I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Audi A4 from Supreme Motor Sport a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time buying a car so I was a bit nervous about the process because I’ve heard about how shady car dealerships could be. Steven J (salesman), Nathan (financing), and Omar (owner) provided the best possible scenario for buying a used car. They were very friendly and professional every step of the way. Everything was explained thoroughly and there were no hidden fees. The price I got was the same as what was advertised online (lower than I found anywhere else). My mother and I were treated with the utmost respect and consideration during our two times at the dealership. They treated us like family, made sure we were comfortable and even fed us (pizza) during our lunchtime visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. My Audi looks new inside and out, was verified by the mechanic I sent to check the car out, and I could not be more pleased. Scam alert!!! They lie to you about the price of the vehicles. You sign documents and then all of a sudden the price of the vehicle increases by thousands of dollars. Then the manager claims to help but the reality is that they all lie and steal money from people. Stay away from these thiefs!!

If you see a price that looks too good to be true it is... Natalia bated me there and when I got there after a 2 hour drive told me that car was sold that morning even though she called me at 12 to tell me it was still available and make sure I was coming in!!! don’t waste your time with these scammers.

Unprofessional dealership. They are sketchy con artists. Be very mindful on financing here. They’ll offer you a great deal and then add thousands in “fees” you aren’t told about. They’ll make up fees so that they can pocket money for themselves. And they’ll also forge your signature for a higher loan amount than agreed on.

I just bought my first car today & all I can say is that Nathan(finance manager) was nothing but professional. I was a little scared about getting into a loan & about the interest rate being too high & I was surprised that they were able to get me a very very good rate & great payments. This dealership has committed fraud by overcharging me with bogus services that supposed to come with financing of the vehicle. They also signed paperwork on my behalf at higher loan amount AFTER I took delivery of the vehicle.Separately, they do not perform vehicle inspection before selling and would not stand by what they have promised to repair. They would never return your calls. You would have to waste time to go to the dealership to just speak to them. They would tell you they lost their phone whereas theyre just blocking your number.Were preparing a Consumer Fraud matter against them and gathering any possible victims who dealt with this dealership. Reasonable, Fair, and Honest not usually words that describe car dealers. We were very happy and completely satisfied with our purchase. Very nice guys and no pressure tactics. If you want a great dealer to use I would recommend these guys over and over again. Dont waste time or get frustrated come here and tell them honestly what you need what your budget is and they will find it for you and if not they will be honest and give you different options with no pressure. Omg great place to get your first car or change your old one. I recently bought an Audi Q7 in great condition. I stopped by supreme motorsports on a Thursday and fell in love with this Porsche that I thought I would never be able to afford. The same day nick spoke to me about pricing and gave me a price I didn’t believe! I came the next day waiting for the price to change or hear some story but no the payment I asked for was the payment I got. Thanks to nice and the rest of the staff for being so friendly and helpful through my first car purchase.

The absolute WORST business I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are incompetent, they are sketchy and worst of all they are LIARS!They owed me over $1500 for two months that I only got because I basically harassed them for it. The reason they owed me in the first place was because they LIED about my monthly payments. I signed for a certain amount with a certain APR but it’s NOT WHAT I GOT. When I called the loan company they said they had SIGNED paperwork from me with the higher amount ... soooo ... they literally forged my signature on a higher amount with a higher APR. When I brought this up to them they decided to refund me by check. Sounds good, right? Yes except they kept lying to me EVERY SINGLE DAY that the check was in the mail. It was NEVER MAILED. Eventually (after almost two months) they refunded me by credit card but shorted me $50. I know for a fact I will never see that money.It also took me nearly two months to get my actual license plates and registration…. so for the first two months of owning the car I wasn’t able to drive it.Oh also my leased car was KEYED while I was buying a car from them. They offered to fix it for me… nice, right? Yes, until it came time for them to put their money where their mouth was. They kept telling me days to come. I changed my work schedule three times and they kept rescheduling. Eventually I had to turn the car in and got stuck paying for the damage.Just trust me and go somewhere else. It’s really not worth the stress.They can expect to hear from the Better Business Bureau.

This has been a 4 month process and I still dont have my registration or license plate. They lost all their bank financing and kept signing papers with everybody as if they were done. I gave them a 6k down payment and they wouldnt even respond to my texts emails or calls

They are the absolute WORST! Man “Ed” called us 3 times the day we were coming to look at a car to confirm our appointment. On our way, 20 minutes out, he called to make sure we were still coming. When we arrived, there was no Ed, they said he stepped out, and the car we were told over the phone we could see was not there. They didn’t know any thing about the cars on their lot and is a super sketchy place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I was given the run around from the get go! Was given all different numbers from the finance manager which was being relayed by a girl name Nila who knew nothing about financing. All different people calling and texting from different numbers. This place is very sketchy! I am huge on reviews because I value another persons opinion. Beware of this company

Some good some bad - beginning with Alex, my Salesmen was great, however he left (assumption since that’s what I was told) and I was in limbo with all issues. I’d call and have to wait days for answers.The E-300 I purchased had issues from day one, from bad battery (mercedes fix it since I had warranty) to brakes grinding the day I drove off lot. I was told to go to their mechanic who diagnose vehicle needing front and back brakes and rotors (like Supreme and I originally thought), when mechanic called Supreme to get approval, they told him I’m on my own for one set and they’ll do one set only. I had warranty from them and they verbally told me they would fix it prior to making deal.Nathan was great to work with, Alex was great too, being stuck with a 50/50 on servicing vehicle when Alex and Nathen said it would be fixed left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told someone above them made that decision to go 50/50 versus prior arrangements. Took away two stars due to that.

I love this place. They treat me like family. I already bought two cars from them, and will be buying another for my son in December. I recommended this business to everyone .

Careful with that dealer, they are scammers, they give you a monthly payment and then another appears, the triple high and the interest goes through the roof, they are some forgers, they take your signature forgery to take exsale amounts to your name in the bank

These pros are very upfront with there price, no gimmicks, no pressure, a 100% hassle free environment . I gave the guys a heads up that I was coming over and I’ve asked them if they still had the car I was looking for on there site and they replied yes and sure enough my car was out front ready for me to test drive. It was the exact car I looked up on there site and same car fax matched up. Everything was running as smoothly as the vehicle that I’ve purchased form them that day. I bought a Maserati from this dealership and they FK me over. The car needed breaks, wheel bearing, new tires, new HVAC fan, and 2 rims were badly bent. They told me that they will take care of all repairs when i was in the office taking care of the paperwork. Then like 2 weeks after buying the car i noticed all these problems. I told them about all of these problems and they refused to even help pay for them. I spoke to a manager named Omar and he was an A-hole over the phone. Stay away from this dealership as their very unprofessional and shady.. buyers beware!!!!!!
