generally dont know anything about the devices their selling.

I love El Dorados AT&T. The store and service are remarkable.

I had the worst experience that is the rudest laziest bunch ive ever seen I sat there a good 40 mins. I was going to set up a business account but it would take a whole new group to make me even think about using ATT. Ur manager and workers should all be fired and and learn about the customer, consumer are the most imporant and should be their piroity, but the workers were busy horseplaying and ignoring ur customers. I assume thats why most people choose other service providers.

Went in today, the guy was super unhelpful, didnt know how to help us. Will be switching networks. We are now out of pocket thanks to at&t.

The two managers are rude and not very intelligent, which creates a problem because theyre the smartest employees there. While I havent had interactions with all the employees, the ones with whom I have had the misfortune of interacting have all been dumb and physically unappealing.
