Carlos and Aaron were amazing! They showed up on time, explained the move plan and got to work right away. My furniture was wrapped and loaded efficiently; they seemed to genuinely care about the security of my belongings. Unload was done quickly (even though the storage unit posed some logistical issues). Would HIGHLY recommend for any moving needs!!

Biggest skeptic & mover phobia here after hearing horror stories about uncaring movers negligence in breaking belongings!!! All My Sons made a believer out of me! I hired 3 movers for 4 hrs & they were able to load my 1900 Sq ft home into a 26ft Uhaul efficiently & carefully. Nothing was broken & I moved out of state! I will say that I had already shrink wrapped all my furniture and everything else was boxed up ready to go in order for the 4 hrs to be enough time. If you use their supplies to do this you will pay for the supplies & the time it takes. The company is very upfront about the cost & process. I was quoted 2 hrs by the answering service to only load my items. Not realistic at all. I would definitely use this company again! Thankyou Doug, Morris & Darnell! Appreciate your professionalism!

We had Ricardo and Guillermo move us from a 2nd floor apartment to a 2 story house. The house had a winder staircase and they moved all our large furniture without causing any damages. They were fast, prompt, and had excellent customer service. Im definitely going to use them again.

Great experience with the move. Aaron and his team, Rico and Cedrick were awesome. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Their teamwork and camaraderie was cool to watch. Laughing and joking while getting the work done. All was done very quick. Also, I was able to compare them to another moving company, side by side when they were unloading at the storage place, it was no competition. Rico and team was by far the better movers. We previously had used their service to move and had some minor issues with the way the items were moved. After deciding to give them another opportunity the staff was very friendly. The lead on the move team was great, careful and respectful. However, the same could not be said about the rest of the movers.They were constantly complaining amongst each other over the heavy items. About this was a favor on their day off . Very unprofessional, we ended up paying nearly 3000 for them to break several pieces of furniture because they were just too busy hating their job to pay attention. The worst part is after filing a claim the best they could offer us was 200 for all of it. Not a single item could be replaced with 200 much less all of them. Will NEVER use them again over priced and DO NOT follow through. Your better off asking a friend to try and help you drag the items across your house. Not to mention both the old house and the new house had significant wall damage from them not watching what they were doing. Beyond disappointed.

I went with All My Sons because of the positive reviews. I am disappointed with my experience with them. The cost was higher than expected. In the middle of the move their truck broke down and they had to wait for a replacement which I understand as an unforeseen problem but they did not make me aware when it happened and I only found out after I called them to see what the delay was. They credited me for 50 minutes but the wait was over an hour. I left it alone because I just wanted to be done and due to them not informing me I had no way of knowing the accurate time. Later that evening when unpacking I discovered one of my TVs had a leg broken off. The screw holding it in place was broken off inside of the TV. When I reported the damage to the representative I initially set up the appointment with he told me he would make it right. The movers lied that the leg was already broken and they taped it to the TV. The only thing taped were the cords and it was not broken when they started boxing it up. Which they only boxed the screen up and left the legs exposed. I wanted them to either replace it or repair it. After submitting a claim they offered a settlement of $30. Overall it’s been a negative experience.

They destroyed my dresser, lost my kitchenaid mixer and my sound bar. Dont use these people. After multiple attempts to get my items back now Im having to jump thru hoops to file a claim without any assurances my items will be replaced. As a veteran of the military who had to move many times this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Christopher Sikes and his crew did an incredible job. They were punctual, professional, and quick. Christopher made sure to cover every aspect about the move and answered any questions that I had. They used moving blankets and shrink wrap to protect my items (something that my friends and I wouldn’t have done if moving my own stuff), and they unwrapped my furniture at my new apartment and took the trash with them. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and will be using them again in the future.

They worked efficiently despite the arduous conditions of my 2nd floor apartment. Not a second was wasted by them though. If you got a tough move, these guys are the ones you want to call.Andrew, Mark, and Nano were my 2nd set of movers. They were also as solid! They were on time, and moved everything in an extremely timely and efficient manner. There were a couple tough angles to move into at my new pad, but they put some analytical thinking to work and made the process smooth as can be.Exceptional customer service these dudes have! They deserve equitable compensation!

