Awesome food with some really funny owners. I’m from Louisiana and this was my first NJ diner experience. It didn’t disappoint.
I am sick and tired of ppl lying in their reviews… ENOUGH! I am currently eating @ Skyline diner and everything has the same, nasty flavor. I have never had anything so consistently nasty… DONT EAT HERE!
I enjoyed one awesome hamburger steak breakfast with onions in my home frys. Ill be back. Old school style.

Food tasted a way to precooked then warmed up the bacon & French toast but their omelets were really good. Also the coffee and very friendly good service.

I go here after work from time to time for breakfast.... The food is pretty decent but the the woman behind the counter could use an attitude adjustment.... At first I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But every time I see her she just comes off nasty.. Almost makes you want to walk out the door and find somewhere else to eat.... I wish I knew when the older womans schedule cause I would only go when she was there... She is very friendly and welcoming.....She makes you want to come back.....

The food was ok. The waitress was cleaning the tables with windex instead of sanitizing. I saw several bottles on the counter. That had me for puzzled???

Outstanding little diner, had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, bacon was perfect, eggs were perfect, couldn’t ask for more. Short walk from the warehouse I was picking up at.

Just ordered the skyline reuben sandwich which cost $10.50 in the menu. When I ask how much do I owe you the waitress said $12.00. I said well it cost $10.50 in the themenu she said you have to pay for the carryout container. I cancelled my order and left. Never to return again.
Server took our order, I asked for the catracho plate that came with the fried banana side, beans, eggs and bread. She asked how I wanted my eggs I told her well cooked. She came to serve the food and only brought out the banana side. I waited for the rest of my order but it seemed like she forgot about it. I asked “May I have the rest of my meal now?” She said “You just asked me for a side of banana” I said “no that’s why When you asked me how I wanted my eggs I said well cooked.” She paused and said “next time order the right thing” and told the cook to make it. My appetite wasn’t the best after her customer service. Lack of customer service killed it all.
Portions were great, price was reasonable, service was good, food was ok. I would eat there again and maybe try something else.
Will never forget this place. A few years ago had breakfast here. Early morning in darkness after a night trying to sleep on the floor of Newark airport. Previous evening’s flight had been cancelled due to a snowstorm. Diner food and diner coffee were never so good. Thankfully got away a few hours later.

Food was good, and while it is a diner, its not what most people would expect unless they were a local. Their sign says it best Diner Restaurant Sports Bar ATM NJ Lottery, its just missing that its also attached to a strip club. It really is a combination of all those things. For the NJ Lottery, its what you would expect at a gas station, both with a large scratch off ticket section and live computer betting. Its right next to Newark airport, and it definitely has the vibe of being a place to go if you want everything in one spot when traveling and are planning on taking a taxi to the hotel afterPortions are a bit on the small side, staff isnt all that friendly if you arent drinking (it was Saturday for lunch), and its on the worn side. However the food was good, its reasonably priced, and the parking is onsite and easy. Just know ahead of time probably not a place you want to bring the family.

Only been here once, pork roll egg and cheese sandwich and breakfast potatoes, coffee. Coffee very good, potatoes good, some crispy, not dry like some other places. I can tell you that the kaiser rolls that they use for the breakfast sandwiches are super fresh like they were baked earlier in the morning, excellent! Service good. place isnt fancy, a little dated but that doesnt bother me since the food is decent.
Wow I ate them Friday morning and I could not believe how well they take the orders like if you want soft bags outside of town you want Sunny Side eggs that came out perfect bacon was delicious home fried was well done for a small place they take care of you you need to eat breakfast there like now

Have seen this spot for years and never been bc its on such a busy stretch of road so i called first and the hispanic latina who answered was very nice, friendly. bc of covid i called from my car when i arrived bc i wasnt sure if they were letting people inside or not. i got the ok to come in and the girl at counter was nice. ill be back bc 1. i now know how to get in and out of this area and 2. the service is friendly. and friendly will always get my business and the bucks. 2-thumbs up!
Decent breakfast
I actually used to work here. Besides the one waitress Sandy that constantly stole from the customers in a very sneaky way! And I will be happy to show them exactly how she does it... Just contact me! Food is ALWAYS good! Do not bring your children here past lunch! Stip club next door and YES the girls come over for food/ accompany the guys sometimes. Coffee is good. Very outdated and dirty. Reason I gave 3 stars is the food is just AMAZING!

