My new favorite full service grocery store.Its clean, well lit and the aisles are wide.Theyve always had everything Ive needed and the employees are friendly. The sandwiches at the deli counter are great and they even have a fish market along the back wall. Some items can be a little pricey but if you watch the sales you can do ok here on a budget.

Dont get a cake here. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. When I went to pick it up it was half an hour late. The lady that made it taped the box so shut I couldnt see it but I asked her if it was all chocolate, so at this point I was running late so I took it home. When I opened it for the birthday party I was mortified. It was white buttercream frosting with whip cream frosting in places, and the cake was red velvet. I contacted the store and never got a response.

I like this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. The lines move quickly. The prices are decent even with how much the prices of groceries have been going up lately. Clean and they keep the shelves stocked nicely. I havent tried thier fresh meat but the produce is tasty. Most people were wearing masks but I was not hassled for me not wearing a mask. I am vaccinated and had my card just in case. But I mean by this point and how easy it is to be vaccinated that if you arent vaccinated by this point but you are still afraid, staying home is probably your best bet of not getting sick. Save-Mart, customer friendly, prices reasonable. Noticed bag-boy somewhat disabled but enthusiastic, friendly, and doing good work. Five ***** star rating overall.

I just happened to be nextdoor at the pool supply store and thought I might pick up a few things at the grocery store. Now I remember why I dont typically go to Save Mart. Much better selection at Rallys or Bel Aire.

For the time I went there 8pm Monday the place was clean, service was good and for the items I bought which included dozen eggs, breakfast muffins and ice cream price was very reasonable. I did see a brand of muffins that were past sell date.

I was in and out. Not very busy. Customer service was good 👍

I shop here nearly everyday everyone seems to always have a smile and they are very helpful and friendly i enjoy the fresh produce and deli its just a comfortable and inviting environment i love coming here so much i damn near dont care about some of the prices cause its to me worth it...

Great place for late night runs for groceries. Relaxed atmosphere for your typical market needs. Fantastic night staff who will engage in conversation with you if nothing is going on.

I dont go there very often I had to get some Stouffers macaroni and cheese cuz I was craving it lines are too long prices are too high its just a now and then place I couldnt even use the self-checkout cuz it was confusing

They have done SO well, trying to maintain the stock and keep everyone happy. The employees have kicked a** and the manager is doing a damn fine job. Great store! We used to be regulars there before we moved. This store has more options than our new store. I was in the area today so I decided to stop in and buy some things not available at the new store. They still remembered me and my family after all this time and asked questions about how we were all doing. Great customer service, great quality and great selection!

Very expensive store need food in this area....5lb russet potato bag regular potato 5:99 .5 lb bag potato is not organic...2% regular milik 4:99.... Never ever go to this store very expensive plus not enough staff no around to help.........

I love the fact that things are in stock, but the manager at this store does not believe that Covid 19 is a real threat due to his inability to grasp basic logic. Therefore, the workers there do not wear masks endangering their own lives as well as their customers. Its one thing to have an opinion, but when you lack any medical or scientific information to back your assertion and put people at risk, it just seems.. well dumb. Avoid for your own well being. Seriously.

During my vacation in Sacramento, CA, I had the privilege of visiting your store. I am a business owner and Im always observant of the customer service when I shop, and I was very impressed with Mr. Casey Queen. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me with my groceries. He took the time to ask me how my day was going and told me to have a great day. I wish I could clone him to work at my business. He was friendly and caring. This guy is management material.

Prices are fair and reasonable. Sales are actually sales with good sale prices. The deli is ridiculously expensive which is why I give four stars instead of five. They dont even carry boars head but sell their low grade deli meat at boars head prices. Other than that great store.

I just relocated to Elk Grove from Carmichael. Im awaiting knee replacement surgery and am not mobile so I took local public transportation to SaveMart. In Carmichael the SaveMart is my favorite close shopping store. So today when I visited the Elk Grove location at the intersection of Bond and Elk Grove Florin I was pleasantly soothed and comforted by a store of familiarity. Friendly and helpful clerks, easy to read signage and lots of on sale and advertised sale items. I will be making this my #1 local store!

Good place to shop. They have a nice reward system with free items (everyday I think) and occasionally free cookware after spending so much over a few months. They also have this mine new meal in a bag thing that is prepared by the deli with meat and veggies that you can cook in the oven or microwave for just $6.

A bit pricey... one of the checkers was suddenly unpleasant when asked a question about a coupon.

Tore at best disorganized and have discriminatory policies(example) purchase almost $60.00 worth of grab legs which had too be taken too the front for me theft absurd or the cheese in deli press sliced with no parcel paper in between slices so it sticks together resulting in throwing in the trash each customer is important at this not so busy store but Isupport this location since close by my resident Im gonna have too stop shopping here.Mike

Close, convenient, and usually well-stocked. Ive never had a problem here. Staff is friendly, and many have worked at the store for years.

My go to store. Theyre open till 12pm, be sure to get the Save Mart app to save more money on groceries and more. A man was asking for money from me as I was putting groceries in my car and one of the employees went out of his way to make sure I was safe and redirected the man out of the parking lot. Really appreciate that service, its important to feel safe!

Prices are generally decent and lines arent too bad, and usually well stocked, although they dont have the selection of a bigger grocery store. Was a bit disappointed today because all the spinach was a bit mushy.

Nice place to shop, store was very clean and well organised. Everything was plainly marked and easy to understand. Had no problem with finding what I needed. The staff were friendly and Curdiuse. They even helped carryout the groceries for the elderly woman who was in line ahead of me. Thats good service in my opinion, and I will recommend to friends and family to check out Save Mart.

I love the 5 for $5 deals there. It helps stretch my budget.

Great store...bought my granddaughters birthday cake from their bakery and it was beautiful, she was very happy. I live the salads they have in their deli...the people working there are so courteous and helpful.

Very surprised this store remained open when a more modern, far superior Save Mart closed at the Target shopping center just 3 miles away. There is always something wrong at this Bond and Elk Grove Florin store. Ive caught them overcharging on items that scanned differently than the clearly posted price. Sale items in the meat department are often out of stock. Shoppers are almost forced to use the self check because there is usually only one register with a checker and lines move slowly because of non-stop irrelevant chatter between customers and the clerk.

Just left here a few minutes ago. Went to the deli for a few pieces of fried chicken. It was early so I thought the chicken would be hot and fresh. Boy was I WRONG! The chicken was cold and rubbery. It tastes old, and to top it all off, the prices went up. Four pieces of chicken cost a total of $5.49. Prices are constantly going up, but the quality is constantly going down. Very disappointing. ☹️

I dont shop at Save Mart, but I was in Elk Grove and stop there hoping to find beef spare ribs, they didnt have any. I purchased 5-6 other items; I shouldve gone to Winco store in Folsom, they have much better prices and a wider selection of meats.

Love going to savemart its the small town market feel but yet in the middle of the prices are awesome. Its my go to place.

The checkout person was pretty rude. Great sale but not very nice. Id rather go somewhere else thats nicer. Bummer.

Great chain grocery. Quality meat and produce but you pay a premium for it. Which is fine by me. If youre a Winco you know what I mean about quality.
