Purchased wheel covers with this company. They told me to send them a picture from the ones on my car. They ones they recommend were not correct since they sent snap-ons but I needed ones to be bolted. Never asked me this specific question. They are not familiar with suggesting the correct wheel covers as they want you to believe. I had to return them at my expense and they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee when they sent me the wrong item. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are sure they can provide the wheel covers that you need. I suggest you ask them for a picture.

Needed some new tires for my MDX but the other tires places I called either had a limited selection or were crazy expensive. Suburban was able to special some Continental tires for my car and got them installed quickly. Good value and good service.

I have stopped in to the store on Landmeier, several times over many years and theyre always quite helpful.

If I could do zero stars I would!!! They sell faulty wheel covers and give you the runaround when you try to return - imposing restocking fees and refusing to pay for the return shipment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Mike was very helpful. He even asked for a picture of my 2020 Toyota rav 4 rims just to make sure and to double check that he will be shipping the right hubcaps. Ordered wheel covers for my Chevy Colorado with free shipping on EBay received them and they did not fit called Suburban Wheel Covers talked to Mike said that return shipping was up to me at my expense . Packaged them up and found out shipping would cost $58 be aware if you order from here customer service is horrible. Ordered my hub caps online (it was very easy to order) Then Mike calls me and says they actually dont have items in stock and I will have to pay more money if I still want the items. I feel they should have honored the price on the website. I cancelled the order and hope I get my credit back.

Excellent selection, reasonable prices, very fast shipping, and great customer service. I bought a set of wheel skins from them via eBay and shortly after ordering found out that I ordered the wrong size. I needed 17 and ordered 16 by mistake. I called them right away and explained the mix-up and the person I talked to was very helpful. The package was ready to ship but hadnt been picked up yet so he pulled it and sent me the correct size. That was all on Friday and I received the package today, Monday, just a few days later! Its now Monday evening and the skins are installed and look great! Would definitely do business with them again.

I went to Suburban because my long time installer retired and no longer in the business. They have state of the art road force wheel balancer that is perfect if you have high expectation on the handling of your car. Highly recommended!

This is by far the most reliable and honest wheel/tire dealer & service shop in Chicagoland. Mark is an extremely knowledgeable individual and helpful through out the process. The technicians are at the top of their trade as well. You are met with courtesy and straight talk. I have been going there for many years to have tire and wheel service executed on my cars (Mazda, Lexus, Mitsubishi & Maserati) and if I wasnt satisfied, I would drop them off my agenda! They are quite busy so make sure you make an appointment. Youll walk out as a happy, satisfied customer not to mention by paying an utmost reasonable price for their immaculate services.

Ordered 2 skin covers for a jeep patriot, shipping was super fast, arrived well packed and would definitely order from this company again.

Brought them a stretched wheel to remove the tire from rim to get the rims re-finished down the street. They had told me that they had all the new and updated equipment and the best guy who would attempt to get it off. They had took the wheel in the back to their technician while I was waiting in front, and during the process of removing the tire, they had torn the tire from inside and had told me they were unable to remove the tire without letting me know what had happened. I had gotten the wheels put back on and filled up by a shop including just tires because Suburban had leaked all the air out, tore the tire, and didnt bother filling it back up. As I was the driving the tire had blown again due to Suburban tearing the tire from the inside while attempting to get it off making the air leak out. I had ended up putting on a spare and took the wheel to another shop that didnt even have updated or new machines and they were able to get it off perfectly fine in front of me because they knew what they were doing, and had shown me the tear inside the tire that was leaking air caused by Suburban. They had gotten me a new tire and had mounted it on the rim for an incredible price as the old tire was damaged. I had called Suburban to confront them as I was heated, and they had told me there was nothing they can do. Do not recommend going to this place at all unless you want a torn tire and or possibly having you wheels damaged and not being able to see what theyre doing with your wheel, and I especially dont recommend those with aftermarket wheels and modified specs. Poor customer service as you walk in and extremely weird people.

I needed a set of used alloy rims installed and I am so glad I found this place. They have a road force balancing machine that does wonders for high speed vibration problems. Highly recommended.

I ordered the wheel skins for my winter rims on my Tundra 2017. They arrived in 4 days and took less than 10 mins to install. They look great and they fit like a glove on Toyota steel rims. No worries about the balancing weight interfering with the installation.

Do not buy from this company. Their website posts new pics of products and sends you used and beaten products. Will they take a return? Sure, after they charge you for their shipping and a 15% restocking fee and mind you have to pay to have it shipped back to them.
