Worst service dept around. Have to pick my 2014 dodge avenger from service dept. Running rough. Was overheating in to service dept over and over. A month it so ago they got my authorization to test it down run tests to make sure the block wasnt damaged. Found it to be fine. Overheated again. I had to tell them I didnt hear cooling fan. Guess what it was the fan. Changed it. Found spark plug was getting coolant in it. Said it was the block. Theyre clueless to say the least and dont represent the dodge name well at all.

Everyone is nice but we keep going to pick up things that were promised to us and they keep saying that it wasnt delivered and its starting to get aggravating

I could not ask for better customer service. They worked with me until I had a payment I could afford.

So far very nice people easy to work with better then Wallace of Kingsport that are sorry people they dont care about you as long as they get the sale at Wallace Nissan of Kingsport

Great Store

Met 2 different sales people and both were pushy. When told them I would be putting down cash they stop the car and told me slot of cash wasnt a good idea and their banks wouldnt give me a loan. I understood, banks earn off big loans, but they were very rude when telling me and said they didnt have anything to show me.

Custumers serrvice very ugly tv didnt work refreshment stand bad restrooms bad.

I will not buy another vehicle from them if they where giving them away. A very low down car lot who does absolutely nothing to keep there customers happy. Very, very lazy group of people.
