Please do not trust this place. Big bait and switch! They had cars online and when my wife and i went there, they told is those cars are “wholesale” prices. They showed us other cars way above price. My wife liked a x3 they had. I informed salesperson I already have a bank approval for $50k. Salesperson told me he could guarantee a lower interest rate. I told him to run my credit only if he could guarantee it. He ran my 5x. WTH? He told me he got me a great rate so my wife and i started signing papers. After, i realized he never showed me any numbers. Monthly price was about $150 more than we agreed. Interest rate was a whole 3% He put the sale price as $39k for a car we agreed was about $28k. And to make matters worse, we still don’t have license plate from a purchase made going on 3 months ago. Big rip offs. Stay clear.

I walked out happy thinking I got the car I wanted and great service and turned out to be completely disappointed with overpaying and not receiving quality customer service after I signed the papers.The phone line is always busy. They dont have voicemail and if you leave a message with the desk, the dealer wont call back. Expect to get your maintenance service somewhere else because scheduling is also poor quality.Do not pay for their warranty. $2,900 for something I did not need because my car already had 6 different types of warranties from the manufacturer.They told me my car had 4 wheel drive and turns out it wasnt. Because I trusted my dealer, I overlooked the paperwork. If its your first time buying a car, I suggest going with someone whos been through it. Theyll be able to tell you when to walk away or to take the time to review or think about the decision whether to buy the car or not.Do your research, most newer cars already has extended warranty.Every time I turn the heat on, it smells moldy as if it was in a flood. My car comes with a spare tire however I was told it wasnt because there isnt room for it. Turns out there is a compartment for it. And all the assembly tools and kit that came with it were not included when they sold me the car. Who knows what other problems will come up. Im grateful I had saved enough money for this car but I recommend you to shop as many dealers as possible to avoid getting taken advantage of by salesmen.

I reached out for information from the number provided on car gurus.I received one email back from a sales associate that appeared to want to help me learn more about the car that I was interested in. I then sent two her two emails and did heard back from her.So I contacted her number to see if I could reach you her by phone and I then got a different sales associate.I found it extremely difficult to understand this associate, as she was speaking very fast and was also very unenthusiastic about helping me learn more about the car.I started to ask about the questions that I had sent the other associate in my email, regarding rust, and coating for rust and shipping.It felt like I was having to pull teeth to try to get any information and what I ended up understanding is that they cannot give me the Car Facts unless I can come in and because I live in out of state I can’t come in. But then it also appeared that they could not ship the car.I expressed how difficult this conversation was with her and she proceeded to hang up on me.I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.It’s apparent that they do not want to sell this car. So I will look elsewhere.

This place is the BEST place to buy a car from. I bought my Genesis from them and it was the best decision I made. They sell used cars but make sure they are in as good condition as possible. Worst experience!!! Came from nyc to see a car they had online. Made an appointment for the next day, and they lied saying both of the same car is not there. Then they say it’s a salvage car and that I have to pay cash and sign a waiver. Basically a waste of time. As I walk out they say oh we actually have the car on the lot. I had the worst experience here. Brought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee here. Two weeks into having the car the check engine light came on and I had to replace the starter. I contacted the better business bureau because the car continued to have issues and the dealership declined to do anything. After filing a compliant I was told by rosanna that I would be able to come pick out another car. When I got there the finance manager gave me a hard time with trading in the vehicle and told me that they would have to inspect it first. After waiting a week I still received no call back about the car. I would not recommend you by any car here because they clearly sale defected products and it would be a waste of money.

Bought a car here in April and never received my tags, got pulled over by the police and was told they could take my car because of the expired dealer plates. Constantly calling the dealership and was just getting ignored. When I drove off the lot my gas tank was empty. Two weeks later I needed an oil change. My windshield wipers needed changing. And finally they dont have my second key available. Would not recommend.

Complete bait and switch. Walked in with a $50K pre-approval. Sales person seemed bored. None of the cars listed that I was looking for (Audi) were there or even at an offsite lot. When I inquired about a different car he just shrugged and didnt even try. The woman who greeted us seemed bored, too. I sold cars before and nothing, even in the slightest way made me want to like the place.

However once I got there they said that they didn’t have it and the car was no good. They tried to sell a similar or lesser car for a price 35% higher than advertised . If you’re worried about getting ripped off at a used car dealership, don’t go to this dealer.

