One of the best stores I’ve been in by far the employees are super helpful and friendly. Sometimes I have to wait a little bit but they do a good job and get me checked in and also give me an estimated wait time. I love this store as they always take care of my issues when I come and visit.

Big telephone company and big office and they have only one employee I wait around 20 minutes for some help but no one is available so I have to leave,,,,,,, 😓😪😓😪

Shop personnel were very friendly and helpful and their store manager was awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable as they answered all of my questions and successfully solved all issues with my account. I left feeling very satisfied with my experience there.

Walked in to look at some phones. This stores customer service is very bad. I was not even greeted or acknowledged. I walked out and will take my business somewhere else to a store that is friendly and provides me good customer service.

Had an issue with our billing and spent over an hour discussing the issue with the manager. He was able to credit our account partially, which of course was not what was promised, but well take it. So why the 4 stars? The manager kept composed the entire time, and my husband is one stubborn SOB! Ill give anyone 4 stars that can hold their own with my husband. LOL!

Horrible...i went in to get 1 phone they said they denied my credit when i had got approved for 5 lines i walked in with not only 2 forms of id but 4 forms of id with my port in number i have never felt so belittled and as a customer i should never feel the way i did i called customer service to find out they did fraud and activated without my concent do not buy phones here
