Business is ran by a married couple. Originally I talked to the husband Pete and I was inquiring about getting a king set. The price In which Pete stated didn’t work for my budget. After stating that I’m in the penny pinching stage because I’m a single mother with 3 children. Pete proceeds to explain that he is picking up a returned mattress that is in excellent condition that he would charge me 125 because it had been used. I expressed my interest and just told him I would definitely like to take a look at it before I could give a definite answer.The following day I dropped by. His wife was there. he was not. She then calls him, takes me to the back to look at it. She tells me he wants to charge me 180. So not only am I appalled by the the difference in price but she proceeds to say he didn’t expect it to be in that good of a condition. I have two problems with this. One if you say something you should honor it. Second problem I have is that when we originally spoke he stated excellent as if he knew for sure. To then actually seeing it, to then changing his mind due to the excellent conditions it was supposed to already be in.Im not a person looking for a handout. Pete volunteered the information about the return of the mattress. I can only expect for someone to keep their word. I’m not happy with the service received today.

My wife told me about Family Furniture. We stopped in looking for a new mattress and box springs. Got a great deal on a bed set and met two very wonderful people. Well definitely be doing business there again.Allen Hughes

We just moved here and needed many things fast. The owner was awesome and made sure we got our delivery in 2 days. Prices were good. We will definitely go back for more.

My wife and I bought a sectional and a bedroom set. Both are high quality and the price was less than we found at some of the bigger chain stores. And I’m sure the amount of personal attention we received doesn’t even compare. We had a great experience and will be back for our future furniture needs.

Great furniture store with fantastic pricing and an ever changing inventory, incredible owners who are helpful and goes above and beyond. I don’t know why there are negative reviews- this is always a stop for me when I’m furniture shopping!

Nice people, but the couch I bought fell apart within the first 9 months and they do not stand behind what they sell. No warranty, no customer support for your purchases at their store. Be sure you know you are buying As Is with no warranty.
