The whole staff was quick to greet us and make us feel comfortable. Matt Hensley was our sales rep, and he is a class act guy. He went above and beyond for my family, & it really meant a lot to have someone who you could talk to and not be nervous about what you’re getting yourself into. Mikki was our sales rep she was very helpful, we had 2 of our children with us whom became temperamental twards the end of our purchase. We set up new services at 5 lines she saved us quite a bit of money and was able to provide us with the specific phones we wanted. A very pleasant transaction.

We had bought a phone from another retailer, who was unable to activate it. We brought it to this store and Michael was able to figure out the issue and instruct on what exactly needed to be done. And it worked! We should have stopped by this store to begin with!

Updated my Droid phone on 8/18/20 at this store. From day one I have had issues accessing my VM. Went back on day 2or 3 and tried to resolve this matter. Couldnt get it fixed there. I was told to contact Motorola. I did. No help because it was done by chatting. Im no IT guy!! Went back to Verizon yesterday. The guy who tried to help was an idiot!!! Ended up walking out after 20 minutes. The people who work there are idiots!!!! I will never do business with them again!!!

These people are awesome. I went to the corporate store in Johnson city first, and they literally messed up everything. The guys here, (Dustin and Robert I think were their names) fixed everything that the other store messed up and did a fantastic job. Do yourself a favor and go to this store when you need anything, just avoid the corporate store completely.

The Verizon sales person Ann Marie was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable regarding all of the phones we looked at, answering all our questions.All in all it was a very pleasant experience.The only negative issue I have would be Verizons phone prices! One would think that a long time customer would get a decent discount on a new phone. After all, there plans are the highest priced of all the cell phone companies. I mean really,,, $ 900+ is crazy especially when their competitors have lower costing plans and offer the same phones for half the cost or much less sometimes!!!

These guys, I think it was Dustin and Robert, completely saved the day.My husband and I got new service set up with the corporate store in Johnson City, and Ive never experienced a wireless company completely screw things up so badly, and thats coming from someone whos worked at one before correcting errors.Despite leaving the corporate store with ineligible numbers and no actual account set up or finalized, this store and its manager completely owned the problem and took over, got us new numbers, got our account started, got us into a MUCH better and more affordable plan than wed been offered at the other store (that they never bothered to actually enroll us in), EXPLAINED our plan in detail and told us about all charges wed see and why, and made sure my husband left knowing anything he may need to know. Not only that but they assisted him in getting everything set up and going. And they did this in a pretty expedient amount of time, considering how messed up everything was.They really, really went above and beyond as far as customer service and professionalism goes, and enthusiastically taking on and solving problems that they had nothing to do with causing. They pretty much are the sole reason Verizon retained our business today.Highly, highly recommend this store, and its where Ill be taking my business from now on, as I wouldnt go back to the corporate store in Johnson City now if someone paid me to.

I want to take a moment and share my experience with the Verizon store in Elizabethton, TN! I cannot begin to express how wonderfully I was treated and how one of their sales representatives went above and beyond to give excellent customer service. My son began having problems with his cell phone screen, so I sought help. Michael H. was the hero for not only that day but also the next. He did everything he could to get the phone to work. When it didn’t, he was quick to identify the problem. After identifying the problem, he spent 2 days trying to and finally accomplishing having the phone replaced. In these 2 days, he made numerous calls and hours waiting to talk to the right people who could help! After all of this, I will only be giving the Elizabethton Verizon wireless store my business!

Not everyone works their job with a good attitude and a friendly disposition, Wyatt did that for me.Go see Wyatt! I probably will as soon as I can.

I have a problem with this reseller. And with Verizon as well. This reseller could have done more to prevent my misadventure with Verizon. They did not. In fact, they were more concerned with pushing product out the door. Fees were not disclosed until after the transaction was done. Surprise! Not acceptable.Moreover, Verizon had numerous opportunities as well..and chose not to use them. Thanks to both of these..poor decisions were made and unpayable bills followed. A disconnection without a warning.Why am I still with them? Because I have to be. And they decided it would be in their best interest to work with me. Please folks. Ask a lot of questions. Do not ask a reseller. Go to Johnson City and visit a real Verizon office.Never, ever do what I did. I will never finance a phone ever again as long as I live. Never get three devices close together like I did.

Best experience! From the time I walked into the door I was taken care of. My family and I were on Sprint, not sure how they factor that 1%, our reception was terrible. We are glad we made the switch to Verizon! Todd and some of the other staff even stayed after closing to make sure we were setup! Oh yea, the best part. Our phones, imagine this, they work.

Worst experience ever! Save yourself pain and suffering go to a corporate store or better yet buy online. If an employee pushes a phone and says its the best its because they are making money on it. Most of the employees have personal iPhones however they will act like they hate them because they make no money off of them. Ive heard employees say their iPhones are work phones paid for by the company thats a lie. If they try to sell a free tablet there is a 2 yr contract for $10-15 a month on it. If you have billing issues or phone issues this a good place to go. Just be wary of what they peddle. There is a reason why they would want you to buy a Moto or LG when they would never buy one themselves. $$$$