First of all, it ended up being at least double the price of what was originally quoted, secondly, they brought one adult and two teenagers to do the job. Third, they broke several items of furniture and now won’t answer their phones. Literally the worst movers I’ve ever had.

BEWARE When scheduling ! I was scheduled for an estimate appointment in person, took time off work and waited an hour past my appointment time. Rep Erika C. never attempted to call or reach out as she claimed. If they cannot make a simple estimate appointment on-time and lie to get out from the appointment why would I trust them to move my personal belongings.

This is our second time using All My Sons for a cross country move. The first time we moved from S. Louis, MO to El Paso, TX. This time we moved to San Antonio.Joaquin Flores and his team did a phenomenal job. They packed the kitchen for us, broke down the beds, and transported everything to our new house the next day where they unloaded the truck and put everything back together.We got three other estimates, and All My Sons was very reasonably priced. Plus, they delivered the next day instead of us having to wait up to a week or more to receive our stuff via another service provider.This experience was even better than our first move. Really appreciated having the same team who loaded everything unload it as well. Highly recommend this moving company!

Will never use this company again!!!! If I could I would leave zero stars. We had four movers and 2 of them were the ones that actually did alot of the work. The main one was inside having conversation with us knowing we were on the clock. One of them pretty much stayed in the truck doing who knows what. They didnt mention that they would be charging 10 bucks per box and charge for the plastic rap that they were using. They plastic rap so much stuff that they didnt need too. We didnt even asked them to use it. They did it on there own. The main one did mention to me that they were going to make alot of hours moving my moms stuff out. They took there time knowing that they were going to be going over the 2 hours. They took a break because they said they were tierd. After finishing they were going to new house. We actually went to the store that was down the street and we saw them there, also them knowing they were running time to charge us more. To top this off they charged us $1300 for the move!! When I asked the guy how much they charge per hour he couldnt answer me. I would read all reviews before hiring this company.

All My Sons Moving and Storage were a bit pricy (I paid a little less than $700 for almost 4 hours of moving my out of state apartment), but the quality was amazing. Jevon and Alonzo moved my entire two bedroom apartment in under 4 hours and they did not break anything. They were friendly and they explained all cost in detail. They came equipped with a truck and all moving materials (dolly, tape, blankets, etc.)

This is the second time within a year i have used ALL MY SONS. I had to move an elderly relative to a new care home on a specific day and time and wanted it done efficiently. I was concerned about the other occupants of both locations. The two gentleman knew how to prepare the small, large and breakable furniture pieces, And carried out the boxes and bags i packed in a careful methodical way. We worked well together. Im a very busy person and ALL MY SONS helped me make the move easier in a timely fashion. Very professional. I dont like moving but when i have to do it again Ill call them.

Terrible service, nice people in the beginning, very kind calling regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Then the horror begins . The workers unprofessional, zero respect to your personal items, zero communication. The old man in charge is disgusting and rude.

I would give them a 5 star but the guys who moved my home actually spent more time talking than working. Now here we are today Dec. 1st 2020 and this crew is working at lighting speed. I love how they are moving. I would definetly recommend them.

Honestly they moved me from my old place to a third story apartment (8 miles away) in less than 3 hours. They don’t mess around! They asked many questions and were highly focused on the job. They might be expensive for some, but you get what you pay for. Great company.

We were rushed to sell our house before closing on a new house; we used Super Good Movers which were terrible. The next day we cancelled them before letting them continue with the rest of the move. All My Sons were in constant contact with me throughout the process of consistently having to reschedule. Edward was the number one point of contact that I had and he kept me at ease throughout the entire process and was able to get it done even though that they were already booked. When the crew showed up they couldn’t have been more helpful they were wonderful polite and took care of my things. The previous movers used trash bags to pack my things showed up late and without any of the equipment and packaging that I paid for it, all my sons showed up and had to package my things from storage to get it to the house which should’ve been done to begin with. I was with them the entire time as we were opening containers and looking and can send you a sleeve found broken items and damaged goods. Super good movers overcharged, asked for tips, and then even tried to get me to Venmo PayPal or cash app money to them for things on the side which I felt very uneasy about. With all my sons they were 100% legitimate respectful and I wish I would’ve called them first. I will use them in the future and every time or a company as reputable and wonderful as they were.
