I visited this AT&T store in Elizabeth, NJ because I was having issues with my AT&T cell phone wireless connection. They informed me they were a corporate store, but they could not help. They are not very customer service oriented or helpful on how to guide you in the right direction. All they told me was,, Go to a Best Buy. As a current customer of AT&T, I was very disappointed in my experience here.

Stay clear, earlier today I had my mother who lives in a different stay go upgrade her phone at the Jersey Gardens location she was assisted by a Richard Then who works there. This man carelessly instead of upgrading her phone he went and selected mine which is also on the account and upgraded her to me. He swapped it so that now she has my number and upgrade. This deactivated my phone. Once the issue was noticed this man Richard Then who didn’t even offer to help set up the phone he swapped than didn’t even fix the issue he gave her a new phone leaving me in a different state with a disabled phone. On top of that the government discount she had a right to he didn’t apply to the receipt didn’t actually offer any discount for the issue. My upgrade now is gone and no one at at&t can reverse this. This store is not only messing up people’s accounts they aren’t giving discounts that are associated with the account and just walking away with smiles after inconveniencing people.

On 02/17 I went to the store to buy two phone lines and two cell phones. I was attended by RICHARD. The employee gave me the approximate amount of $ 70 for one line and phone and $ 80 for the other line and phone. I closed a deal because it was within my budget and left the store without signing any paper. I did not have proof of my purchase. Today, a month later I went to pay and was surprised by an account of more than $ 350.00. The monthly plan that he sold as $ 50.00 went up to $ 70.00. The iPhone 11 that he sold as $ 11.00 went up to $ 25.00. Official Richard put insurance on unsolicited devices and left a big surprise. I was not informed of the fees that the store charges for the new line (different from the government fee). I had an unfortunate surprise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this attendant to anyone. He promises something and does not speak the truth. He deceives customers in order to sell! I am very sad about AT&T.

Excellent Experience!!! It’s hard enough trying to get an iPhone when it comes out but now deciding which one makes it even more challenging. Manny & Clinton helped us figure out the right phone model and get us setup and out the door in about 25 minutes altogether. They were very well informed about the product line and knew all the important factors to consider. They were polite, professional and courteous. Even made sure my new phone was up and running before we left. Overall I would highly recommend visiting this location. It will be my go to from now on.

I made a purchase at the jersey gardens mall at&t store the staff is amazing and knowledgeable, as soon as I went in I felt at home but the waiting time from when the staff called customer service was horrible he had to call twice and it took forever.

Oscar was absolutely amazing. I went to one store and would not help me transfer my information for my new iPhone. I went to apple and they could not neither...but, Oscar saved the day for me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in with a couple of concerns, however my main one was converting a prepaid AT&T line to a postpaid one with Unlimited everything, through an EMS discount. I was told that in the future, there’s no way we can add other lines to the account with a different area code. The sales rep suggested that the only way this would MAYBE work is if I buy a new iPhone (that they didn’t even have in stock, which means it had to be shipped) through AT&T installments. I kindly declined and explained to him that I’ll be purchasing the phone later through Apple (for personal reasons). His whole demeanor changed from this point and he literally just said, “well there’s nothing we can do to help you.” I asked if there were any alternatives at all, just to get the postpaid account up and running and we’ll sort the rest out later. He rudely said no. THEY LITERALLY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP OR OFFER A DIFFERENT SOLUTION WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BUY A NEW PHONE ( just for a postpaid line, seriously?). I’m terribly disappointed, sorry.

Best AT&T I have ever been to. Great services. Friendly staffs. I was having troubles on adding new member into my family plan. So far, I have encounter many kind of situation. But not for the Jersey Garden store. The staffs here are well trained and nice. They are knowledgeable and happy to help you. Five stars here!!

Terrible experience. I was sold the phone of the wrong color, when i returned back to exchange it i was asked to pay $45 restocking fee. so i called att customer support and complained, and got them to confirm $45 will not be charged and was asked to go back to store for exchange. when i did, manager of the store (Alyssa ) argued with ATT on the phone convincing them to still charge me $45 fee, for no reason at all. then proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the visit. worst customer service i ever experienced.

Bed customer service my phone had some issues i called customer service they told me to pickup a new sim in a AT&T Store my wife asked for a sim and said they should not change now because i cant stay without a phone and they did a change it when i she went back to ask them they answered its the rule but he didnt say before when going there make sure to confirm everything before

Terrible experience, I trade in tree phones and they just paid parcial of two, never paid the third one, and Im stuck with a bill of $1100, and the bills are always a big surprise, and I ask the costumer service to change my bill date, they never changed and I got two bills for the same month. lots of promises before you give your old devices and sign the contract, after that you are all alone with all your bills and desapointment, ATT never again

Shop at the Jersey Garden Mall nice and very courteous service and try to help as much as they can !!! (!!! (I bought their Sim in Israel at a private bank and the Sim can be taken in several places in the country and cost $ 60 and gives about 200 minutes Free Call When it is through an avalanche that anyone can download alone, abroad you can get this sim between $ 20/30 and also give overseas calls free of charge. And not worked !!! Really disappointing No calls and no internet buy in Israel! My brother bought it too and did not work Please be warned !!!!!!!!
