I had a great experience! Came in to switch from Cricket and Tommy (the mngr I believe) told me about a deal Metro has where I can get a Galaxy A32 and half off my monthly rate. He walked me through it all, was extremely patient and even helped transfer all my info to my new phone. Clean store, helpful manager and $25 a mth for unlimited everything. Happy so far!

Bristol location the young guy working didnt offer phone insurance and messed everything up. George at the elizabethton store was wonderful and got everything set up and ready to go for our family plan. Fully suggest visiting the elizabethton store!!

Your website says your open and I drive 45 mins to your location on Sunday to pay a $6.77 remaining balance on my phone due to it being turned off over a $6 balance and get here and your store isnt even open on Sundays.Try updating your site or not turning peoples service off over 6 dollars especially when it costed me more than what was remaining on my bill to make a trip for no reason.And due to this issue while I was in town I went to Walmart and picked up straight talk bring your own phone kit and Metro lost me as a customer and the 3 other lines I had with them will be changed in a couple days.

Must say that customer service is excellent! Much Better than on N.Roan St. And W.Market St. In JC! Always a helping hand on any type of activations plus bill pay and any other services they offer. I have been a metro customer for two years now and will definitely be doing any and all future business here @Elizabethtons Metro store!

Wonderful costumer service. You dont get free phones you have to pay retail price and first months bill. Btw. I have have poor coverage in my area after I was told it would be wonderful.

Went in on the 16/17 of dec to get a better understanding of why my phone memory filled up fast even with an SD card all I got was 2 rude agents white guy kept popping his gum and downing the top of phone I hv and just staring at me and the black guy just kept laughing like look at the dumb redneck who cant figure out the phone
