It was a pleasure shopping at Mattress firm. The store was very clean and the mattresses were clean without any stains. Saved some good bucks for the Labor day sales. Worked with Jonathan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I required three things for me to become a customer. The first would would be the associate, then the product and the overall presentation of the store and facilities. All three of these items exceeded standards.

The employee helping me was SO, so, so helpful and accommodating; first time mattress hunting and they were able to lay out tons of options for me, even helped with filing it down to only the handful that truly fit my goals for walking out with a new bed in my price range. My body could not be happier as I lay in my new bed (AWESOME warranties, by the way). Please, consider shopping here if people helping you get the best AND most out of your shopping experience is on your must-have list; please consider coming here even if it isnt!

The district mgr. Kathy made our purchasing of a major item for our home an informed decision and pleasant one. She answered all of our questions and presented different beds so we could choose wisely, we will be sure to let our friends and family know about Mattress Firm!

Johnathan is hands down the BEST! I highly recommend this store. My husband and I went to this store at the end of April 2021 to purchase a new mattress and Johnathan really helped us find the perfect bed to suit both of our needs. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks of having the mattress, I had to request an exchange and thankfully Johnathan helped make that process super easy!

Johnathon saw my eyes grow huge when I saw some of the prices for the elite, top of the line, beds. It was comforting When he simply said,” We have a price for your application. What are you looking for?” Johnathon put together a package that suited our needs, and didn’t break the bank. He was upfront with us. He didn’t push us into anything that we weren’t going to be happy with. We will go back there again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Had an awful experience at sleep number, mattress firm was the first place we went to find a replacement. Wait time everywhere else was weeks but we found a mattress and base at a fraction of the cost (more than half off) and it was delivered in 2 days! We worked with Johnathan who did an amazing job explaining all of our options and even worked overtime to get us the best deal he could. 10/10 will be returning customers!

We worked with Johnathan, he was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable in taking our time. The other sales rep. in duty was also great for some bounce off questions and input. We never felt pressured or up sold. We found exactly what we wanted and more. We HAD planned to go to one or two other stores to compare beds but ended up not feeling we needed to after our visit and made our purchase confidently on the spot. The shop was clean and COVID Friendly, we saw them sanitizing the floor models several times while we were there and everyone wore masks. Great customer service! Highly recommend working with these folks! Great experience!

Mattress firm is one of the best places to get a mattress. They have everything from cheap mattresses that will get you off the floor all the way to top of the line mattresses that will help better with aches and pains. The staff is nice and willing to help you find what you need to fit your budget and needs.

My wife and I went in looking for a new bed with a lot of questions. Jonathan greeted us when we entered and was with us within 5 minutes. He showed us a few options, answered all our questions and actually led us to a bed of equal quality and functions for less money........Our bed will be delivered in 4 days..........

Couldnt post with no stars. Save your money. -0- support after the sale. Mattress replaced twice in 18 months. after 2 years, you have to go to the website with an engineering degree to apply for warranty. wont not recommend to my enemies.

My husband and I were in need of a bigger bed and something new. I am a back and side sleeper. He is all stomach and use to sleeping on a hard service. Ashlee our sales person was awesome with explaining things to us as far as what the different colors lining the outside of the beds meant. Blue - soft, Green - happy medium, and yellow firm. We live on a strict budget so I went in with a mind set that I wasnt going to go over a certain price point. With the mattress that we tried it was excellent a little higher then I wanted to pay. So we tried out something a little cheaper. But its like they say you get what you pay for. I couldnt be happier with our choices that we made. To top it off we get a mattress protector that has a 10 year warranty paid extra for that but well worth it considering that I like to drink water in bed while I am reading or what not.I would recommend if you are looking for new mattresses this is the place to go. Super nice sales associate and very informative.

Greg & Frankie Pricebuying a mattress was like going out to buy a car of course money is a factor and quality is a must. we had passed Mattress Firm several times and for one reason or another didnt stop our mistake. we could have saved ourselves a lot of time. The fact we were just about out of options and was going to make a choice for something we didnt want but could afford being on a fixed income makes life tough. We had the best buying experience of my life!! Ashley was a true breath of fresh air in the sales world. No high pressure sales no bait and switch just honest listening to what we need and what we could afford. She gave us advice and knowledge and education on coils foam box springs comfort she took a lot of time with us and not pushing us to close the deal. She was committed to us and wanted us to be more than satisfied but happy with our purchase. We have called on her and customer service from Ashley has continued even after the point of sale. If I wasnt impressed I wouldnt write this review.

I cant recommend this place enough. Ashlee was fantastic, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for in a bed and then steering us to exactly what we needed without being pushy or aggressive. Besides getting us a fantastic deal, she took extra time and care in setting up our delivery schedule as certain components were coming from different stores around the area. Ashlee and her staff are well deserving of a five star rating.

I came in to this store about a week ago, obviously looking for a new bed. Ive never purchased my own bed before as Ive always had beds passed down from family. The day before I came in here.. I visited a few different furniture stores in Mishawaka. I was extremely overwhelmed and felt as if I was bombarded by employees at every corner more eager to make a sale than to help me or make me feel comfortable. I went home without a bed and slept on the couch that night.I went to Mattress Firm the next day and from the moment I walked in, Jeremy Schmidt was there and eager to help. Truly help. He explained all of my options thoroughly and was very patient.He made me feel comfortable when it came to laying on different beds in the middle of a store. He reminded me to lay in the position that I sleep in and lay there for a few minutes to be sure Im choosing the right bed.Jeremy was very personable, too! He spoke very easily with my 5 year old son and kept him entertained throughout the process.. There was even legos available for him! And I felt as if I could talk with Jeremy the same as I could with a good friend.After discussing what I was willing to spend that day, calculating what i could finance, and what brought me in to buy a bed now.. He did everything he could to get me the bed that I wanted along with a frame and 2 free pillows! Jeremy helped me save $400!I was very impressed with the service and I loved the deals and leasing options that were available!I went home with my brand new bed feeling accomplished, confident, and eager to set it up!Here I am a week later absolutely loving my bed! I definitely picked the right one all thanks to Jeremy! Im sleeping better than I have in years and telling everybody all about it! 😁

We purchased a new mattress today with Mattress Firm because of the discounted Memorial Day prices as well as the 300 dollar in store credit! We ended up getting a very nice $2000+ mattress for around $1750. We were able to get 2 coconut scented pillows and a mattress protector thrown in with the deal for free! Both of the workers were friendly and informative to help us make the right choice. My first experience with Mattress Firm was a great one and as long as the mattress holds up like they said it would, I will be one happy customer.

I was lucky to be serviced by Ashlee this afternoon, not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helpful she also went above and beyond to help me meet my mothers needs. You dont find caring retail service very much anymore, and Im extremely grateful to have been able to.