Stopped in while waiting to fly out of newark airport. Wasnt greeted upon arrival, I asked if i could sit down and get a menu. Ordered breakfast. Eggs were bland and french toast had an eggy taste, as if they were soaked in the egg wash. Cheap pricing, paid $16 for two meals with coffee. Nothing special and lack of service gets only 3 stars.

You can get delicious food from here. The staff here are really friendly. Can be very busy during the weekends.
Basic diner. Nothing really stands out about it for me except for the fact that I had shells in my scrambled eggs. And, if you plan on having any type of conversation dont bother sitting underneath or around the television. They keep the television at a high volume and cant seem to find the remote.
Dont use credit card in this place, I have been customer for 17 year and believe me food is great, but 2 waitress than are always Sunday at morning keep bothering me from June of this year about a transaction with my credit card than I dont even remember, they says than the money was refunded to my card and they had to pay for it. To be honest I dont even check my statements of my card, I just remembered that when I was there, but today my patience was over. I will not check my account, because I have not time, I work 15 hours every day, I just will send a CHECK for I guess she says the extraordinary amount of $25, and very simple, Im not coming back to that place, I enjoyed food there for 17 years, but you guys lost a costumer just because your waitress dont know how to charge with credit card, thank you very much.
Very close to the Airport, basic small diner but proper food for the right price. Friendly staff.
This is actually more of a diner than a luncheonette, although in some ways, the two terms are interchangeable. This diner shares restrooms with a strip club, but dont let that deter you. The food seems to be good enough and portions are large. Prices are about average for a New Jersey diner. It is not far from the airport.
The best London broil and quesadilla ever
I wanted to find a place to have just some soup something to drink while waiting for my daughter whose flight was delayed in Newark Airport. The soup was very good and the people are really nice...they did not make me feel uncomfortable sitting and waiting and I got to watch TV

Great service and speed of service, great spot to stop for a quick fast lunch breakfast or dinner, nothing over the top, however larger menu 5+pages of choices from all cuisine so large selection. Ps good vanilla milkshakes!

Today I went to breakfast with my family and the people who worked there did not have good service. My wifes food was bad and it didnt come on time for us to eat. Also the lady who served us did not do a good job because she was rude with bad attitud and also look like she is not happy in the job, and is not the firs time the she act like this, didnt give a good service at all ..

Im only giving it one star because 0 stars isnt an option. The waitress was beyond rude. The cook screwed up our order. One of us didnt even receive our water until he was done eating. My food was burnt. Our friends burgers bread was hard to where he didnt even finish. To top it off when it was time to leave she charged the cards with the wrong amount and order. This place was horrible 10/10 DO NO RECOMMEND

I really hated the service today I was there to eat nice breakfast but the ladies who working there they dont have any ethics to assisting a customer . This ladies before to show me the menu their bring me a ticket.. that ticket, I paid already in june but i dont know what happened this ladies they always rush me with that. I NOT Live in Elizabeth NJ I always forgot to bring a copy... I show my statement by phone to one of the ladies and she saw is -22.96 something I dont really remember how much is that but, I will send one check with that amount and I hope so your enjoy the $22.00 and try to found better people. Because this ladies their dont know how working with credit card machine have good day

Didnt really like that place. Its a dinner with entrance to a bar and a strip club. I was there at 2 am. People fighting outside, and customers from strip club get intobthe dinner thru inside door that connects both buildings.

Had scrambled eggs and bacon, and i odered extra bacon.Well they came up with extra bacon!, never had so much bang for the bucks.They give me a full plate of extra bacon and the mashed potatoes was also very good.The people in the diner where bilingual, englisch/spanisch and they where very friendly to me.It will be a place where i will eat scrambled eggs and bacon another time and its a good place for blue collar workers and truckers.

Quite possibly the worst diner ever. The only reason this place could still be open is due to a strip club being attached to it. Poor service, old coffee, gyro was made from steakems and the pickle was rotten. How does a pickle rot?
