Have had mixed experiences overall with this store. General shopping has been fine. Pharmacists are a mixed bag, some are well-mannered others are extremely rude, especially at the drive-thru. Normally, use Kaiser Permanentes pharmacy and get treated well 100% of the time.

Worst customer service EVER from the dark haired lady attending to customers. Rude & condescending. I only go here when Im desperate. I mean look at the stars.... 2. That should tell you everything.

The worst pharmacy ever!!Not only do people testing for covid have presidence over people picking or dropping off prescriptions ... their wait time is absolutely ridiculous! 0 stars in customer service

Ive been calling so many times in the pharmacy but nobodys answering. I called the store line and he said that this time someone will answer but still the same. Pls. do not advertise your pharmacy if you cant even deliver good services to your client. Ypu even advertise your covid vaccine, how reliable are you on that? You cant even answer your phone. I was calling if I have pain prescription from my doctor that was sent over but no ones answering. So it means youll gonna leave your pt. in pain althroughout the night or your patient will bounce back to emergency room. What a horrible service.

The pharmacist and staff are always so helpful. Mohammad is amazing. He always goes the extra mile.

We dont shop here but we love coming to get the ice cream that are big scoops and really cheap. My kids ask for it a lot. In the summer we like to come often. I loved it when it was Thriftys and the ice cream was like a dime a scoop.

After moving to another state and attempting to transfer my prescription for three days. I may have success! 4 different pharmacists have been on hold for 20-30 minutes each. Really hoping it works this time or Im ready to get a new prescription.

Worst customer service ever by 2 ladies at the counter in pharmacy.They should quit if they dont like their job. They act like they are doing us a favor. They dont have any customer service skills. They need to understand basics of pharmacy operations and how to treat a patients. We are patients in pharmacy not customers. Remember patients are loyal, customers are not.

I’m very sorry to see all of these negative reviews, my husband and I switched to Rite Aid two years ago and they have been nothing but nice and very helpful to us. At one point we lost our insurance, John, Natasha, Mohammed, and the rest of the team, have gone above and beyond to help us save money on our prescriptions. I will never go anywhere else, these people seem like they really do care, which is very unusual these days. I would like to give a special thank you to John, we would not be able to afford to buy our meds if not for him. He personally has helped in my quality-of-life, thank you John

Waiting in Line for ice cream & As my boyfriend was eating his ice cream cone I Spotted a humongous ROACH😳😳😳 We let the clerk know & he just told him he could Throw it away. We will never go there again!!! We ended up at Baskin Robins. That roach was right in front of the ice cream counter. Eeew!!! I’m hoping that our past cones haven’t been walked on by the raoaches 😩😫😣😖

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. dropped off a prescription at 11am for my kid after wisdom teeth extractions, asked the tech to please remember to call as soon as the pain meds were ready. never received the call of course. called about twice an hour until 5pm. no one ever picked up the phones. drove there while calling. called while standimg in front of the pharmacy, the staff ignored the ring ring in the background. I walk up and was told the meds were ready 30 minutes after drop off (11:30am) and oh..no one called you? i said, how could you? you ignore and avoid telelphones! terrible people

On multiple occasions I have called to refill a prescription. They tell me it will be ready in an hour, I go in the next day and it still isnt ready! How many people and phone calls does it take to fill a basic prescription? I also had one of the girls try to persuade me in setting up autprefill for my meds, I specially told her no thanks several times, but of course she still sets me up for the service. Cant believe they just make decisions for their customers like that, how is it even legal?! Will be switching back to Walgreens even though it is further from my house.

Whenever I come to this Rite Aid, I feel like either they dont carry items I need or they ran out. I always end up going to walgreens or Walmart. Next time Im better off to go walgreens then stopping here. Customer service is not great here. I feel like were always standing in long lines. I asked the cashier to help me, she was not happy to assist.I do like the holiday selections. Currently they have easter goodies.

Horrible customer service at ice cream area. bad attitudes.

They were having a HUGE meeting in the middle of the store. Bathrooms were not clean. Subpar service. Lady getting the carts glared at us. Wouldnt return.

Poor customer services and staff employees present poor behavioral attitudes, including severe mental health problems.

Very expensive prices and limited products availability in stock aisle shipment, not enough clearances sales and the items on the shelves are poorly disorganized.

They have gone downhill. Horrible customer service and long, long waits on prescriptions. I have taken all of my business elsewhere. I will NOT do business with rite aid anymore.

There pharmacy sucks. They tell me medications will be ready on a certain day and i go down there and they tell me come back the next day. Waste my gas driving up there after they tell me to come and to be turned away when i get there. This happened to me twice already

I called and was worried that I would run out of my medication, talk to John today and he had cleared up in minutes with a call back to to tell me witg what had happened.

Horrible customer service and little to no follow through when something requires clarification . Multiple trips to pharmacy to get a prescription filled.