On AUGUST 3, 2021, I had the worst car dealership experience with Sebnastian and Danyelle. This place is clearly a CLICK AND BAIT, SO BE CAREFUL. I came here because my friend bought a Nissan Rogue a few weeks prior to me visiting. I took public transportation from the Bronx in hopes to drive out with an SUV that was advertised on the Park Place of Nj website and I was told was available. I made an appointment for a test test drive (2) SUVs they have posted on Capital One Auto Navigator. They confirmed that the vehicvles were available. However, once I got there (they) Danyelle and Sebastian said they didn’t have it, they also said that the price on the website is not the price that the car was going for. Sebastian claimed that the price on the website are wholesale prices. He tried to sell me a Subaru, which is not what I wanted. We negotiated a WHITE Nissan Rogue advertised for $23,500, we agreed on $20,000 + 695 (doc fees) + $1995 (taxes), and I allowed him to run my credit. When I called Capital One, they told me that Sebastian submitted the auto loan for $24,500!!! I couldnt believe that Sebsatian had done that! What skeezer! So I called him the next day and asked him if this was some sort of mistake? We had agreed on $20,000, he didnt have much to say except that he had to charge me taxes and additional fees, which included the dealer fees that he failed to mentioned. We negotiated $20K and he submitted the application for $24,500. He also told me that if I kept consistent with my payments they will go down, which is a dam lie, once you sign you are locked in with that set price for 72 months! Sebastian lied to me, thinking that I was some dam fool. I AM SO GLAD WE DIDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PACE! The ony thing that hurt me was the hard inquiry on my credit report. I also reported this business to the BBB and I will conmtinue to file complaints agianst Sebastian and Danyelle, because they are liars. Its a shame that Latinos treat other Latinos as such, instead of helping each other, they are always trying to stick it to them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, You will get ripped off at Park Place of Nj. I am so upset at Sebastian and Dayelle.

I would give zero stars if I could. They ran our credit for a car that was on their website KNOWING that the car was not even there. We were approved for said car and drove 3 HOURS to see a car that no one had the decency to tell us that it was sold. Be aware of that if you are shopping for a car here, as apparently they run credit for cars they dont even have.

I reached an agreement with the seller to buy a vehicle at a price of $24,600 (including taxes and other fees). According to them, the price of the vehicle is approximately $21,900. I trust them, I did not read the details of the loan or the final price of the vehicle clearly, because my English is is not that good, of course, the manager did not give me any explanation, nor did he give me a copy that should be delivered, and then I understood it all It is a plan between them. For this reason, I paid a down payment of $18.000. I thought I would pay a loan of $6,400. When I went home and reviewed the contract, I was surprised to find that I had a debt loan of $17,240, which explained the loan. The detailed information and the final amount of the vehicle are also a big surprise. The price of this car is not the $21,900 agreed upon with the seller, but $32,000. I feel cheated, blackmailed and stolen. The difference is more than $11,000, and I found that some of the signatures in the contract were not signed by me. The seller forge my signature to create a faked contract. This is really a nasty merchant.

While this dealership may have fancy vehicles and and show you what vehicles are available in a decent amount of time. The rest of their service is horrible. They’re more concerned with getting you to commit to giving them your money than they are about ensuring you get a proper test drive. After waiting an extremely long time to be seen the test drive was driving around the block that the dealership was on once. Not only do they press you to buy today but after your purchase they do not care about you. I have been waiting 2 months for plates and registrations and every time I call they say that “they do not know when I will get them, and it should come within the next week”. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Go somewhere else.

Really high end dealership for the area. Their cars are basically brand new. Haz and sebastian were very helpful and obviously knew what they were doing. They helped me get me beautiful car. Thank you guys I will definitely be coming back.

So I bought my car from here. Total rip off. They promised to fix my headlights malfunction and said they needed to order the headlights for me. Guess what? They ignored all calls and texts and even an email. Thank God for proof right? I’ll be speaking to a lawyer. The headlights were ALL cut up. When I asked of my car was involved in an accident they said they do not sell cars that have been involved in accidents. Apparently mines was in a REALLY bad front wreck because when u look look INSIDE and take things apart u can clearly see alllll the wires cut up.

Just so you know what youre dealing with. Stay away from this place. They will tell you whatever they think sounds good in order to get rid of the car. Unfortunately i am stuck with this vehicle and a bad taste from the sleazy sales man who works there.

I went there because I heard good reviews about it but once I got there I felt uncomfortable from the start. The employees there seem very self centered. No one was wearing masks and lots of them were smoking in the vicinity. When we took a look at a car everything was rushed and the guy Moe I believe his name was did not really try tell us anything about the car. The car salesmen(GEORGE) and finance dealer (BENNY) selected some cars based on what I told them I wanted and what they felt was best value. I went in and, in about an hour, I had chosen a car and was driving home in it. They do not haggle or play those games. They are straight forward. No hidden fees. All the fees are clearly explained. The price was so far below the Bluebook value Overall I came out with a luxurious car with very low miles at a very good price. I am very happy with them.
