Very honest and helpful. They have set me up with great sounding systems for three of my cars. I am not very familiar with car audio, the owner set me up with a great system, that didn’t break the bank. Extremely friendly and helpful. The installer is very friendly as well, he does a fantastic installation very professional. The owners son explained the new system to me in 10 min. I usually dont write reviews, but after shopping around for a car stereo shop to put in a sub EVERY OTHER place in SACRAMENTO wanted an arm and a leg just to look at my car. This place gave me good customer service and a great price. I wont go anywhere else.

I went to Mikes sounds solution got my whole stereo installed and my bass was making a loud bass humming noise and I paid 400 dollars for them to install it but there installation was crap and they fried my brand new amp deck and froze my sub up such poor customer care so I ripped out my whole system went and bought a whole new system went to stereo icon told them what happen they installed my system with no problem and it sounded great... I love stereo icon they the best and for half the cost... Mikes sound solution should go out of business with there over priced products that they buy from a flea market and say there product is the best but only to find out you could of bought everything online for a 1/4 of there price... fu!# Mike sound solution.. stereo icon is where u need to be.......

Went there to get my own deck installed, they were working on an alarm on a sweet Cadi, but my job was so easy that they just knocked it out real quick.... the owner is so damn cool. The price of the job was just a hair over my budget I could spend so he worked with me and made a deal. Couldnt be happier!
