My coworkers and I ordered five cups of coffee from Uber eat yesterday( ordered number1098A). I ordered a Grande decafe pumpkin spice latte but when I received my coffee it was less than 2/3. I attached picture here. I used to be starbucks partner but I never treat my customers like that. No matter how busy we were, we would never complete a drink like this and hand over to a customer. We tried to contact Uber eat but fail and I tried to call this store. The phone is not working. Also, I am wondering if someone drank my coffee? That’s really gross! I am so disappointed at Starbucks now.

This location has been out of literally every single flavored syrup except hazelnut for going on two weeks now. I understand theres a shortage but other locations dont have it This bad.

This is the location that you can get the best White Chocolate Mocha! I have tried the beverage in many other locations but no one can beat the deliciousness you can find here. Never too long a wait, staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with!

Whether I order in store or drive thru, the wait is never too long. The employees do a great job at making sure the drink orders are correct and keeping the inside of the location very tidy. This is one of my favorite spots to meet up with people because they have such a wide variety of seating options and the tables are wiped off for new customers. So came back during the flu season and it was disappointing that you couldnt sit inside but the service was great and look forward to when they open the dining room. I did like the board with local events and news, as always the place was very clean. Thanks for the continued hard work staff!!

I come here all the time and I pretty much understand the delay in the morning rush hour however yesterday I went at 1205 in the drive thru, was 3rd in line to order. It took 20 minutes before I got to the window and even worse the lady was looking clueless on what to do. No one came to the window to say why the delay even after I said it’s quite a long wait for a coffee this time of day. So I left after shouting to get their attention to forget my order.

Google says open at 445am but they open at 5am correct store hours are important when people work and drive out of there way and have to find somewhere else to go the service is great tho

I frequent the one on Biesterfield by the Jewel and the staff is super friendly and knows I never order anything but decaf. Anytya drink is ordered with caffeine they are on it questioning if it is correct. They are the best. Really took the time to get to know us

My order is always wrong! Yesterday I ordered 2 Frappuccino’s and they put 3!!! They said I couldn’t give it back even though I didn’t even touch it! The employees are so disorganized!

Terrible. Got order wrong so went back in to have them remake it. I was told Ill have to wait because theyre busy! Shouldnt I go to the front of the line because I already had to wait for the wrong original?

This is a nice location for a SBUX - its on the main drag of Elk Grove Village. It also has a very open layout with a variety of seating accommodations. Pretty standard all said and told. It is however located in a weird part of the parking lot and isnt as easy to get to as one would think.

Amazing drinks!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I visit frequently. Like all other locations the customer service is stupendous! I always grab a puppiccino and they’re never afraid to be too generous.

Amazing Starbucks!! Always see the employees working hard to get drinks right, while accommodating and connecting with the customers. Very good at rectifying any errors as well. The only inconvenience is when they run out of ingredients for drinks; but this is a busy store so it’s understandable. I just keep coming back to this Starbucks! Favorite store!!!

Dont take responsibility for a mistakes. Manager and stuff is rude and using phony excuses

I was just there this morning, but when I came back around 6 or so, they were closed with a sign saying temporarily closed. Just like the one on Busse Road this entire week! Covid infections?

Best Starbucks in the area. The coffee/cold-brew is always a good acidity. Never burnt.They have never been out of product for me (my local Starbucks on Army Trail is ALWAYS out of cold brew).I trust the heck out of this store.

I understand that drive through is a priority when it comes to service but waiting over 10min for a quad espresso is unacceptable while all drive through cars have gotten their order, even the ones that ordered after me. My husband placed an order at the drive through, 5 min after me, got his before me. Management may want to reconsider better assignment when it comes to traffic, not to be servicing drive through before in-house orders, where is the rule or first come first serve or is managment bonus more important then good service.

I was in this Starbucks about an hour before closing on a rainy night. The store was very clean. There were many electrical outlets conveniently located - important when I had two devices running low on battery power. Nice floor layout with several different seating areas. My coffee was great. Thumbs up for a quick relax and recharge!

As a barista myself, I can truthfully say that this location has always served me promptly, with the correct drink & always with a smile. It is clean and spacious and the staff really moves fast!! Yall rock!

Emily, Sam, Alex and Mark are the very best morning baristas Ive encountered. Great Customer service and if theres a line it moves quickly. The store itself is on the smaller size when compared to other Starbuck stores. Being smaller it is a more intimate and cozy environment. Give them a try youll become a regular.

The drinks at this location are always hit and miss. You never know what you’re getting when you order. Every other location I go to gets it right every time. This one either forgets an ingredient or (most of the time) gets the ratio completely wrong. Asking the manager to fix it results in dirty looks and frustration from the manager herself. I can tell immediately just by the color alone that the ratio is completely wrong which should be the dead giveaway to the person making it but it seems that sort of training and attention to detail is not taught there.

I ordered 3 blended strawberry Asia’s with lemonade and blueberries and the attitude I got for ordering it was disgusting. When we finally got our orders he gave them and said “thank you very much” sarcastically referring to the trouble and time it took them to make it. Your job not mine:)

It may sound weird to have a favorite starbucks location but this one indeed is the best. Always clean, exceptional service, and crew here are always smiling and in a good mood.Spacious and have a separate meeting room as well.

2nd time to buy coffee from there. The coffee is never hot enough! I asked them to stream the half & half so it could be warmer and they asked to charge me as an americano. Really!! Fix your coffee machine then so I wont have to ask for steamed halh&half...Ill stick to Itasca location much friendlier and warmer coffee.

Hit or miss...mobile ordering should be easy but alas people cant even read simple directions on a drink sticker. Always friendly until you ask to remake the drink you ordered it on the app.

So just did a coffee run for the office. Ordering as usual going thru the drive thru. Get back to the office and coffee cup feels a little lighter than usual. Sure enough theyre not even filling there cups of coffee up all the way and yet Im paying for it...?

What a great drivethru service. You just want to go to this location.Their drinks taste amazing and they always get them right. These young people really do a great job.

I typically use the Drive-Thru on Monday mornings around 7:45 am, on my way to work. There is usually a long line, but they do a good job of getting through it quickly. The times that I have gone inside due to a longer line, the inside line was much longer and took more time to get through. I would advise ordering ahead of time on your Starbucks app and picking it up and those orders are done very quickly.

The baristas here are super nice. Their bathrooms and tables are always clean. The location is really spacious and WiFi is super fast.This is my favorite location.

Went there at 12:00pm ordered a Grande Vanilla bean frappe with peppermint and NO whip cream and they gave me the drink with whip cream then I gave it back and they take off the whip cream and give it with the lid not even snapped on. Also ordered a Grande Strawberry açaí and they didn’t even put the dried strawberries in it.. on top of that I gave her $10.55 and the total was $9.55 and she didn’t even give me my change $1 until I said something about it and she took a dollar out of the tip jar... totally stupid don’t recommend this location

Coffee, yummy stuff. Also trendy. I am not trendy but I can appreciate the atmosphere.

This place on Biesterfield has become a hangout for my kids and I so that we can all get studying and homework done. Sometimes the music is too loud which makes it difficult to converse or study. Some of the electrical outlets do not work. My kids enjoy their hot chocolate and I like their iced cold sweet green tea The staff here is always wonderful —very pleasant.
