Great company, and great business, when I read the reviews I was shocked because I have never had such a good experience with movers until I hired these guys. Great work definitely will work with them again!!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM‼ IM HELPING YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET PROFESSIONALS TO HELP YOU. I LOST OVER$1000 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE. THEY DIDNT PACK ALL MY STUFF. THE MAIN REASON WHY I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I CAN AFFORD TO CALL SOMEONE TO MOVE STUFF FOR ME BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO STRESS ABOUT MOVING STUFF SINCE IM A NURSE AND HUSBAND IS OUT OF STATE RN. WELL I MESSED UP BY TRUSTING THEM. TIPPED EACH GUY AND BOUGHT EACH ONE LUNCH BEFORE MAKING SURE THEY DID THEIR JOB RIGHT AND CAME TO THE HOUSE WITH STUFF STILL THERE‼ MY KIDS SHOES, BLANKETS, MY HUSBANDS TOOLS, PRINTER, ETC. I HAD TO LEAVE THAT BECAUSE I COULDNT CARRY THESE THINGS . DISGUSTING, DISAPPOINTING, UNBELIEVABLE . I WANTED TO CRY. I PAID ALMOST 6OO WHICH I DNT MIND IF THEY DID THE JOB CORRECTLY BUT THEY LEFT ME WITH STRESS, ANXIETY, AND SOME PANICKING!! DO NOT CALL THEM . YOUR WELCOME. I AM SAVING YOU FROM A MESSY SITUATION YOU DO NOT WANT TO ENCOUNTER WITH THEM. THE GUY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE !! FOR COMING BACK AND NOT GETTING EVERYTHING HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE AS WELL!!

Amazing Job!! We are extremely happy with the decision we made in hiring The Movers of El Paso. These guys went above and beyond our expectations. Their experience truly showed by how efficiently they used every inch in a 26ft truck. The truck was packed to perfection keeping our belongings safe and secured. Our furniture arrived at our new home without a scratch...my wife thanks you! Happy wife Happy life! I couldnt have hired a more considerate, efficient and bottom line PROFESSIONAL group of guys! 3rd time using this company! This time around I used them to move my daughter to her new apt and like always they were great! Highly recommend!!

Needed some assistance over Labor Day weekend to pack and load two 16ft PODS containers with the contents of a 3 bedroom house. Agreed and showed up on SUNDAY (very surprising). My daughter is 90% VA disabled, medically retired from Army. Couldnt bend or twist, and lifting anything over 25lbs was out of the question. Leo showed up early on Sunday morning, brought a crew with him. They packed, loaded, and were done well before I expected. Inspection of loading showed they did it the PODS way and nothing will move unless they invert the containers. I asked for assistance in moving the washer,dryer, and refrigerator to my house a couple of miles away, which they provided without complaint and at a minimal charge. Honestly for the little they charged for the pack and load and for the extra move, they delivered more value than Ive seen from the so called large moving companies. I highly recommend them. Communications were great, as was the after service phone call asking if we had forgotten anything and how they did. Mike Schwartz.-El Paso

We hired this “Christian” based moving company to help with our move....the movers arrived...went through our home to begin working. I asked if my furniture was going to be wrapped as I had made these arrangements with the owner. The driver proceeds to tell me they weren’t informed to wrap our furniture...upon calling the “boss man” he admitted his mistake and the driver told me that they were going back to pick up the materials needed for my furniture. An hour and a half later they still weren’t back. I called the company and apparently spoke to the owner and he informed me that the movers were not coming back because as he stated “they did not feel secure.” Secure about what I asked and his reply was because of covid. Never once did they inform me that they would not be returning. Instead we wasted an hour and a half waiting for them to return. I asked my husband to call to figure out what happened and the owner told him that the movers thought my husband was intimidating. Never once did the owner say that when I spoke to him. Mind you my husband is a 6’4 African American male who has served this country and knows how to hold his military bearing. So I guess that’s what makes him so intimidating. We are Christian folks as well and you could have had the decency to call us to inform us that your movers would not be returning. GOD DOESNT LIKE UGLY!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding. Crew was at my house within a few hours of calling Wonderful service and courteous workers. I would definitely use them again. Thank you a million times over for the hard work for me today.

Bad experience with this company they don’t even deserve a star. First of all Leo is very rude and not professional only at the beginning when you first meet him. He sent me an invoice and I payed it in full and without me knowing they asked my daughter for $40 extra (they should of told me first) Second of all my bedroom set has deep scratches and when I called to ask him about the $40 and told him I was going to put a review on google he tells me “Well your house is a mess” ohhh wow Leo super rude. Bad bad service!

To be fair to the actual individual movers themselves (Chase and Danny) they were great and worked hard. Dealing with the owner Leo was not so nice. The dolly they brought was too small to handle our freezer, which we explained to the owner and so did the workers. He insisted that the dolly was fine. They asked him if he wanted to come through and take a look, which he refused. We had to lend them our dolly because it was bigger and taller. Before that they spent a good 45 minutes to an hour trying to work with the dolly they brought with them. The owner insists it was appropriate. Owner was annoyed that we had to call him back from another phone, acted as if we wouldnt pay him. Workers were great, owner not flexible, cooperative and and a tad bit greedy.

I, too, would not recommend this moving company AT ALL. They broke an antique buffet table and claimed it was already broken, scratched and damaged a BRAND NEW coffee table then claimed it was already damaged, and lost hardware to a bunk bed rendering it useless, and broke several picture frames and other small items. Then they charged an extra hour of work because they claimed they went over ONE MINUTE and 12 SECONDS!! Really???We left cash with a friend to pay the movers (because theyll charge you 3% more if you use a credit card) but with the movers taking their time plus the minute we went over (!!!) we ended up owing almost $200 more. We offered to pay the balance upon seeing proof that they are bonded and insured but instead were told that they would write off the balance if we settled and not claim. To me this sounds like proof that they are indeed NOT bonded nor insured. Beware if you value your things.I assume Leo will respond to this review (like he has with all other negative reviews) with some sort of elaborate made up excuse.

Fast service but they were also not careful and made scratches on my furniture. They also did not strategically place my items into the truck as some heavy furniture are on top of my lighter ones. I am afraid for all my belongings and they did not help with roping them together.

Great service, friendly workers, helped A LOT and made the move easy and smooth.

Movers were late 40 mins, and blamed on me for not finding the address. Movers took a long time to take some furniture apart. And that was just 2 beds (one with metal frame), and and 3 tables. Movers took a long time to unload at destination. Movers scratched my office chair and a few other items. Movers (all 3) at one point were putting my bed frame together. (What a waste of time). Movers went over 1 hour and 30 mins, and the boss (Leo), charged me for 2 hours of work.At the end of the day, I paid the amount I was invoiced for because I am not a crook, and Leo cannot say the opposite .Also, when Leo responds back, he will mention God (not only for this comment but for all other bad ones as well), but God knows who is the villain on this story....God bless the people who move with The Movers of El Paso.

Today I had a bad experience with this company, my wife contracted the move and to begin with they were late from the time they said, The people who moved the furniture took a long time to move two bedrooms, a living room and a table pars la cosine, very bad service and still the owner wanted to charge more than agreed.
