He fixed my Haas TM2 high voltage power supply. Excellent over the phone tech support, was able to diagnose what was wrong with my machine.

I highly recommend Zaritron. The work they did was timely, cost effective, professional, and of high quality. We had a drive that we thought was beyond repair and Zaritron repaired and shipped it back within two days of receiving. We received a video clip of the drive in operation prior to invoicing and shipping it back to us that also showed the parameter settings.

WOW!!! Called them in the morning, they said bring it in! So I did, n they took a look at it by lunch! Gave them a call just after lunch n they said/confirmed it had a problem but wanted to check for other possible issues! I went home n not 2hrs later they called n said it was ready!!!!! PROFESSIONALISM at its BEST!!! This has to be in the top ranked customer service I have ever received from any company for any type of industry. The owner worked with me more than was most likely required on his part to help me get my machine back up and running after I received back my refurbished parts. my CNC was un operational after re connecting everything, however that problem was not from the work that he did. Still, he talked me through other possible issues over the phone on a Sunday. We worked through all possible causes of the issue I was having and with his help, we were able to determine the problem. 100% recommend anyone with electronics that need repaired for their CNCs to send them to Zaritron for not only their excellent work that they do, but also for the support he provided.
