Dunlap, IN. This review is based solely on our experience selecting and purchasing a mattress. The district manager was working the day we went in to purchase a new mattress. She happily answered all of our questions while helping my husband and I select the perfect mattress for us. She seemed quite knowledgeable about the products she was showing us and was genuine in wanting to help us make the best choice. I didn’t feel as though she was trying to up-sell us into something that wasn’t right for us just to make the day’s sales look better. I did deduct a star because the delivery date is set for early November which will be 6 weeks. I expected that since Mattress Firm has pretty much one thing to sell we would have our new bed in a week.

My wife and I had a very unfortunate experience with another sales person from another location. We will not go into detail because the situation is being handled and that wouldn’t be fair to give the company a bad name after it’s being dealt with in a serious way. We brought this situation to another location and Jeremy was the person working who happens to be a manager. He was not only an amazing person but also one of the best employees we have ever worked with in general. Mattress firm is blessed to have him. He took care of us as if we were family. I honestly probably would of NEVER shopped at Mattress Firm again but Jeremy changed our mind. It was not only because of how he treated our situation but the way we saw him treat other customers as he waited. There were no favorites. He cared about EVERY single customer whether they walked in to buy or not. We observed true care and dedication which is something a lot of companies lack nowadays. After buying a sleep number bed and waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, they showed up with the wrong bed! After calling customer service, I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could get the right bed out to me. Thats when I decided that I wanted my money back. Sleep number bed people said that I could not return the bed! After hours on the phone with customer service, they finally agreed to give my money back but after they pick up the bed thats sitting in my family room is picked up on July 15th. Now I have no bed to sleep on and Im out 4,000.00 till sleep number picks up the bed...I decided to go to Mattress Firm a couple days ago. The awesome sales associate, Jeremy, was extremely helpful, and caring of our situation. We ended up buying a better bed than the sleep number bed for less money and only have to wait 10 days to get it.Hands down the best customer service Ive ever had.I will tell everyone I know to NOT buy a sleep number bed! I will also tell everyone I know to go to Mattress Firm and ask for Jeremy if they need a bed.Thank you Mattress Firm ❤

Our mattress has roughly a two inch sag. We werent initially worried about it due to it having a warranty. After jumping though all the hoops of the warranty (extremely tedious but necessary) we found out we dont even get all of our money back and its all store credit. They say sagging is a rare occurrence but my boyfriends mother also bought a mattress from there as well and its sagging too. I just want my money back because I dont believe them when they say its a rare occurrence but it doesnt look like thats going to happen.

I shopped Mattress Firm due to an ad that we saw in a local paper. I was met by Jeremy and realize he was interested in hearing what I wanted not necessarily what he wanted to sell. He was very well informed as to what products he had available and new the specifications and performance factors of those products. I ended up buying a floor sample which was two or three levels above what I had gone in to buy because of the sale price, but more so because Jeremy had a no pressure, just give me the facts approach to selling. He made the buying experience enjoyable with no pressure and thoughtful engagement. I will recommend Jeremy to anyone Ineeding a mattress.

The manager and salesmen were most courteous and helpful. The manager tried to get the best deal he could for us and did not pressure us. Because of the pandemic, the mattress isn’t coming until the end of the month, which was disappointing.

Came in to by a mattress and was leaning towards the cheapest queen that was on sale with a free box spring. However, the manager Tony Waldron gave us so many great options it was hard to choose. He layed out the financing options and how we could have half the monthly payment if we did the credit option. We went this route and it opened up many different options, and we started looking at better quality beds. After it was all said and done, we got a quality king bed, adjustable base, a protector, a platform bed, and free delivery. One of the better experience I have had as a customer all due to Tony taking the time to find out what is best for us. Much thanks!

We were not happy with our first mattress and came back in to find something different. The bed we preferred was $400 more than what we spent originally. This store gave the new bed to us for the same price as our first bed. They also gave us free sheets for being newlyweds. This helped us out immensely. Highly recommend this store!

On a Friday evening me and my wife went to the Mattress Firm location in Elkhart Indiana and then selected and paid for a mattress with red carpet delivery. They pick up the old mattress and deliver the new. Being first time Mattress purchasers this seemed very well organized and simple enough for us. Was an easy purchase. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered the following Sunday at 2-4 PM. Got the call and the delivery guys came and he decided that our old mattress was not fit to be hauled away. It was too stained and had rips in it. I laughed so hard a may have pooped a little.... is he joking? He was serious. Delivery canceled and WOW this guy single handily ruined a sale and caused this story to be written. This one hits the top 10 mark on worst delivery experiences. Mattress Firm was unable to re-schedule the Mattress delivery within a reasonable time period so we canceled the order. No Thank You!Oh and on top of that we had to get our bank involved to get a refund. We ended up getting a Casper.. 100 days Free trial and no fuss returns. We ended up keeping it. ~ Matress Firm can suck on a fluffy pillow.

Went into the store not having a clue how mattresses have evolved as my wife and I decided to dump the waterbed because we both were having back pains. Long story short went in last week and the manager Caleb help us navigate around and we were previously at 3 other different places and mattress firm made it real easy by color coding the firmness of the mattress which made that easy. Caleb was not the ol pushy car salesmen, he left us look around, but was always there if we had a question and we havnt bought a bed in 25 years if that tells you how old we are. Caleb was knowledgeable about the beds and got us a great deal on a Black hybrid and those adjustable bases. I will be referring my business parn3family and friends to Mattress Firm in Dunlop, IN.

Warranty is a joke. So much fine print goes into the warranty makes it impossible to make a claim. After 6months of great sleep on our new mattress our mattress started to sag. It got to the point in the next 3 following months me and my wife would wake up on back pain so bad that we decided to buy a new mattress. I wasnt worried because when I bought the bed the the salesman told us the bed had a 10yr warranty. Well even though it was sagging and hurting our backs after 6months of use the bed didnt qualify for a warranty claim because it wasnt sagging enough👎 we didnt care at that point what we got but we sure werent going to sleep on that mattress anymore. We bought another mattress (not from mattress firm) and put that one in the basement. No I have the fun job of cutting up my mattress firm mattress to fit it into the dumpster. Thank you mattress firm Ill be sure to tell everyone one I know not to buy or work with you.
