Ive been a Pinky Rose fan since they opened their 1st store downtown. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I always end out with more things than I went in for. I love Pinky Rose!

Ive lived in Sacramento most of my life and I am soo happy that we have a makeup store that carries products that only sell online! All of the girls at this location are very helpful and nice! Love every experience Ive had when I visit

I had a couple of boxes sent to my address right after Christmas that I did not order. It was a large vanity mirror ($500+) and a box of about 6 desk top make up mirrors. Me being the “what goes around comes around” person That I am I let them know that I had received their shipment on accident. Not that I wanted something in return, but they didn’t even offer. As a business owner myself, I would offered a coupon or something. The merchandise was well worth over a grand and they had no clue where it went. Just seems ungrateful.

I’d love to support a business owned and operated by predominantly women of color, but I won’t be patronizing Pinky Rose again. As a black man, I’ve grown used to being followed around stores, talked down to by retail staff and treated like a criminal—but never in stores owned by people of color. That is, until I walked into Pinky Rose, today May 17, 2018.Upon entering, I immediately gained a shadow in the form of a small blonde woman. I was with my mother who commented on her tailing us, so she moved to the end of the aisle to stare me down. I’d hoped to purchase a new banana powder and some cream foundation (for drag, of course), but I was made to feel so uncomfortable, I didn’t buy a thing.If I want to be racially discriminated against and humiliated, there’s plenty of corporate stores I can patronize. I won’t be back to Pinky Rose and I encourage all non-white and especially all male potential customers not to go there. The prices are decent, but not worth being treated like a criminal.

Beautifully decorated, and packed with pallets. these products are all open for swatching and sampling, just use the applicators in between the two long boards in the center of the shop. After being welcomed in, I was told that there were products (brushes) on clearance that were not labeled as such on the back table (turns out they werent 😒). They have colored cosmetic contacts below that same case in novelty variety of red heart shape, pink, and more natural shades of grey and hazel. They have brands like kleancolor and la Colors at prices that were slightly above retail. Beard oil and other mens face products. It also looks salon and school in the back where they do lash application and makeup services. All items are final sale, so make sure you take advantage of the testers provided.

I went in and the girls were extremely helpful in finding what I needed for a gift. Highly recommend for affordable high quality makeup

Ive been to pinky rose locations a total of 4 times and I must say that customer service was great in Elk Grove by one specific young lady I honestly dont know her name but other than that the other ladies need to learn how to be friendly including one of the owners she was in there doing something behind the counter and not a smile or thank you for coming in, from her ... I love the idea of selling many brands that are only accessible online but their no return no refunds policy is ridiculous! And its true you feel like you are being watched all the time, that makes you just get what you need and go otherwise if Im at Sephora I shop for an hour and leave with $300 worth of makeup and with an excellent experience due to customer service. I received an email that I get 30% off of one item from your purchase as a birthday gift, I bought almost $40.00 worth, the most expensive product was only $10.00 and the cheapest was $5.00 and they gave me the 30% off on the cheapest product! So I only saved $1 and some change ... ridiculous!

Always love coming here the employees are well informed of most of the brands and are very experienced . The makeup is great quality and affordable.

I was excited to go visit this store however right when we got there the male cashier was very rude to us. He did not greet the customers, we were looking around and he seemed to follow us then we took a look around the lit mirror section and he rudely told us we were not allowed there without an explaination of why or what services are allowed in that area. I ended up buying $40 worth of products but will probably not visit soon if the customer service doesnt improve. We did not feel welcome at all.

I has very bad experience with them. The customer service was so horrible. The cashiers were so mean and rude. I was so happy to go to pinky rose and when I went in there I regretted. I am a makeup lover at the same time, I went to spend money in their store not to ask them something for free. Those girls at pinky rose needs to get their attitude right and have to stop being racist. I believe in equality.

Wish they sold natural ingredient make-up.

Visited this Pinky Rose just a few hours ago.. My mom and I were the only ones in the shop. While we were received appropriately and asked if we needed help in the beginning, we later were being watched the E N T I R E time in store! I get you checking in on me once in a while, but 95% of the time? Thats when we have an issue. Literally any and every where we went inside the store, the girl with the curly big hair and the male would not take their eyes off us, dont workers have enough common sense to realize that this makes guests feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable? More less likely to buy? Ridiculous customer service. I came in to buy something but left empty handed because I was too uncomfortable to look in peace. Get your attitudes right!

The employees so far have been helpful and not condescending as far as makeup stores go. [The worst being MAC employees] the quality is mid to high range and quite affordable.

5 stars for the product and glitter factor, 1 for the customer service I received today. I came here today, very excited because i had already found them on instagram and knew what I wanted, the employees who approached me were very uneducated and quite rude, no smiles and just made me feel like I was a nuisance if i had an inquiry.They have testers to swatch, but no makeup remover .... but they have a beauty bar where they do makeovers.... with makeup remover inside. If I asked about ingredients they answered with I think or I dont know.I made my own pallet and when I asked how many colors could fit they didnt know, I chose 15 colors and a lipgloss (for a little over 100$) and when I got home the lady messed up and gave me a double 2 of 1 instead of a color i chose.Great makeup, but unpleasant people, I recommend ordering online.

Everyone is always polite and ready to help.

Elk grove location is the better location.

Its overlooked go in and youll fall in love.
