I never write reviews about any specific place until I met the people at ET Auto Sales such as Sam and Anthony and figured they deserved this you will never find great customer service until you meet the business people at ET Auto Sales. I went in looking for a specific car and wound up leaving with an even better one. I realized they would not invest money in car that would disappoint their customers. They let me test drive car to make sure I was happy. I will recommend ET Auto Sales to all my family and friends to buy from ET Auto Sales.

I admired the way E.T. Auto Sales dealt with my husband and I. Not only did Gigi help me find a new car, but she also got her mechanic to fix my daughters car with an exceptional price! I was so ecstatic when they gave me her car! The car looks as if I bought a brand new one! Anthony was so eager to help me as soon as possible he helped me get a car that i have been searching for for the longest now and i was able to leave with a satisfying, tremendous car all in one day. Just bought a car yesterday and I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to come on here and write one for the staff at E.T! they are so noble and wonderful and the way they treat their customers are so proficient. I had the best experience!

This place is horrible. I bought a 2012 Honda Accord. It needed so many repairs. The hub was wrecked. It has no maintenance done to it. The front bumper was missing the hooks so the bumper keeps falling off. The wife needs so serious people skills. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this place.

I am completely satisfied and happy with my car! anthony and Sam did the impossible to make sure I received the car that I wanted and I appreciated the fact that they kept calling me reminding and updating me when certain things were happening and moving along. They gave me all the information I needed and I did not feel pressured into anything. If anything, I never felt more comfortable at a business before than when I enter E.T!

We came in and didnt have a lot of money down and needed a family car desperately. Our credit it was not so good. Sam and Anthony were so nice to us. We left with a Honda Odyssey.

This is my 2nd review. I see that my 1st was removed. So, I am going to dedicate my time once a week to write a review until the owners respond to me. I think its very unprofessional for you to sell lemon cars and now close your business. I purchased 2 cars within 2 weeks and a month later I am without a vehicle. Im fighting with the finance company to get out of the loan and to help contact you but even Liberal Finance company has no information on your new location (if that even exist).I appreciate so much the disrespect I received from Sam and his wife.This is #2 review. I guess Ill wait for a response or will post another review next week.

This is my second car from E.t I worked with Anthony, who in my mind, is a professional financier. The first time I visited E.t and purchased my car, he worked with me through all the steps very thoroughly. Ultimately, I left there very satisfied and drove home feeling very happy because I know I made the right choice. I went again a year later to buy another car and my experience was even more greater. He made the whole process so seamless and we had great chats in between. Ant will be my go to salesman from now on and whatever I feel the need to call them, the staff at E.t are always so generous. You won’t be disappointed going to them!

For many years Ive been committed to a dealership near my house that I was rarely content with. I bought a car there and my car had so many problems throughout the years so I decided to junk it and find a better car dealership that I know the money I was spending was going to be worth it . I heard of E.t from a friend who said they were great and reasonable people so I completely switched to E.t after reading all of their great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I have never been so happy to make the decision I have made with purchasing a car at E.t. They made sure to clean and polish the car before I came to pick it up and the car looks as great as I wished it would. Great customer service I will be returning again

I had the pleasure of speaking to Anthony after I was having an indecisive decision about which car I wanted to get. They always close around 7, but they stayed around an extra hour just so I can get what I wanted! Sam and Anthony took the time to listen to my concerns and explain alternative solutions. Horrible!!!!!they dont even care if you like the car or not.all they want to know is how much you putting down theyre not even attentive. Dont get the 2007 Honda Civic si that needs valve adjustment its a knock in the head. Its not even the original keys they cut their own keys and program it for that vehicle has bubble on both driver side tires needs front brakes pads and rotors also no battery hold down. I wouldnt send my worse enemy there

This guy anthony sold me a lemon truck it stalls while ur driving at all speeds i had it at ford dealership a few times and its still not fixed definitively a lemon.

The service is extremely convenient and their customer service was immensely designated. i went into e.t auto sales many months ago to look for a car for my husband and i and as i went in, one of the business people greeted me and asked me right away if i needed help, willingly to help me with whatever i needed. i felt comfortable and relaxed with everyone in this business because they were so social with me. i then told her that i was looking for a Honda Civic and i ended up receiving the car that i was looking for and until this day, my car is in perfect condition. Also, not too long ago i got into an accident and one side of my car was completely damaged. i immediately thought about e.t and their wonderful service to help me out to repair my car back in perfect condition. I also knew that they are reasonable with prices and are willingly to negotiate. i went in and i explained to the owner, Sam, about the accident and what i needed to get fixed and he fixed it without a problem, good as new. When my daughter gets a little older, i know for a fact that i will going back to help her find a car at e.t auto sales and im greatly honored for their kind support.

