The worse experience ever, I was doing a warranty exchange . First day the told me that the shipment is not here eventhough I got the message. Then the next day I went the phone was there but and the reps (KEVIN) is very unprofessional and disrespectful, he was telling me that the phone has scratched on it, I told him that I was here yesterday and the store manager said its okay but he was rude and showing attitude. I will never go back to this store

I been to other places n one does it better then them! I have been dealing with them for over 3 years never an issue, I have 4 lines whoever gives this team a bad review is beyond me. They always go above and beyond even when its an internal issue they always step up. 6 stars in my book!!!!!

Nice place to get things done promptly. Sometimes a wait due to bilingual reps and non English speaking customers. So I thought....i had a replacement phone sent to me and they never informed me because it was never scanned ...in they are shady. Just like the other store on Liberty Avenue who stole my phone and didnt do a thing about it neither did Tmobile since its not corporate!!!Please be aware this is not a T-Mobile corporate store but am authorized retailer.GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE ON RT 22 BY THE DUNKIN DONUTS IN CENTER ISLAND ACROSS FROM TESLA!

Horrible customer service specially from the store Manager . You walk in to the store and everyone in the desk they not even walk to you or say hello you have to come to them and ask them for help . And the Manager was having a discussion with a customer and he was very loud and disrespectful to the customer. So sad to see these in T- Mobile i been a customer for more than 5 years

Ive only been here once. Service was pretty fast. Only complaint is that the employee kept insisting for me to buy a data plan for a tablet. A tablet which I dont own.

BEWARE OF THIS T-MOBILE ! They set up my new account fraudently as a business account over a year ago and I found out when I called customer service to set something up on my phone and so they canceled that account but now ( a year later ) im getting billed over 700 dollars for that account which has now went into collections because T-Mobile cant seem to resolve this matter.
