Staff was very helpful for my first storage unit purchase. Set up was easy and quick, and I was able to finalize my lease online! Unit was exactly the size I needed as well.

I was blown away with how easy the experience was!! I called and reserved a unit which, that process only took a few minutes! That same day I was able to move items into storage! I was greeted by the manager on site Sebastian, when I arrived! He was very helpful and friendly! We talked about El Paso and fishing! He made the everything very simple, explained everything, and showed me the unit. While doing so he provided outstanding customer service! Definitely store your valuable things here if you like them COVERED in a couple of layers of dirt. I know l do. And man did they deliver! Spent a couple hours just wiping my guitar cases and amp and suitcases and other things off. Apparently the high winds blew the dirt in through the upper section of the outdoor storage units near where the roof and rolling door meet. Good times! Best place by far for valuables you dont want treated valuably. If you are into being completely shocked by the state you find your things in, Ask for those outside non climate controlled units like I had! 😐😮**Update** I was contacted here by corporate to reach out to them via email and leave my contact info so they could look further into this and get back to me....drum roll please.............................month or so later and They never got back to me. They did a big FAT nothing about this. Keep that in mind when doing business with these people.Oh and for the no follow up i demote you one more full star rating. Was 3. Now its 2. And Im still being kind.

Awesome experience with this CubeSmart location this past weekend. They offered me a 10% off for the online reservation, plus an extra 10% off military discount. Yvette was really helpful when showing me around the facility and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place for storage.

I was very satisfied with the great customer service that I received it was my first time renting a storage and I got all the help and information I needed all it took was one quick phone call f or the reservation and took me about 10 minutes to get my paperwork done. The young gentleman took me to take a look at the unit. They work very professionally and I would highly recommend them. They also follow up with emails and phone calls.

CubeSmart was a complete disappointment. I reserved a storage space and drove up at 10 am with a moving truck full of items for storage. The office was closed even though they were supposed to be open at 9 am. I waited for over 30 min and I couldnt speak to anyone at their 1-800 number, so I left a message. I finally got tired of waiting so I went up the street to their competitor. I got a better deal, they open up earlier and stay open longer, and there is always someone in the office. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. Try them first!

Was here for over 2 years. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Arielle who always had a smile on her face for me. If you need to store this this is a great place to do it.

Disappointing additude from employes, I am storing my car there but did not inspire faith in their ability to ensure my car will be safe or try to talk me into storing it with them for a long duration. The place my car is stored had a big flood due to a faulty wall which also damaged some property. This took place weeks ago and they have not bothered to clear the parking storage area of debris.

This company is terrible. I stored some stuff of my mom, cause ahe had to go to nursing home. For the last 9 months I paid online without problems. Now it does not work anymore, it allways declines my payment. And there is no support agent, you can get on the phone. I tried the e-mail form on their website, it´s not workin!!! I can not recommend that company ad all! SAD!Addition 02/25/19 - The company wants me to get in contact. FUNNY! That schows that they did NOT READ my complain. I tried to get in contact via e-mail + by phone! DID NOT WORK! READ ABOVE!

Ed Honea helped me. I was looking for a climate controlled unit (which they do have), but did not have any available at the time I needed it. Ed recommended another local storage facility that has climate controlled units, where I found something. Though I have not used this storage facility (i.e. CubeSmart Self Storage), I will definitely keep them in mind for when I return. Also, I appreciate the excellent customer service. Staff think theyre doing you a favor, control freaks!!! You have to request the opening of the garbage disposal one day in advance anytime you need it... Staff feels entitled and they harrass you the moment they dont get their payment, whether is problem with the credit card or something, they will call you even on Sundays at 8 AM!!
