I was very happy with my recent visit to this location. My salesperson Kailyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient as I was making decisions on what phone and case would be right for me. The buying process and phone transfer was straightforward and seem less. I would highly recommend this location and sales associate to anyone with cellphone needs.

I went to the Elizabethtown Bluegrass Cellular store located on Ring Road, and I will say I had a great experience. Customer service Associate KK was very eager to help with my iPhone. She went out of her way to make certain I was satisfied with my service. I’ll highly recommend KK . Thank you again.

Legit sat in line at the window for 25 minutes while a male associate walked past the window twice and looked over. When someone finally did come to the window, was rude and told me i should have pressed the button (which could barely be seen unless you knew it was there.) Not one of the best locations as they can never seem to keep associates long and dont thoroughly train them in customer service skills.

My autodraft came out and it was only $40 and its normally almost $300. I called and spoke with customer service first. They advised me that I had already paid the bill and that $40 was all that I owed. ( I had knowledge that my bill as not already paid) I then call and speak to the Brandenburg Location. They advise me that the bill had already been paid. I was told by a rep at the Brandenburg location and a rep on a recorded phone call that I wouldnt have to pay the payment even if they find out a misstate had occurred. I then call and ask to speak with management to be told they are all busy. I was promised a return phone call. 2 hours later no phone call. I called back and spoke with Zach (manager of customer service). He still seemed puzzled and didnt seem to understand how to handle the situation. I recommended him to call accounting and double check. Multiple hours later I get a call back telling me that even though I was told even if they made a mistake that I didnt have to pay my bill that they needed me to pay my bill. He apologized for their mistake but he would not own up to the fact I was told multiple times by multiple staff members different. I asked to speak with Zachs Boss and he said his boss Kenna was off work (but previously he told me she just emailed him back about the situation) and her boss Robin was off work also. Not good customer service for a customer service rep to be working but not working when you have a customer with genuine concerns.

Just save your money/Time and skip Bluegrass Cellular. We just started service in may of 2020 and already are having 100 issues. I regret so much leaving tmobile. So over priced and customer service does NOTHING to help. Just by pass and go elsewhere.

The service I get is great for where I live but I don’t care for the company policies. I needed to push back my payment for a week. And they couldn’t do that so they shut my phone off then charged me a 35 reinstatement fee. For 1 week late when I had tried to call and set something up. To me that unreasonable. Also when I originally went in the store by etown swim and asked about plans they never brought up the prepaid service they offer which would have been much more affordable than paying 100 a month for one phone. Not a fan of bluegrass and can’t wait to pay off this 2 year contract with them next month.

Service has been good for years but the connectivity has gone down considerably, recently! Not sure why but I along with some friends who are also Bluegrass customers, have recently noticed the same issue! A Friend recently called to ask if they were aware of the issue in connectivity, and was read a rambling form! NO clear answersBluegrass has always been the best in our home area but now Im beginning to question the service? Nice service and connectivity up until recently! I hope its just a minor issue that can be corrected FAST!!

Staff was friendly, professional, and able to take care of my request as well as resolve an issue that I was having. Since I was the second person in the door when they initially opened I did not have to wait which is typically not the norm.

The retail area in the front has its busy times through the day, but are knowledgeable in the areas of cellular devices and their service. Everyone in the corporate team is always working hard to help all their customers with their services and any issues that arise. Shout-out to Shaylynne for doing such an amazing job! Reason for my 4 star review is that the cellular service has gone down in LTE speed since I signed up over 2 years ago, but otherwise great coverage all over.

The quality of customer service is the worst I’ve seen for a phone company. My boyfriend and I stood at the front door for 14 minutes before anyone in the store even acknowledged us being there. There were 2 customers being helped and 4 associates in the store along with the manager, Bryce. They should all go into AT&T and take notes on customer service.

Just listened to Bryce the store manager absolutely rip another employee apart over the phone, for something it sounded like his store screwed up. Management should not treat their employees in this manner, especially not in front of customers.I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting others do the same.

Come stand outside this store and run a Speedtest on your phone. You’ll see why I gave it 1 star. I tried bringing this to the attention of the store associate and they simply respond, “well, it’s probably just the time of the day, a lot of people using it”. That’s no excuse.This along with Speedtests getting great upload speeds but less than 0.5 mbps download speeds indicate network congestion... which is something that Bluegrass CAN add additional equipment at their cell sites to handle.They insist on getting an account number to fix the problem but the fact is, they don’t need one. They can take any Bluegrass phone and do a Speedtest and it will have the same exact problem. They want to try and isolate the problem to one account or individual instead of taking accountability for a more large scale issue.Stop being stingy and fix your network or sell to Verizon who will take care of it.

You can tell the store is terribly managed and that there was an associate with blonde hair she was really skinny her name was Taylor I believe her name tag said.she just kept flirting with my boyfriend I found this place is very unprofessional and rude and the girl that was flirting with my boyfriend was obviously not helping us just snapchatting pictures of herself. As her manger sat there and said nothing. Safe to say we went to at&t where it was professional and the employees arent children.

Worst Customer service, Manager was very loud, rude, and unhelpful. He was more worried about flirting. Wait time is always over a hour. This date there was 4 people waiting and took over a hour to speak with someone. Tech help is a joke. Employees are clueless on how to do their job. Did not let me sign in with the computer, like they were worried how long wait time would be recorded.

Was looking to switch from sprint to bluegrass, waited an hour and 12 mins to talk to a CSR, he ran my credit and said it would be a soft hit... lied it was a hard hit, but despite that it was more exspensive to switch to bluegrass then to stay with sprint... $152 before tax with bluegrass... $112 after tax with sprint...

Very poor service!!I rang the bell twice and no one came to window, one person was all I saw in the store and he was on a phone and computer. I sat there 15min. There were no customers in the store at all .today hasnt been the only time this has happened .
