A neighbor recommended this team to me, and everything I was told is 100% correct. Manny and Russ are both professional and friendly. I brought my older vehicle in for some exhaust work, and unlike other places, EGM didnt try to up sell additional maintenance. Their prices are excellent, and turnaround was extremely short considering I didnt even have an appointment! This place is my new go-to for auto repairs and maintenance.

Im new in town. Was looking for a Honest and Good mechanic shop, for general maintenance. Been here twice, I appreciate the good service, they do their job well, have recommendations but arent pushy. I have found what I was looking for.

This place feels like the old mechanic you used to go to who you trusted and knew would do a good job and not try to rip you off. The owner is so honest and truly cares about his customers. I brought my car in because there was a humming sound and I thought my starter was going. They did a thorough analysis and told me the issue and even when I didnt decide to have all the repairs done there, they still gave me a great price and treated me like family. I tossed them the keys to my 89 Ford Escort project and a bunch of parts, told em to keep it under a certain amount and they did everything in their ability to do so. They do good, reliable work that gets done on time. If an issue arises in the job, theyll tell you about it and work with you on how to best solve it without breaking a budget. Capable, efficient, communicative, Ive got zero complaints about these lads. Even with a full lot they can manage the work and get the job done. If youre in the area and need ANYTHING done to your car, whether it be basic maintainence or finishing up a project because youre too dumb to figure it out, theyre capable. Couldnt recommend them more.

I brought my daughters toyota in to EGM for its yearly complete check up and.oil change. In the past I always returned to the new car dealer service department that the car was purchased. Unfortunately the last couple of visits the service writer strongly advised me that repairs and up sell products were needed to keep it in safe and reliable condition. On the advice of a good friend I visited EGM, Russ and Manny listened and understood that I didnt want to compromise on needed repairs, but did not want to go over board with items not necessary on a ten year old car. The prices are reasonable and its a business where your wife, daughter, or any non car person can go and get fair shake on car repairs.

Almost everyone I know went to Rolando’s and it seems thousands of dollars of repairs later, their car would be destroyed or in somewhat worse condition than before you brought it there. Decided to check EGM for myself and a friend and I couldn’t be happier. They were honest and told you what needed to be done ASAP and what could probably wait if finances were a concern. I sent it to EGM and they not only diagnosed my issue and fixed it the same day but didnt charge me an arm & a leg for it when they honestly couldve given the issue. Took my vehicle there for a Complete Vehicle inspection and Oil change and all of the staff were very informative and honest! The mechanic Bob showed me a couple of cracks I had in the belts and that my rear brakes were down to 10%. The waiting area is very clean and has complimentary drinks and snacks while your waiting. The Service Advisor, Russ had a detailed invoice of everything they checked, along with an estimate for when I want to get the brakes and belts replaced. I appreciate the time Bob took to do the thorough inspection and the estimate Russ put together for me for the work I need done. Called the shop and spoke with Russ about getting my rear brakes changed and they were able to schedule me for next day service! I was able to drop my vehicle off and was offered to be taken to work nearby so that I was not wasting money on Uber. Bob was a pleasure to talk to on the way there and said he would have my vehicle ready well before I was off work. Upon completion, Bob picked me up and took me back to the shop to pay. I used this business for my last oil change service all prior service has been done at the Honda dealership, the next time around they where not available within the timeframe, and I needed the oil change ASAP. I decided to do it myself only to find my skid plate was missing. I called in to give it a shot and maybe they had it at the shop, but I knew that was a longshot, and going to be a disappointment beforehand, although Manny & Russ took into action immediately & took care of the issue providing me with new genuine Honda parts. I do appreciate them taking care of the issue at hand in a timely manor.

I brought my car here by others in the community who recommended EGM as a great business. I had concerns about shaking and they were kind enough to message back and fourth with me constantly, answering all my questions. They promptly did an inspection they called me almost immediately after. They were very kind and took the time to explain the findings and their recommendations. They were even able to get the car back to me the same day! Which was amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service and driving my car feels better than ever! I won’t hesitate to go back when I need skilled mechanics!

They did the repair flawlessly. Car is very cold and prior was so hot hard to breath with windows closed. There was also an error light and on the dash and warning noise, thought was caused by service. Brought it back and they took the time to check, no attitude very accommodating and friendly, explained it was an aftermarket radar detector the previous owner installed. They must of turned up the volume when working on it. So found out had another feature on car not aware of - they are wonderful to work with, have gone there for a number of years. Highly recommend.

I trust Egm implicitly! Manny and Russ have never tried to upsell me when Im in for an oil change or whatever. My car is 11 years old and they help me keep track of when Im due for service, usually just an oil change, tire rotation.My daughter and grandson are also customers which shows my level of trust with them.Highly recommended!!