WWARNING ONLY PUT 5 STARS SO PEOPLE COULD READ THIS REVIEW!!!I normally do not do google reviews but people NEED TO KNOWThis was BY FAR THE WORST place to buy a vehicle from ! I purchased a hundyai Santafa 03 on Saturday feb 13, 2016 the day I drove it off the lot the check engine light comes on I bring it back the the rude wife GIGI has all the wrong answers and makes a smart remark o well what did you do to the vehicle and I havent even drive it a hour ! She has poor customer service skills she speaks as if you are stupid ! 2 ) so I come back that Monday to get the car fixed (me paying for the part and them fixing it) which is wrong being that the car check engine light was reset ! Now the follow Wednesday my car wouldnt start ! Now that following Thursday February 18 2016 the Check engine light comes on AGAIN for the second time and I havent even had the car for a WEEK so I take it to a real shop and it is SEVERAL things wrong the alternated belt has been slight the oil HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED when I was told that the oil has been changed and it has a EVAP leak which to be fixed will be 535 to get fixed on top of the 72 $ I paid for the previous part plus what I paid for the car which I was told I was getting a deal on because they took money off which I dont see how because Im putting it right back in the car ! All they can say is its a USED vehicle which means nothing if coming from a car dealership! The oil should have at least been changed. The wind shield wiper could have AT LEAST BEEN new I had to buy those as well ! They are just about money and getting cars off the lot ! When I looked at the car I seen minor things such as mirror scratches ! When a car is sold as is it AT LEAST HAS TO PASS NJ INSPECTION AND THIS VEHICLE WILL NOT DUE TO THE MONEY HUNGEY HIPPOS AT E T auto sales ! I dont not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them ! If they would have been more HONEST I would have been a little happier because I would have know what I was getting myself into ! What I would have had to get fixed but I have not had the car for 30 days and already spent 600 $ on car parts and repairs ! Buy at your own risk !O and to make it even better when i called to speak to the owner GIGI LIES AND SAYS HE NOT AT THE SHOP BUT WHEN I START ASKING HER HOW LONG SHES BEEN WORKING ON CARS THEN HER HUSBAND GETS ON THE PHONE ! See how they lie ! When I brought my car I wasnt coming to speak with Gigi because she wasnt the one I was coming to speak with and instead of me and my mother going in to sit down and speak she had us stand outside in the freezing cold while snowing because she didnt want anyone else to know what scam they had going on! See what I mean about CUSTOMER SERVICE so now being that I have been lied to I will handle this the legal way !Responses to dealerThe car was looked at by someone who worked at your dealer ! 2nd the car wasnt worth 4000 + dollars when the paint on the car was painted over poorly the inside plastic was hanging and the windshield wipers were old lets mention the rust. When a vehicle is sold AS-IS THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO BE AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS BEFORE THE VEHICLE IS PURCHASED ALSO LETS MENTION THE OIL I WAS TOLD THE OIL WAS CHANGED WHEN YOU LIED AND IT WASNT! After the part was fixed the check engine light came on a 2 days laters it was a leak and the belt was CUT ! So just because you took money off the vehicle DOES NOT MEAN YOU LOST OUT I LOST OUT BECAUSE I COULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE WITH NO PROBLEMS! You didnt take 1500 off because I paid 3650 the vehicle was a little over 4000 even the people at Goodyear auto said the samething ! You take advantage when you think you have the chance ! And FYI I could afford to pay the regular price but I knew something smelled fishy and I didnt come back the NEXT DAY I CAME BACK THE SAMEDAY NOT EVEN 5 minutes later and you WIFE HAS THE NERVE TO ASK WHAT DID I DO ? What kind of customer service is that? Like I said your werent not upfront about the problems such as the oil being changed.

Et auto sales is a well welcomed place! I went to many car dealerships to find my son a car and he has not found a particular one that fits to his liking, until we met Sam and anthony at et auto sales! I came in repetitively afterwards when me or my son had questions which anthony was sweet enough to answer all my question and really helped me get financed after my divorce they are great people. They helped me so much through this time and they will be seeing me again!

The owner Sam is a thief, don’t spend your hard earned money here. He is such a crummy individual who sells lemon cars.
