My wife returned her Uhaul that she picked up in Albuquerque Nm

If your stationed here in Fort Bliss and are looking for a storage unit for your dirt bikes or ATVs, this is the place. The staff is amazing, theres a bathroom, its 24hr access, the storage units have lights and theres lots of trails close by that you can ride right out of the gate too.

Reserved a truck for a specific time, came by to pick up the truck and it wasnt available because I guess whoever had rented it still had it and had not returned it yet. So they sent to another u-haul office to inquire about a truck. The lady in the front desk, Mirella, was kind and apologetic about the situation even though it wasnt her fault and it was a situation beyond her control.

I been using this place sent it was build. They keep going up on there prices other than that its not a bad place to use.

This facility is very clean with user friendly access.

Tried to tell my family I havent been making payments since August when I just made a payment today and lied to them. Ive been with them for years and feel extremely disappointed and disrespected

Horrible experience. I rented a uhaul from this location and when it was turned in they read the mileage wrong and charged me $100. After I verified the mileage again and the lady learned she was in correct I was charged the correct fee of $60. So I was charged twice and then was $160 in the hole instead of her just correctly refunding me the $40. Would not recommend.