Update 4.23.2021 at 2:42PM: The store owner responded but did not disclose the full story. Anyways, let me add some - in simple words, there was a small amount of price change so I declined the work. But then they tried to do another small amount of rip-off. Arguing about rip-off is frustrating, especially to the customers. None of these are huge issues and there were so many ways to resolve it, until the owner chose a bad way and treated me rudely. I dont even care about a 40 dollar difference. He didnt get the point. I hope this comment is helpful to the store owner too.Original Comment:I want to leave an accurate review in order to help the future customers. In regard of the quality and workmanship of this store, they are very good. I used to be a return customer at this store. But recently I encountered an issue at their store. I was politely asking about the reasoning behind an unprecedented add of cost, but their store owner suddenly responded in an extremely rude way. I tried multiple times to bring him back to a normal conversation, but he failed to calm down and started accusing me for various kinds of nonexistent reasons. Questioning and answering about added costs are daily practices of business, but this store owner handled it in a very disappointing way. He took me immediately without an appointment although I recommend making one cuz their shop is always busy. The price was very reasonable and the professionalism was top notch. Brought in our Lexus gx470 and had it expertly looked over and advised on for issues the ‘stealership’ overlooked or exaggerated. Excellent work and great price. Would highly recommend for anyone who isn’t familiar with vehicles and timid on bringing into small shops.

Great of repair matched the quality of people! I asked if they could walk me through the issues I was having with the car. They took me into the shop and explained the issues as well as options to take. Very thorough. They got my car back to me within 20 hours of me dropping it off (given the fact that they had all the parts)! Great experience!I know nothing about cars. Russ patiently explained my problems and the repairs needed in a way that I could understand. He also gave me several preventative maintenance options, clearly explaining that they were PREVENTATIVE and would help my vehicles performance but didnt critically have to be done. My car was ready when promised. The two gentlemen that gave me a ride home and then picked me up were very courteous (I believe that one of them was Manny). The wait times when I dropped off/picked up my car were very short. They honored several coupons that I had for different services that I had done. Manny even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure that my car was now running well, which was definitely a nice personal touch. EGM Automotive will definitely be the shop that I use for ALL services needed on my car in the future!My services were performed on August 20. The reason for this review being so late is because, until this past week, I had only used my car around town. This week, I took a road trip over 200 miles, and everything was good!

Everyone at EGM auto was awesome!! I had a few things that I had let go for a while that all needed to be repaired at once, and they were able to make the whole process smooth. After being told by the dealership a couple major things needed to be fixed, our mechanic, Bob, actually found that less work needed to be done, and they were able to make the necessary repairs without making it a bigger job than it needed to be. Russ, the service manager, was also great with explaining everything and giving us updates along the way as the work progressed. While I hope to not have to bring my car in for service again anytime soon, I will definitely bring it back to EGM the next time!!!

I called in one morning on a Monday and spoke to Russ, explained that my tire was losing pressure and tried to figure out my options. He told me they could look at it and see if it needed to be patched plugged or if I needed a new tire. They took me in right away they knew that I was supposed to be at work and needed to get to work. They took my tire off and were able to patch it. Very reasonably priced and very great service! EGM is the only shop I take my 1985 Corvette to when work is needed. Russ, service manager is friendly & honest. Never tries to sell you work that isnt needed. Mentioned EGM to a friend that was having trouble with the suspension on his 2003 Corvette. He went in to talk to Russ and Russ is putting together a plan to fix. Absolutely amazing service! We have been using EGM for many years to maintain and repair our large passenger van. We recently ran in to an issue where we needed it to be towed to the shop. Randy was fantastic at helping us coordinate the tow and even let us leave the van on the lot until we decided what to do with the repairs. My car recently needed a repair, replacement actually, to my right, front sway bar. When visiting EGM in person to schedule the fix, I was courteously greeted by Russ, the manager, who gave me a reasonable estimate and worked with me to arrange a time thatd fit my work schedule. Great shop. My air conditioner was broken on my Ford ranger Manny got it fixed in a prompt time. It works so well like better than new Im thinking of using it as a freezer in my driveway when at home. They followed up to make sure workmanship and parts are working to my satisfaction. I recently needed to replace my tires, and made an appointment to do so. Through my own mistake, I showed up on the wrong day. EGM was quite accommodating, even making a special telephone call to their tire supplier and running out to pick up the tires in order to service my vehicle on the day I showed up. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to help me out when I showed up unexpectedly. Their service was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. My tires were installed within hours, and I was able to pick up my car very quickly.
