This was our first time bringing our car here for windshield repair .When I scheduled the appointment I told them my husband will be bringing in my car and if he can wait there, they told me yes and should take about an hour or hour in a half, during repairs there was a delay and took about 2 1/2 hrs. Due to my husband had to wait longer, they discounted us 25.00. They have very good customer service and did a awesome job on my windshield. We highly recommend this place. They were able to get me in the same day for a windshield repair. I called three glass places in or near Elk Grove and this is the only one to call me back, great response and communication. I showed up and after a quick evaluation they told me it could be repaired but didn’t need it.It would have been an easy sale, this is my second great experience and will go here for all future repairs.

I contacted this business for a quote on my 2018 Camry which needed a calibrated windshield. The best deal that I had got after getting a couple of quotes. Andrew scheduled an appointment for next day service at 8am and advised it would take up to about 4 hours. He was there on time for me to drop the vehicle off and was finished around noon. Overall satisfied with my windshield and the time that was taken for the services. Thank you to Andrew and his team for doing an accurate job. 👍

They do good work but they dont really have any concerns about the customers wait time or sticking to their customers appointment times.

These guys are awesome! Fair price, quick and excellent customer service. They have fixed two chips on my windshield and both times great service.

Had a rock create a large crack in my windshield over summer and had to have it replaced. These guys and they did such a wonderful job with the replacement, I just had to leave a positive review! They even made sure I got a quality windshield that matched what I previously had and quoted me for less than what Safelight would have charged. Took it through the carwash and no leaks! Awesome job guys! Very pleased!

I had a good experience working with these guys. They were quick and the price was affordable. Only issue was one side of my windshield was creating wind noise. They did not use enough sealant. I sealed it, put the trim back and no noise. Overall good, but they need to be a bit more careful on sealing.

Nothin but pleased here. My repair was not an emergency. The back window defroster had been damaged, and hadnt worked for quite some time. I tried to repair it, but without success. Everything I read said that if you werent able to repair it on the first try, then you probably wouldnt have any success with additional tries. After waiting for at least another year I decided to call around to get an idea about what it would cost to get a new glass with a new defroster. Visions was my second call. The price wasnt the lower of the two, but I was impressed by the number of reviews, and how most were very positive. I called Andrew back to see about scheduling the repair, and got it scheduled for the next day.Andrew got in, got out and got the job done. He came to the house, so I was able to continue doing the yard work that I had planned to do. I got my yard work done and got a new back glass installed in my car.I will call on Visions again if/when I need glass repair, and, though it doesnt come up often, will definitely recommend them should anyone I know be looking for good auto glass service.

He was able to come to my house the same day that I called and was available to come within a couple hours. I told him that I had a lunch meeting that day and he was able to adjusted to my schedule which was amazing (not sure how many service companies are like this).Andrew came to my house when it was convenient for me and fixed my windshield quickly for a great price!

I had a large fine crack in my windshield and needed to repair it, called them and they scheduled me for a new windshield the next day. They came out to my house and installed it perfectly. They were professional and my new windshield looks amazing. Very happy with their services.

My back windshield was broken on my Honda Civic on Saturday. I called and got an appointment for Tuesday at 6pm....yes 6pm. No one else was willing to come out this late but thankfully they were. Fast / professional / and excellent work I am very happy with the level of professionalism and work that was done. He cleaned up all the broken glass and had me up and running in no timeHighly recommended should you ever need a replacement or repair!

My car got broken into over the weekend and my husband called vision auto glass and they got me in an hour before they opened. Got my window fixed and it looks great!

I called Visions to replace my back windshield after it was shattered and Andrew returned my call on the same day even though it was a holiday weekend. He called before arriving and showed up on time. He cleaned out all the glass and took his time to make sure it was properly installed. Id highly recommend Visions Automotive Glass to anyone needing to replace a broken window. He also specializes in fixing window cracks made from rocks hitting the windshield.
