Went into their car museum and was welcomed at door to take all the time we need to enjoy all the vintage and antique automobiles they have. Took 45-60 minutes to look through. Most cars they had you would not see in car shows and events. Any questions were readily answered by friendly operators of museum. Awesome experience! And FREE.

We visited the antique car museum. They have gone above and beyond to restore many interesting and very rare vehicles from the past. If you are interested in automobile history definitely visit this place. There is no charge for your visit, but children are required to be supervised at all times.

Great collection of antique cars!!

Bought a 2017 Chrysler 300 from this dealership. Needing a major repair. Part has been in back order for 3 weeks now. Gave me a rental but stipulated that it can not be taken out of state. If I have an emergency to go to Indiana I am screwed. My insurance covers me and do not understand why I am unable to go to even Indiana

I brought my car in for a factory recall problem to have it corrected. I get my car back after 1 hour and 45 minutes when the recall paper I received in the mail said it would take 1 hour. Then I go to leave and turn my steering wheel and feel something Ive never felt on it before, looked at it and see they somehow have scraped up the steering wheel cover. (As seen in the picture.) Im 100% it was not there before I brought it in to be worked on, so it was done while it was in their care.

Swope is a good dealership for quality cars. We have purchased several over the years from them. Make sure they offer the best finance rates. Compare them with other institutions that offer loans, then haggle with them. They can match if not beat many other rates.

I took my car in for an oil change and brakes. I was worried that the rotors may need replaced also since I didn’t hear the brakes squeaking until they started grinding. The service department was able to get my car in for repair at short notice and had the car ready in less than two hours. They were honest and said that I did not need new rotors that they were in good condition. Being a woman this was very important to me, since I feel like women tend to get the run around when it comes to getting their car repaired. Larry Cottingham was especially knowledgeable about the services that my car needed in the future and notified me that my tires will need replaced very soon. I would highly recommend this dealership for service on your car. They are attentive, thorough and honest.

5 hour wait on brakes and alignment! Unable to print receipt, supposed to email but never received. Called service dept. for at least a balance--no answer. Had to go back for receipt. Same lady as yesterday was there so I assumed she knew why I was back however she decided to take her time and speak with a gentleman who came in after me. Finally was able to get my receipt from the other young lady. Took less than a minute.

Went to this dealership to buy my truck off lease that I had been driving for 3 years. All they had to do was take my check and have me sign a couple pieces of paper, and they charged me the full dealership documentation fee of $375!! I naturally complained, and they would not do anything about it. Criminal if you ask me.

Friendly and helpful. They helped us out when we had to get a new vehicle before I had to go to a school. It did take all day to do this and I missed work because of it but they were helpful. They even threw in a truck topper for the price we paid so we wouldnt return the truck.

I had been here (Swope Hyundai of Elizabethtown) before and have been pleased with the staff as well as their work, but upon taking my daughters car in yesterday, to have (2) recall issues corrected and explaining the Air-bag light on the cluster panel had come on Sunday I came back today to pick it up to find that they were charging me $130 for diagnosing (not repairing) the issue which caused the light to even activate, then I learn that the Air-bag pad beneath the passengers seat, needs replacing and it will be approximately $1400!!! The car is a 2007 model and that is approximately 1/2 of the value of the entire vehicle!!! My family and I simply cannot afford that! But $130 to even disgnose??? VERY disappointing!!! That is just one of several vehicles that weve purchased from this line of dealerships over the years, and sadly, though most likely the last!
