Waste of time

I always shop at this Cosmoprof and I really love it here. Never had a complaint. However, recently I purchased a electric trimmer here and due to the companys new policy I cant return it. The policy states that all electronic devices must be unopened and unused to be returned but how am I supposed to know if I like the product if I cant use it?! So I am basically forced into keeping something that I do not like. The only way I can get a return is if I ship it back to the manufacturer. Which I did call them and I have to pay for shipping, which is $22 and I wont see my return credited back to me for 2 months!! I paid $73 for this trimmer. I am incredibly frustrated at this! Having bought something that Im not going to use, I basically just wasted my money. If I need any trimmers/clippers/tools I will probably be purchasing at another store.
