Im not the type of person that complains, and i went 10/10/21 @ 9:20 and it was really dead for a sunday night but once i walked in with my girlfriend they were cleaning already but they didnt even bother to attend us or let us know they were about to close. I would really atleast let known that they were going to close already not just stay there cleaning making me look like i know the answer already.

I went at 11:50 pm today on 7/24, 10 minutes before close and I was thinking they weren’t open anymore but the website stated they closed at 12. So I just went in and the worker just stared at me and told me that they were closed. I questioned and asked “i thought you guys closed at 12?” And the worker said “No, I don’t know why were even here so late” I just said okay and walked out. It literally says on the door “Sat. 12pm-12am” Clearly your workers were lazy and didn’t want to serve just one customer, 10 MINUTES before. I could understand maybe if I came at 11:59 but really? I came in at 11:50. Unbelievable

The rolled icecream is delicious. I had the taro icecream, was wonderful . Staff friendly, interesting way they prepare icecream before they roll it up and put different toppings.

Loved the Thai Tea ice cream roll. Make sure you look at the walls when you go there, theres many items not listed on the menu that are posted on the wall.

I usually love buying from here but today was terrible. Bad customer service and the mango chamoyada ice cream which I didn’t taste until I got home was extremely salty. Unfortunately because it was too salty, I just had to throw it away. It was a waste of time and money.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake. When the girl was doing it she put a tiny strawberry and a sml piece of cheesecake. As she was mixing it and flattened it out to roll it was still white. Usually its pink. She struggled to roll it. My rolls were flat and my ice cream tastes like vanilla. What a disappointment. I love this place but its really gone downhill. I wont be back.

To start my daughter walked in at 10:37 tonite Saturday. May 29th. Online business hours on Saturdays show 12:00 am as closing time. . As my daughter came in 1 employee was taking the order of some customers. There was another employee present which I’m not clear what he/she was doing. When the employee finished taking the order, the employee look over te counter and told my daughter that they were not taking any more orders. That the customers that they just took the order were their last order. When my daughter came out was 10:38 pm. Again online business hours show open until 12:00 am. My daughter was so disappointed but what is is really bad they would not dare to tell an adult that. I was going to go in and placed my order but with reason, the concern that my daughter had was if they didn’t want to service her already and I had gone to ask for the order, they would have put something in her drink. Also I called 3 times and they don’t answer the phone. It goes straight to voice mail. And I did leave my information for the owner /manager. If I was the owner of that business I would appreciate knowing what happens at his business when they are not around.

I have never tried these kind of ice creams before but they were quite good. My favorite is the taro because its almost like Ube Ice Cream which is popular among Filipinos. Ill definitely come back here again

I had the Thai Tea and the Black Milk Tea here, very delicious and taste authentic.

Excellent customer service. Excellent ambiance. Really good songs playing here. Super entertaining to watch the ice creams being made. Order the Fruity Pebbles ice cream if you’re into that sort of thing. It has very good flavors and a good crunch if you can actually bear biting into ice cream. I will come back. Definitely recommend!

Worst customer service, walked in and was not even acknowledged that I had to walk out after 10 minutes of waiting, the most disturbing part was that 4 staff members were available cared more about talking to themselves then attending to the customers.

It was a different experience, the ice cream was good. Big problem is that they charged my debit card twice. I tried to contact them and they wont answer or return my call! Also the girl who did my order didnt seem very happy that I came in and wasnt very helpful. Probably wont go back, hopefully Ill get my money for the double charge back!

Always yummy! Ive been here a dozen times in past couple months and the treats are always delicious! Love the boba especially.But it seems rather consistent that the bathroom is dirty without paper products, and more than once there has been inappropriate music (swears, racial slurs, etc) playing unnecessarily loudly. Most recently it was a Thursday afternoon. Nobodys trying to get turnt at 4pm! I dont want to bring my family in to that environment.

A neat experience to try at least once. You get to pick a base flavor with mix ins, toppings and they get to work solidifying it on a flat round cold plate. Prices are decent, flavors were OK. Would try it again.

Everything about the place was nice. Excellent customer service, clean, etc. However the actual ice cream was pretty much flavorless. The only thing that had flavor was the toppings. You’d think paying $14 for two ice creams would get you some good flavorful ice cream but instead it just got us really cold tasteless rolls of ice cream. It sure looks good but I’m warning you now. Your gonna leave and say to yourself what a waste of $$$ and calories

We drove a good 25 mins to this place and soon as we walked up the guy turned off the lights and said we’re closed. We got here around 11:20 and says it’s open until midnight. Horrible service the guy just looked at us like we couldn’t read or something

Really a nice place to have a rolled ice cream. Its really easy to create your own with the mix or match options or they do have a pre selection to choose from. Good place to go for a evening snacks or a dessert after a full meal. Always I enjoy whenever I go.🍧🍨🍦

Very disappointed. Went there with my niece, not very impressed with the service while ordering. Ice cream was ok. Terrible experience after the fact. We waited 10 minutes to ask for a lid/bag. We were both calling for help and no one responded. After looking through the side, it seemed as if the employee was asleep. We were the only people in the shop, and we could not get any help. Not going again.

What a quaint place and a different way to eat ice cream! The service was excellent and the workers seemed to enjoy their jobs. The person who made my order was a real showman. And the ice cream is to die for!!!

The ice cream is good. The only thing this place needs is to get rid of the chemical cleaner smell (Fabuloso cleaner). The smell is so overpowering that you can smell it from the parking lot. The cups they use for the ice cream even smells like the cleaner! I ended up with a horrible headache after going there.

It’s so yummy and so fresh. I came the first time and I love it. It is not so sweet, the ice cream taste is so nice. Highly recommend

No complaints on the customer service or ice cream, we love this place the only thing is it’ is super cold in there asked an employee if she can turn on the heater and she said their heater was not working at the moment. would hate to see this place get shut down over a temperature problem specially because we love coming here and for summer we take our grandchildren from out of town all the time.

Do NOT get the Matcha Mania. It was AWFUL. Our group of four all ordered different recommended items from the menu. The others were all incredible. Mine became the challenge to see who could endure eating the most... (yeah, were a little twisted). Surely that item is a prank. We just dont see how anyone would ok that item to be on any menu... wouldve given 5 stars, because the service and other items were great, but the Matcha Mania ruined it. They should warn people about it...
